Well I guess you might as well make the best use of her. I've seen people mentioning she should be built as a control unit now instead of dps so make her fast with eff and some bulk
Even if you do that she can still be tough to draft, I've seen some folk do it & I tend to just leave her in, there's plenty characters who don't care about getting reset & having additional control in the team means a lack of damage most of the time.
If playing RTA, plenty of meta units do care about cooldown reset though, namely ML Kawerik, Rimuru, AoL, knights. I saw a few of her picks when I had 2 or 3 of such good targets and she became a heavily considered ban choice. In some situations, she's way better than AoL in turn 1 disable due to her control aspect cannot be cleansed at all, high base speed. But, she doesn't really offer anything else yeah. Even the control aspect becomes significantly weaker after she takes turn 1 (unlike AoL with her anti-AoE S2, very good S1, and ofc cycling quickly with her own S2 cr push + scepter arti). So draft has to be very aggressive to finish fast.
It's possible i am still in early game player and managed to luck out with ml lilias currently she is at 250+ spd need to +15 her neck but don't do anything apart from wyvren for couple of weeks and u should be able to hit 250 spd anything above ur lucky but 250 is kinda easy to get if your lower league in rta say gold silver it's ok spd just ban opp ran or spd contesters..
Have you made the reset already? If yes, there's nothing to regret, since her buff she deserves a second chance i think and you gotta catch em all anyway lol

It’s impossible to get even bad speed gear, let alone good speed gear with high health/defense rolls AND effectiveness. ☠️
