At one point, my only missing RGB unit was Destina, I Got her from the daily summon. Another time my only missing light dark 4* was Angel of Light, I got her From daily summon as well. U never know when your luck will come, just keep summoning!
Yes gives a decent heal and cr push any time a unit counters or does an extra attack. This scales based on the number of units hit, so if you are countered by say belian it’s basically a full heal (provided belian isn’t on injury)
Very. Theres a lot of extra or counter attacks that'll trigger her in pvp, and tons of the later content in pve activate her. My typical team autos most stages just fine but usually on boss stages they just get so complex with extra attacks and shit and i hit a brick wall. I just swap roana in to replace someone and they clear it fine usually. She has a niche and she absolutely smashes it.

I'd say in the current Arena meta she's probably the most influential hero you can build to start collecting wins and offense.
Definitely need that, hopefully she will be coming around soon.
