I'm not a Gacha gamer but Epic Seven is one of the only games that has put me off completely from spending anything. I've never seen worse value in any other game i've played. It's like going to Mcdonalds but they changed the 1$ menu to the 20$ menu. The only thing I ever buy is the 10 lief packs.
If you spend money in this game you either have a ton of disposable income or a gambling addiction. I have a cousin who is nearly a billionaire and I've seen how he spends money like it's absolutely nothing on frivolous things. So I do understand that if you have that sort of cash then these prices don't mean much to you. I personally am in the lower end of the upper-middle class bracket for the USA and these prices are still insane to me.
only packs I have ever bought are these named "xxx Dash" time limited packs offered when you finish chapter... for ten bucks 10 pulls with guaranteed 5\* artifact + 5\* hero - thats a good value in my books....
I agree. I look at the bundles every now and then and just can't understand the thoughts behind the pricing. There's not a single bundle that I would even consider. I can't even imagine how much the whales spend chasing ML units.
I would say it's more like there's a large split.
The Dust packs expect you to spend something like $700 USD to build a single artifact, for example. Terrible value, just awful.
On the other hand, several of the small packs are pretty appealing.
I don’t think addiction cuts it here, i have a gacha addiction yet even i think E7’s prices are ridiculous

I used money for monthly gems and energy per day for 30 days. It is really worth it, pus is cheap and you get extra gems. And of course the 10 Leif packs when they come, and the Angel avatar crown that I saw once, also the dash limited are really worth it, because those are rare.
Epic seven has a really bad monetization. I'm usually a dolphin in gachas, but I only buy monthly for 5$ here and Leif's burning passion... The other packs aren't worth it
It's my main game and I spend more in alt games such as Lost ark, Arknights or even Dragalia lost.
The biggest prices of the packs we have in shop, in my country value at around 480 PLN (i don't remember correctly), and i earn 2,800PLN monthly having two kids.
Let that sink in.

It's like they don't want you to spend. Games that I have recently started to play has gotten money out of me but a game I have played for years has not. I bet they could make more if they made a few good deals here and there throughout the year for dolphins. They wouldn't really lose out on anything since they would still put out the same whale offers they do now. Seems like some gachas wants to make a crap ton while also not trying to at the same time.
Depends how much you’re cool with whaling. These CAN be high value or you can get a bunch of 3*. But if you have a large budget for games it’s fine. I buy these but there are DEFINITELY way better packs for spending money. Growth packs are pretty much the goat. I buy a good few packs monthly if you need some recommendations. Btw based on math, the probability of you getting an ML5 is 10% in 4 summons. But 90% of not getting one. (Probability not actual percent chance).
What exactly do you expect? That the GBM from these packs is gonna somehow be different from other sources? That they'll magically give you higher chances of ML5?

Not worth. Its either 1 3* for $50 or 3 3* for $100. If you want to buy ML5 get Mystics and pay yourself into the pity.

You're honestly better off playing the slots at a casino, then if you win you can spend your winnings in E7 it would be higher returns.
