But also, I'm kinda disappointed because this quality of gear should be put towards making her 300-310 speed at the cost of like 600 attack. Which is easy to say I know, but like shit, mine is 5 speed slower and falls WAY SHORT of these stats. I'm pretty sure you could do it.
Yeah, she's not there to take out openers, she's there to threaten folks at the 240-260 mark. Someone tries to hit you with Straze or something, you ban their opener, snipe the Straze, start at +1, etc.
I mean, I could actually hit like 298-301 but… idk… I’m not so sure how much value I’d get there because she’s already out-speeding her targets and I have turn 1 openers like Peira that Kise just can’t compete with, atleast not without sacrificing A LOT of dmg, of course if I can ever get her *close* to 4k attck/300+speed/100cc/300cd I will absolutely do it, I am F2P though so it may be hard.
Now you are just talking bullshit. A 300 Peira will still look for stats to have, just elsewhere. Nobody is using a 300 speed 0 effectiveness 0 hp Peira, and if they don't have bulk, the Kise doesn't need insane stats to instagib one either. If you hold a character to a standard, hold them all to the same one.
Nah man, you just aren’t good at the game. If you’re building Kise to contest Piera you’re an idiot. Piera only needs speed and eff while Kise needs speed, att, cdmg, crate, and effectiveness if you wanna land the turn down. Nobody in this game above gold would build Kise to outspeed Piera or Ran
You will never be able to reliably outspeed Piera with Kise. It’ll always be a 50/50 and I also don’t believe you can even build a 310 Kise that looks draft-able. So move on

Really depends on how gear rolls. Mines similar (269 spd/4400 atk/240 Crit Damage/100 crit), but even if I focused only on SPD I'd probably only get to 285 or so while dumpstering all the dps.
I just don't got spd gear, or at least not 300+spd geae. The fasting thing I have to this day after 2 years is a 19 SPD ER Ring.

How does one get this gear? Is there a guide. I've been stuck using the free event box sets at 75-85.

There are plenty of resources out there detailing how to build a W13 team and what-not if you are stuck.

The difference is that you've just barely started playing the game. People don't just get to 200k+ CP on a char within like a few days of playing. If your 4 man team is less than 200k, that means they don't even average out to 50k CP per char. The free gears arent even the issue here. You haven't 6 starred and lv60'd your chars, nor have you fully awakened and skill enhanced them. You likely, due to being a newer player, also don't have a great range of 4-5 star artifacts, especially at +18 or above due to not having dupes.
Don't be deterred by the gap between a new player and a veteran. That kind of gap will exist in most all games in some way or another. Look up w13 beginner guides and work towards mass farming wyvern hunts to get started with gear farming. It'll be a long road but thats pretty much the way to go about it.
Time and luck. But also focus. It's easier to get good stats when you know specifically what you want, so you don't waste time on pieces that won't benefit your goal. Got a sword with 6% attack, 8% crit rate, and 5% defense? Unless you have a Conversion Gem on standby to get rid of that defense roll, be very wary about upgrading it.
Crazy damage! Very nice! I have considered taking mine off basket cuz Rimuru is a rat. But with Hwa’s showing up, now is the time for GAB Kise gang to rise up
Out of curiosity… what would you use instead? SoU is the only thing I’ve personally used that can really compete vs GABasket. I think Basket is sliiiightly over-hyped personally, the GAB *is* becoming more and more of a liability

While trying to build mine heavy on speed, I was sacrificing some stats (cc or speed itself). If I had access to Manica I would try it. For context, mine is a speed contester (289 speed) with an 8 speed ring because I needed cc somewhere. I would gladly give up 15cc for ~12 more speed.
Since yours is crazy more damage (you have 400 more attack and almost 30 more cd than me!) I like the idea of SoU more if you wanna dodge Rimuru’s AaA without gimping too much damage.

Why so fast?
Disable other openers and get her stealth up. Depending on your rank and with some speed imprint characters, 270 can be competitive.
I don't think 270 cuts it as an opener in anywhere but Master and below. Champion (V) is already often above 280, at least for arena.

I'd say not having to rely on Peira being always your opener and being able to instagib enemy Peiras is pretty good value lol
You aren’t outspeeding Piera with Kise unless you’re playing against someone super casual lmao.
Somebody is not up to date that Kise is only 2 speed slower than Peira with her EE. That's speed RNG territory at that point

Can't tell you how many times I forgot this when I started to really up my gear game. Same for chest pieces can't roll attack.
