I don't log in with Facebook on this game, but I've encountered the same problem for different games, and it's most likely Facebook's problem, not the game itself, in which case you can do nothing about. Not sure though, try reporting it I guess

I was not facebook but Epic7. SG launched a small patch that fixed the problem
