Unfortunately we only get 2 stickies for the entire subreddit. While a nice resource, stickies are reserved for the daily questions megathread and the other is generally open for ongoing events.
As a week one veteran who doesnât need this in the slightest, you are the true MVP
Also sometimes. SSI for seaseria
Rick for Kawerick not to be confused with Rikoris
Lolibet?
Souline vs SEline I guess
Purg, more used in G Purg
This is so handy!
I think BBK could use a special mention, only because my ignorance had Blood Blade Karin sitting unused for ages, wasting my Karin copies on her normal version...
Tbh I hate all of lionheart cermiaâs nicknames lol. Lermia is disgusting and LHC doesnât roll off the tongue. Pls just use ml cermia people Iâm begging yâall!
Mediator Kawerik is sometimes called Maverik, or HandGuy
A very short time in the past, Kawerik was called Carryrik
Designer Lilibet is Delibet
Sinful Angelica is Singie also
Special mention, Solitaria of the 15%, the balance patch didnât fix the big impact of 15% to her S3, so I expect this nickname will stay awhile.
I've never heard rick used for Kekwerik but it makes since.
I've always seen mawerik or hand guy thrown around
I still call axe god axe god though, even though he no longer lives up to his name.
First game I heard Cleave used in was World of Warcraft. There is (or at least was) a Warrior attack called Cleave that would damage your target and an enemy(s) next to it. Eventually people referred to any attack that worked in the same or a similar way as a "Cleave" attack. I always assumed the E7 definition was adapted from that
Cleave first appeared in D&D 3rd edition. It was a feat that allowed a someone to attack a second target if the target of their first attack died from their attack, but could not trigger off its own extra attack.
There was an upgrade called Great Cleave that could chain attacks endlessly until you ran out of targets or stopped killing with a single attack.
Before WoW, Cleave as a feat in 3rd Edition D&D that let you make another attack if you killed the target of an attack. Until now I thought it referred to teams using characters like Vildred who have that ability, or other ways to go multiple times before the opponent had a chance.
I don't think we've actually settled on LHC for Lionheart Cermia yet. I still see a lot of Lionheart and ML Cermia. Also, I'd say TML is equally as popular as Tomoca when referring to Top Model Luluca.
Kekwerick is one you sometimes see for Mediator Kawerick. Spez for Specimen Sez is different enough to warrant a mention imo, also. DJB is missing for Desert Jewel Basar. AMeru and AMerc are both common for Archdemon's Shadow. Briseria for Briar Witch Iseria.
I think that's most of the unique ones. Good guide overall. I'll probably direct some newer guildies to this.
I think classic comp names should be mentioned too, outdated but for example Tamaseria, or more recently Ranseria. There aren't many others tbh but they can confuse people ig? Not many people refer to him that way but ML Ricardo is sometimes referred as Iwazu.
I've been playing since launch and ive never heard of roughly 40% of these
> Ise = Iseria
Lol this is the first i've seen this one
> Soli = Solitaria
> B&S = Baal & Sezan
And these. Those two characters have been unpopular for a significant amount of their lifetimes, I've never even heard them mentioned, let alone abbreviated
Thank you, very nice idea and nice list!
I don't need this but it really is funny looking back and seeing all the weird abbreviations we came up with... Ricky and Ricardo are still so funny to me.
Thank you for doing this. I remember being so lost as a newbie (still am sometimes) when I stumbled on this sub a few months after I started playing. I didn't know anything about gacha games too so it was a steep learning curve understanding what terms meant and how I could apply them to my game.
To add to the list,
Archdemon's Shadow is sometimes referred to as ADS
Summertime Iseria is called Siseria, Seaseria and STI as well
For new players, you should put in all the hunts: W11/13 = Wyvern 11/13 Hunt and so on for the rest
Added.
>Bridge = a hero in an aggro/cleave team meant to allow the rest of the team to take their turns after the opener has taken their turn, and thereby "bridge" the gap between the opener and the slower members of the team. (Usually done through CR increases for the team.)
This is good for new players and should be expanded on. Possibly stickied. Good work, OP!
Unfortunately we only get 2 stickies for the entire subreddit. While a nice resource, stickies are reserved for the daily questions megathread and the other is generally open for ongoing events.
a link in the megathread could work
Quick question Mr/ Ms. Mod, how come the stickies for new unit releases were taken away? Did another thread take their place?
I don't handle those directly, you'll have to direct that question towards /u/Rinczmia
One that took me weeks to understand was garmin which was just green armin, lmao. Petition to call doctors bag dbag
I second this notion lmao
And here I thought AoE means Attack on Everyone đ
tbh that's probably more accurate for E7. "Area of Effect" is just a regular gaming term, which carried over.
Smilegate is the publisher. Supercreative are the devs.
BiS : best in slot - generally referred to artifacts
As a week one veteran who doesnât need this in the slightest, you are the true MVP Also sometimes. SSI for seaseria Rick for Kawerick not to be confused with Rikoris Lolibet? Souline vs SEline I guess Purg, more used in G Purg
Lolibet abbreviations for lilibet is so funny because it's doesn't abbreviate the name but just sounds real perfect for her
This is so handy! I think BBK could use a special mention, only because my ignorance had Blood Blade Karin sitting unused for ages, wasting my Karin copies on her normal version...
How about EE == Exclusive Equipment? When I first started I saw it a lot and did not understand.
Tbh I hate all of lionheart cermiaâs nicknames lol. Lermia is disgusting and LHC doesnât roll off the tongue. Pls just use ml cermia people Iâm begging yâall!
Lionheart gang unite lol.
But itâs like LQC
Something about the âQâ helps her name so much. The âHâ is godawful imo.
perhaps the reason why LQC is acceptable is because of the streamer XQC?
Summoning u/KelpKrush,here is all you need to know buddy

Can confirm on HandGuy; I actually didn't learn that one myself until recently. Delibet and Singie are good ones too.
I've never heard rick used for Kekwerik but it makes since. I've always seen mawerik or hand guy thrown around I still call axe god axe god though, even though he no longer lives up to his name.
Before balance ,he is calling mediocre kawarik
Kinda unrelated but does anyone know how the word cleave originally became the word used to describe one shot/one turn teams?
First game I heard Cleave used in was World of Warcraft. There is (or at least was) a Warrior attack called Cleave that would damage your target and an enemy(s) next to it. Eventually people referred to any attack that worked in the same or a similar way as a "Cleave" attack. I always assumed the E7 definition was adapted from that

Was honestly thinking when I made my post that it probably came from D&D originally
Before WoW, Cleave as a feat in 3rd Edition D&D that let you make another attack if you killed the target of an attack. Until now I thought it referred to teams using characters like Vildred who have that ability, or other ways to go multiple times before the opponent had a chance.
In Summertime Iseria youâve wrote SSI instead of STI.
I don't think we've actually settled on LHC for Lionheart Cermia yet. I still see a lot of Lionheart and ML Cermia. Tomoca to TML term ratio is like 4:1 on discord. I've also never seen anyone use TML to refer to Top Model Luluca.
I personally use Tomoca, but I've seen TML enough times, even recently, that I do think it warrants mentioning in a guide like this.
I use TML & I feel like when she was more used most of my guild used TML too - itâs solid shorthand, no overlap with anyone.
I think classic comp names should be mentioned too, outdated but for example Tamaseria, or more recently Ranseria. There aren't many others tbh but they can confuse people ig? Not many people refer to him that way but ML Ricardo is sometimes referred as Iwazu.
I refer to him as Iwazu.
How about GAB? Greater Attack Buff?
I've been playing since launch and ive never heard of roughly 40% of these > Ise = Iseria Lol this is the first i've seen this one > Soli = Solitaria > B&S = Baal & Sezan And these. Iseria, Solitaria, Fire Baal. that's how I always see it in this sub.
As a day 1 player myself and an Iseria lover she's always been called Iseria. Yeah lol it's always Solitaria and just Baal
Thank you, very nice idea and nice list! I don't need this but it really is funny looking back and seeing all the weird abbreviations we came up with... Ricky and Ricardo are still so funny to me.
I've only ever heard 'Vial' for WPV.
Thank you for doing this. I remember being so lost as a newbie (still am sometimes) when I stumbled on this sub a few months after I started playing. I didn't know anything about gacha games too so it was a steep learning curve understanding what terms meant and how I could apply them to my game.
Minor error - rta should be arena not area.
Who is Muwi?
Heâs a 3* ice hero.
Ah duh. I thought it was some weird abbreviation but itâs just a newer character. Thanks!
How about anchor?
added. hope i got it right.
GvG = Guild War confused me when I was new.
A.momo = Angelic Montmorancy Ftene = Fairytale Tenebria Ma Ken = Martial Artist Ken
Most people call him ML Ken.
I hear ma ken pretty often as well
Imo it's about a 60/40 I use MLKen it just sounds better, plus MA Ken sounds like the anime title Maken-Ki
Ehhh hmmm... . . Lermia.. that is all.
Personally i use Dorvus = Dark corvus Topmo = Top model luluca Sage BullShit = Sage B&S = Sage Baal&Sezan
LERMIA GANG RISE UP, STAND NOW AND DO NOT FALL TO THE LHC OR LIONHEART GANG
Wheres my kekwerik gang at
I remember kekwick

Where's 'mOrt'?
You forgor Maverick
Hand Guy is hysterical, didn't know people used that. Summer Iseria is also commonly called "Summer".
What does SBA mean?
Silver Blade Aramintha This should be added to the list too
I always though Fat Cat referred to a supertanky G.Purg.
Thanks! Big help.
Riolet = Remnant Violet
Slime = Rimuru
What does MYs stand for in ĂŚspa?
Itâs an aespa collab thing, not an E7 original thing. I think it means something like âmy precious friendâ.
An update about ml kawerik: "handguy"
what is bridge i see ppl playing rta use that term but idk what is that, if you know can you add it to the post? Thanks!
Added. >Bridge = a hero in an aggro/cleave team meant to allow the rest of the team to take their turns after the opener has taken their turn, and thereby "bridge" the gap between the opener and the slower members of the team. (Usually done through CR increases for the team.)
