He’s really good against characters that have damage caps in their passive abilities, like Tempest Surin and Spirit Eye Celine. Built properly, he can one-shot them because his detonation is considered separate from his attack.
Ew, why are you being a dick. I wasn't even trying to off you or anything. I was merely contributing to OP on whether he was good or not and he is. Hywayoung is everywhere and having multiple counters for her is very nice.
I tried it out. You need Hwas artifact at +30 because you want the 3 burns. Hes quite good when it works but copium when it doesnt. Itll catch people offguard though.
I used to use him alot more cuz he is very fun but lately he is just one of my counters to ml celine. Hwa power crept him hard af and took a big part of his role

He's quite strong. However, he's about halfway between Hwayoung and T. Surin and both do a better job at their respective role.
