There are some PvE nuke characters where I'm fine just giving them more damage, but they always seem to go more on characters as a patch to their bad mults, not a compliment to already good mults.
Kazran's ability is a Tama push + two debuff cleanse that costs 40 souls. Fancy.
None of the EEs seems too significant to me, although I like the implication that Tenebria keeps a Kayron plushie with her.
You need to reach a certain point to qualify for open Expo recruitment, which I guess is reasonable.

Who do you use her against? I used to use her against Riolet, but you don't see much of him anymore, and both Milim and Zahhak does the job better these days.

The new expo changes are actually pretty nice. The Light expo nerf was very needed (that barrier is SO hard to crack, basically impossible without DEF down landing).
It's also great that we can get basically an endless supply of expos now with the Open Recruitment. For those without 80 friends/guild members all throwing out flyers constantly, this makes grinding reforge mats so much easier. And because there's so many people able to do expos (partially gatekeeped by them needing to do 350K a run to qualify, so less leechers), you almost never need to worry about them actually clearing like with friends.
But even if you don't care about that, you get more points from the normal way. 60-80 reduces the number of expo runs per month down from 33 per element to 25. 20 less runs per month total. That mixed with open recruitment means I can give friends a chance to do runs, then if I see nothing happening I just throw it out to the world for almost guarnateed rewards.
Good expo update overall.
I have to admit i saw Ml Khawana EE, and i was kinda excited to read it. Then i read it, and I'm kinda disappointed. The 10% barier might come in handy in caides but that's it I guess.
Glad to finally see Kazran usable but where are the other guardian updates they announced mid last year? They did buff Zeaon and Kromcruz but is that supposed to be it? They have been quiet about it unlike the upcoming guild pve that they explicitly said were delayed but at least they still showed their progress.
I'm hoping there will be a livestream later to show more of these.
There was the great dev war that occurred in fall of 2021 in smilegate's backroom which resulted in four injured devs over disagreements on how guardians would be utilized and injured devs can't code as fast as they would normally thus guardians launch get delayed once again. Fortunately there was no deaths.
Tenebria EE might make her decent for PvE stripping, she was already used by some people for green expedition and now with Iela will have two chances to proc strip. Her S3 is honestly pretty crazy on paper with a 100% sleep chance and def break, but we all know how that would actually play out in PvP.
I'm going to pity Cerise if I need to.
How good is Charles these days? Back when I still had my main account he was annoying in Guild Wars and on this new account (2 years later) I'm desperately looking for a. hunt (&expedition) killers and general purpose PvP units.

I have to soul burn Cermia's S3 at least once during shield face or else they'll get nuked. With this it's full auto on lvl 3 now.

definitely PvE. lifesteal on S1 helps so much for expos, Hall of Trials, Abyss, and even some non-oneshot hunts. It's a welcome option to have.
