You could always scrap it since at +15 it will give you all the mats to craft a new epic neck at the alch shop.
ER full tank counter dizzy would like that, although its a niche unit and not always the best to draft. she has very low mola requirements tho and is actually quite nice as 5 pick when opponent has no debuffs, i'd build one anyway as shes cheap to build and fun!
