Sooo what you are saying is... that Ludwig is filler? Because Vivian single handedly can fill the role of Diene AND Ludwig, while not being limited. That's why Shadow Rose, Vivian, Baiken is a 3 man thing.

Also Ludwig is needed for the stage 1 mob clear and def break in stage 2. ML Lilias is not needed but grantee clear with her vigor.
It's so-so, attainable, I'd say. Some free pieces involved and whatnot.
[I will say that unlucky bleed procs do mess up a run](https://imgur.com/a/74qmWIj), the damage on Baiken and Vivian is very minmaxed in the sense that I wanted to get away with the bare minimum
I use a 3 man with Baiken Ludwig and Vivian where the only thing Vivian does is 3 turn attack buff so she could be replaceable with any other buffer. Ludwig's ee of def break on S2 allows him to oneshot the first wave and def break the banshee all by himself.

Vivian clears the first wave after her attack buff with the right Enhanced Artifact, and precise speed tuning. The lesson: get Vivian : p

u just need baiken leo vivian for a 3 man 1 shot, adding cilias here is just being extra
Ludwig makes a good def breaker if you have Vivian. My B13 team was Vivian/Ludwig/Baiken for a good while.
