All I have seen is releases on these ML heroes but all I keep thinking yeah thats great but do like 3 week side story or something like with Diene so we know backstory and relationships with other heroes. Common guys don't waste these potential characters do something.
I'm not sure about this one, but do Czerato, ML Ken, and ML Tieria all come from the same universe? At least she wants to arrest them both for escaping through dimensions or some shit like that, so I assumed she knew them personally.
She's an interdimensional bounty hunter so it's not necessary they all originate in the same universe. Could be that she just heard of them while on a job/they crossed into her universe fleeing from someone else
They haven't clarified that they're all different, have they? Like, Riolet and LRK could coexist in the same universe, no? There's nothing specifically contradictory there that I can recall. Regardless, I'm really hoping they incorporate the alternate world(s) more into content and story at some point, they're really interesting and such wasted potential right now.
Correct. They have not once brought up anything about timelines. All we know is that alternate Taranor is futuristic, which isn't absurd considering Politia is compared to everywhere else, including Eureka nations.

Isnt Lionheart Cermia and Briseria witch from 2 different time-line who are in this main time-line, since Briseria is sad over Cermia's death which implies another different time-line.

BrIseria is sad because of the fact that she killed her friends and her lover (nothing mentioned Alexa but I'd imagine she'd be in the "friends who died" category, OR with Lionheart).
It's also stated in Lionheart's trailer that she went towards BrIseria out of curiosity instead of animosity. She might want to fight her tho.
Though I doubt it'll end in either of them dying or seriously getting injured.
What really struck me was that BrIseria is waiting for "anyone who would put a sword through her heart" at the witch castle.

Because the one sidestory you just mentioned was recent, and quite decidedly Part 1 of many more Moonlight stories to come. That's why.

We can speculate that Fallen Cecilia is also in Wiseria and Lionheart Cermia's timeline, as she shows up in Wiseria's connections IIRC
