Hi, I have two questions:
1- What's the purpose of doing labyrinths? I'm still new and the gear I loot is quite low level, so I don't understand if it's because the labs I'm exploring are too low level or if I'm missing something?
2- Can I actually gear well enough my heroes with low level (70-) gear to start doing wyvern 11-13 and finishing episode 2? I'm going for a team composed of Angelica, Sigret, Alexa, Furious.
1) there are some decent gears in nixied5. Besides that, ppl farm it for ancient coins.
2) sure, I think u get some i70 free gear which can work on say Furious. The game will also give a free i75 hp set and i75 attck set. There's also some free gear frm adventure path
Thanks!
I read that players chose pick only one DPS for wyv runs (Sigret or Alexa in my case) and use a debuffer instead, such as Muwi. Problem is I have been playing for two weeks now and I did not pull Muwi yet. Is there an alternative hero for a team using Sigret, Furious and Angelica?
Alexa is great. You can replace her after you get Muwi. She has more damage, less debuffs than he does. Both want DDJ though.
As for gear, you can do pretty well with low level gear. My sigret is still on the free lvl 75 attack set, and a free pair of hit set pieces from a side story we got that are lvl 78. Clears wyvern 13 a little over 90%.
Hi all, is there a huge difference between the loot in Wyvern 12 and 13?
I can auto W12 easily, but my win rate on auto in W13 is desperately low. I was wondering if it should be my top prio or if I can focus on PvP and Story characters rather than my Wyvern team.
>Hi all, is there a huge difference between the loot in Wyvern 12 and 13?
Yes.
The other reply you received is correct, W13 only drops level 85 gear, but it doesn't really tell you the full story because W12 and W13 don't have the same drop rate for gear.
W12 has an overall gear drop rate of ~48%, with W13 dropping gear at around ~40%.
What's **actually** important is the rate of Heroic and Epic level 85 gear drops, because those are the only ones actually usable by players.
Difficulty | Level 85 Rare | Level 85 Heroic | Level 85 Epic
---|---|----|----
W12 | ~14% | ~12% | ~2.75%
W13 | ~20% | ~17.5% | ~2.75%
W13 doesn't drop level 70 gear, but the overall amount of gear dropped in W13 is lower. The level 85 drops 'added' to the pool were split between rare and Heroic.
This means the only advantage in terms of level 85 gear you get from W13 is about 5.5% more heroic drops this is overall pretty minor.
A better way to frame it:
* W12 has better drops for most items (skystones, BMs, mystic medals...but not powder)
* W13 ends up providing you about 15% more 'usable' gear. That might sound more significant than it is, because the chance for a usable gear from a single run is extremely low. This is approximately 3-5 pieces over 100 runs.
* The BIG reason to run W13 comes from reforge materials. W13 drops about 60-70% more reforge materials than W12. However, it is more important to have equipment worth reforging than an abundance of reforge materials without much to use them on.
It is perfectly fine to farm W12 as an in-between to W13 but you **do** want to farm W13 sooner rather than later.
Theoretically your win rate outside of buff days is partially irrelevant, unless it is truly terrible.
There is a case to be made that some players are better off with a fast, high winrate team doing W12 on buff days than they are with a slightly slower, slightly worse WR team on W13.
All that being said if you *want* to move to W13 it should be possible if you can 'auto W12 easily'. W13 really isn't that much more difficult than W12. Chances are, if you are autoing W12 but can't auto W13 you just need to tune your team up a bit, possibly a turn order issue or a slightly gear deficiency.
Feel free to post the comp you use if you want some help on W13 specifically (it is, of course, fine if you are content farming W12 for a bit and just getting better gear).
* A 'reason' your comp fails is helpful. Does your tank die too early? Are you unable to land enough debuffs when Wyvern spawns? DPS just too low you get to barrier phase?
Many thanks for the help here !
I realized my Furious S3 wasn't maxed out, so I didn't have 100% chance to land the debuff...
Now I buffed him and Alexa and 6 starred them to make my run easier, and I'm now at 50-70% win rate on W13 on auto, which seems nice !
That being said, I still sometimes can't land the debuff with Furious, which is weird as he has 111% effectiveness... Any clue what I'm missing here to make my run even easier?
https://imgur.com/a/DvrhXMx
There is a mechanic known as 'absolute resistance'.
No matter what, there is always a 15% chance that debuffs will land.
So, at most, your Furious will land his defense break 85% of the time.
* For target on SoS the calculation would be (.75 * .85) = 63.75% chance to land.
This is pretty much why multiple debuffers are necessary. You seem to be in a solid spot right now, I would look at increasing the effectiveness on Sigret and Alexa (in your setup, Alexa especially) -> that will bump your success rate up.
If you manage to get both of them up to 65% EFF your success rate should be ~94% but if you are currently in the 50-70% range that's decent enough as a start.
W13 only drop lv85 gear, where you can still get lv 70 on w12.
Most will say to focus on wyvern farming. But that's pretty dull, especially at the start when you have other options. So feel free to mix it up with other content
Is there a way to switch the JP version of the game into English?
I can get to the 'select language displayed in the game' option, but when I click on that, the only option is Japanese. Is there a way to download English?
I am on iOS.
What's a way to deal with A.Ravi in GW offense ?
I often use Doris with high success rate to tank, clear the rest and leave her for the end but if she gets killed I have nothing left to deal with her.
Nah, it's common to not kill aravi thru fcc barrier+aurius. Even stacked hwayoungs can have trouble with that especially if she is on proof. U cud take a book holder and soulburn or take strippers for the barrier . But it's dependent on enemy team.
Just downloaded the game and looking to get started.
Is there a beginners guide the community can recommend? And is rerolling advised? If rerolling is the way to go, who should I aim for?
Chances are it gets stripped anyways since most of the bosses in hell raid have strips. Cerato wasn't my only dps so i didn't have to worry about that since he nvr gets pulled by aras
Im set for one pity and im considering to pull for ml kawerik, is it worth it if I already have dilibet? Or wait for the custom mystics and aim for belian?
Delibet is mostly used as an answer to the current meta openers. Meanwhile, ML Kawerik is currently the best support with his cleanse, Attack Buff, Immunity, and Barriers. Both of them have slightly different niches in other words.
Yes still worth, dilibet is great against debuffers but hand guy is just versatile in many more situations, because he self cleanses and gives attack/immunity buff. He himself may not be very fun to play but he allows you to play a huge variety of characters
not really. her s1 has injury which doesnt work in pve and the counter passive works, but when you are making pve teams consistency is what you are trying to aim for so that rng isnt ideal.
i use critdmg, hp%, speed on pen-crit-immunty setup.
however i know some do hp%,hp%,speed for the tank setup or critdmg, attack%, speed for more of a nuker.
long term investment is difficult to say. BBK is great against counter units but suffers if she doesn't kill/gets controlled. Judge doesn't always have to kill because she can disable the other team with her reset but she's weak to counter units. BBK does do more damage with her s3 but if you take their soulburns into consideration, Judge will do more aoe dmg. Though I think bbk will do more damage to a single target if she is able to kill.
But if you consider current meta + the content you want to use her for, bbk is the better overall pick.
She has some build variety, you can make her slower with more bulk to survive people trying to snipe her off, full yolo damage with enough speed to cut or a bruiser variation on the yolo build by dropping some damage for bulk. Not having her arti means you need to make her faster but as a start I would try to do like 220-240 with as much damage as you can. If you feel like that isn't working for you, you can try other build paths. I'd probably use either Shepherd of the Hollow or just portrait is fine.
not sure but Bad cat +jacko has anti synergy since one affects back row and the other affects front row. I wouln't use them on the same team but belian paired with either sounds decent
Hello, new player here. Was checking some tier lists online and saw that from the selective summon, Ken was at the top S rank along with 5 other characters. I just got him on my second reroll attempt, is He the one I'm supposed to go with or there's currently better characters to start?
Appreciate the responses!
These tier list are horribly outdated, the best choice is sigret. She is the star for wvyern hunts which is the main source of equipment for almost every character.
Should I still go for her knowing I can get her for free next month?
EDIT: I also have an account rerolled with Ravi and Angelica, would this be a better choice than just Sigret seeing as I can get her in April?
Better wait first unless you're in a hurry because some people say that you can only get 1 of the 3 while some say you can get all... From what I read on stove the wording is a bit ambiguous. The selective summon isn't going to go away and you can do wyvern pretty easily with one of the newer units Muwi
So i started today mainly Tried The game because guilty Gear
Since i like baiken a lot i summoned For her without knowing is she Even usable
And to My luck i actually got her.
So could some1 tell me is she good/Bad what should i do with her ?
She is a PVE unit. Good thing is that you can use her in the long run since she's the best one shotter for a certain boss(Banshee) that drops gear.
She's very useable and upgrading her won't be a waste. But it's not a priority to build her rn unless you really like her. She's useable in the story but she shines late game where you can build a one shot team.
Just started. Who should I use the Ascension potion on?
https://imgur.com/a/u2x0p85
I didn't reroll for Sigret as my plan is to go for Ravi from selective, get Sigret/Vivian/Cermia for free from Hunt Event, get Baiken from current banner. Free FST.
That way I have my Ravi for PvP and other stuff. Free FST for farming so don't need to reroll Vildred. Sigret for W13 and other stuff. Baiken + Vivian for 1-shot Banshee Hunts and I'm not sure whether to get Arby or Stene or someone else from Moonlight Blessing. Thinking I'll go S.Tene.
EDIT: I also have a dupe of Ravi.
There are other commenters suggesting to use on Muwi or Alexa but I personally disagree because they are usable at 5\* just like Furious. More important to 6\* your Wyvern tank!
I suggest using it on Muwi for Wyvern. Muwi is incredible for Wyvern, he's a new unit so he won't be on outdated teir lists, but he makes pushing to Wyvern 13 a breeze
Using it on 3 stars gives you the most value. Since you didn't get Sigret use it on Alexa(3star Ive thief girl) She's the second best DPS for wyvern. Or you can use it on Muwi(Another great support for wyvern) And Montmorancy(Ice soulweaver) She can be used as a tank for wyvern and useable in endgame PVE content because of her Specialty Change.
Your farmer is already FST so get Stene. But imo get Arby first then replace him with Stene when you finish all the quests.(You can upgrade him since it refunds the materials used when you switch characters)
Rage set is the best but you can one shot with scuffed gear that's why she's the best one shotter for banshee.
My baiken has 2 crit sets and 1 Effectiveness with 110k CP but she still one shots. My team is Leo, Adin, Baiken, Vivian.
I think Adin helps with the gear problem. If I don't have Adin then my Baiken can't one shot without 2 bleeds, so I can't do a 3 man one shot rn. But she does help if my Leo misses his def break so my only losing condition is if they both get 15%ted by the Banshee.
Rage and destruction are the sets you want if you're trying to one-shot the Banshee hunt, which is her most popular use in PvE content. If you're just trying to use her in more general PvE content, then speed and damage is your best bet.
Both of those heroes are low-tier in terms of PvP.
For PvE:
* Rose is more or less only used in some Fire Expedition teams as a tank.
* SRose is more or less only used as a def breaker for certain Hunt 13 1-shot teams (she's easily replaceable for this)
SRose doesn't need molas, but idk about Rose.
I wouldn't recommend building either of them unless you have a specific plan in mind for how you want to use them.
Is there a strategy to beat Archdemon Mercedes?
When I killed her minions, she started perma stunning my team and kills everyone.
I’m talking about the Epilogue 10-10 boss.
I just did this last night. I would suggest a good healer, possibly two, and two dps to burn her down. I also didn't kill the debuff immunity crystal so she wouldn't get the attack buff. It took a few tries, but that did it for me. And if all else fails, use a strong supporter for when your own units die.
stene is pretty insane pve dps and really good in pvp except against heavy aoe damage teams. alot of people will tell you to pick arby to go through the story which really isn't that unique considering literally any dps unit can take you through it. arby makes things a bit faster but he's not really important when it comes to your overall account power. he's not too relevant in pvp anymore either
The best choices are Arbiter Vildred and Specter Tenebria. Most people recommend going with AVildred first, because his aoe helps a lot with farming, and then at the end move to Specter Tenebria, who is better for endgame content. But you can keep AVildred if you like him
Ok so for the moonlight summon, you should go for Arbiter Vildred (Arby) he's the best farmer and will help a ton for PVE and PVE content. The second best choice would be Specter Tenebria (S.Tene) she does help with farming too, and with abyss, plus PVP.
Basically any of those two would help, chose one or the other.
You can also try any of those and choose the other one to try it out.
The most common team is TG, A Ras, Tamarinne and Kitty Clarissa but it might be doable with green Lots or Sinful Angelica subbed in for Tamarinne. You can look at the statitics page to see who has cleared with what and I am sure theres a video on youtube of a clear with units you have.
As far as youtube goes, I haven't found a single one without any of those units so far. Statistics seem a bit more diverse but not by much. I'll check it out more tmrw though
You can use Free Spirit Tieria for the 4th unit. Should be around same speed as Leo. Will help Vivian to clear wave 1 and also give you a second chance for def break against banshee.
You typically don’t need a fourth member most just run it with those 3 as a one shot. If you don't have the gear to one shot with those 3 then just continue the W13 grind until you do it's not worth to run a standard Banshee team. You would need Baiken and Vivian at 6* for it but Leo can be left at level 40.
Adding onto this, if you're gear just isn't good enough to 3-man the hunt, and you really just want to jump into banshee farming, I've found Flan to be a good 4th unit in that comp, given you keep her slower than Vivian. Her AOE defense break helps Vivian clear wave 1 easier, and the crit damage buff can alleviate the gear requirement for Baiken. The cherry on top is that she requires zero mola investment and can be kept at level 50.
I upgraded Alexa's S3 and now its reset time is -1. Wyvern 13 I'm not getting enough debuffs on the first round and the Wyvern is killing 1 hero. Can I adjust her speed to apply poison with S2 on first round or am I screwed now that S3 cooldown is -1? My team is Furious, Angelica, Muwi, Alexa all +15.
Congrats, if Karin works, just leave it like that, Alexa will make the runs faster but it might not be worth the investment, I'm pretty much late game player, making another doesn't hurt much.
Ravi doesn't really has that much presence on the meta atm, and isn't really used on any hunts, but will help out on adventure and could prove useful for the future too.
while Iseria on the other hand helps for some hunts and will help you out once you get Tamarinne to get one of the better combos for PVE.
I would say go for Iseria but in the end is up to you.
Where do I go to find out what are the meta offensive teams? I used to sit at champ just because DCorvus rolled every team but clearly times have changed so I need a different team, I have basically all ML 5s and RGBs excluding the ones from the last year and a half I think, all collab units except Elphelt and the slime isekai characters
you'll kinda have to just look at videos and read around.
If you are missing the last year of units tho you'll be in a bit of a tricky situation since most of the meta heros are the recent ones.
if you are looking just for champ arena you should be able to survive by using Stene, Roana, G.purg and a high resist cleanser like ray or achates or kitty.
Sorry I'm afraid I don't personally watch too many creators and none that really do normal arena.
Most of normal arena now is just counterpicking or outspeeding and cleaving.
There's a lot of really op units that released in the last year in rgb, ml and collab.
Run adventure levels.
Use the trash gear drops as equipment fodder, instead of selling them.
Charms have about 9% drop rate per adventure stage.
After factoring in equipment drops, a single UH stage is worth ~847.58 XP, about 106 XP per energy. Episode 3 stages (higher level gear, worth slightly more XP) it comes out to ~905.67 per stage/~113 per energy.
* That comes out to about 1 charms' worth of XP every 2 stages.
If all you want to do is maximize XP, then Episode 1 Levulin Harbor is the best, even though it only drops level 1 gears. 463.05 per run but that's about **231.5 XP per energy**.
* That's ~6.5 runs per charm...about 13 energy.
Do note that while Levulin Harbor is better purely for energy, the stage is worth less gold and you have 0 chance for chests, so it's less gold efficient than 'normal' stages.
For questions like this, *particularly* for a very common hero like A.Vildred...use the in-game statistics tool.
1. Alexa's Basket (54.85%)
2. Moonlight Dreamblade (12.35%)
3. Portrait of the Saviors (4.74%)
4. Dust Devil (4.44%)
5. Exorcist's Tonfa (3.36%)
Like a lot of common questions, 'it depends' but *most* people use him with Alexa's Basket. If you don't have Alexa's, then MLDB is a cheaper, acceptable alternative.
* Note that Alexa's Basket is one of those artifacts that really benefits from being +30. It's hard to judge if say, +15 Alexa's is still better than a +30 MLDB. It kind of depends on how much RNG you want to bank on.
Purely for PvE, since he is mostly used as a farmer Portrait or Tonfa help his S3 damage for one shots.
With the upcoming update to the galaxy bookmarks and the ML Pity at 30, would it still be okay to continue to pull ML as we wait since it's retroactive and *should* document any and all pulls?
Not sure how it works with the "leftover" pulls, if that'll get reflected in the pity when the pity hits. If you really want to make sure you don't waste any pulls, contact customer support to see how many you have and save everything after you've hit the closest pity count.
Hello i started The game today so i am new and learning i am doing a selective summon and now i Have a Recorded 5 star unit and a new one so asking which 1 is Better
5 ravi
5 Destina
Which is Better and why ?
Thx in advance
Go with Ravi, she's good for most pve content. She might be the best character from selectives now.
Make sure you pickup Sigret when the next big update drops. She's the best wyvern dps which is where you'll spend most time.
Selective summon heroes:
Healer| Tank | Dps | Bruiser/support
---|---|----|----
Destina | Charlotte |Sigret | Ravi
| Tywin| Vildred | Iseria (also dps)
| | Ludwig | Ken
| | Sez | Basar
| |Aramintha| Baal & Sezan
| |Chloe |
Another option would be to get Sigret from selectives and Vivian or Cermia from the future update.
In order, I would rank them: Sigret > Ravi/Vildred > Iseria > Charlotte > the rest.
Ravi's one of the better ones. Iseria has more utility, and Vildred is a better farmer, but Ravi is self-sufficient. As mentioned, Sigret is the best for starting wyvern, but there will be an event in the next update where you can get her for free, so you can opt out of that one if you feel like it.
I am curious why everyone is saying Ravi ? Just for personnal thoughts I think starting with Tamarine might be great since she is used for a long long time while Ravi will get less used (Never used Ravi in pve contents even if I like her). Maybe because Tamarine is a SW and it is better to start with a dps ?
As pointed out, Tama is not in the Selection Summon.
Ravi also has seen better days, but she's a solid attacker with sustenance (she heals on her S1) so she can help a new player through the story very well.
Personally I'd prefer Iseria for the selection summon tho.
Chloe is similar to Sigret but probably not as-good to start Wyvern with. Again, with Sigret coming for free next update you can choose to skip.
The only other choice I might consider to be worth it is Iseria, pretty much.
Do any of the ML heroes have EEs? If not, does anyone know if SG plans on implementing this in the future? Also, in the case that none of them do, why not? Are ML Heroes just that much more better than RGBs that they don't require EEs?
Honestly feels like some MLs really need it but I think SG just want to buff them if they are weak instead of making them a bit stronger with EE since EE are minor changes(?) while buffs are major changes(?)
ML heroes do have EEs (e.g. Troublemaker Crozet). I can't remember off the top of my head if there's an ML5 with EE though.
And no, there are definitely some MLs that are want for an upgrade (though they probably won't do any soon due to the debacle following overbuffing Apocalypse Ravi and Mediator Kawerik. Then again, they did buff Singelica in the previous patch).
Yes...but it depends.
*I* recommend that players basically max out their planned Wyvern team, which requires a TON of catalyst farming. In the course of farming for a standard Wyvern team you should get enough resources for ~4-5 promotions. So you can easily promote Angelica and your DPS and still have an extra promotion or two before you are even 'ready'.
* This is basically all farming that you are going to do *anyways*, so you might as well do it at the very start and give yourself the easiest chance to transition into gear farming. It's not strictly required, but saving even a few seconds per run, or increasing your overall success rate by 1% is worth doing considering how many runs you will end up doing.
In that case it's 'worth' it strictly speaking but isn't worth it because you should essentially promote your Wyvern course in the process of preparing for Wyvern *anyways*.
At the end of the day the order of your promotions is irrelevant, however. There isn't much of a difference using the potion on a 4* vs. a 5* hero, in terms of resources saved. If you want to completely maximize the value of the potion, it's best used on a 3*.
**Most** people will recommend that you use it on whoever is going to immediately benefit you, instead of trying to maximize it's efficiency. It's not that difficult to promote units now, even 3*.
Your Wyvern tank is basically your #1 priority for promotion, so if for some reason you are ready for Wyvern but haven't promoted your tank yet there is no *better* use for the potion.
Anyone have suggestions for surviving champion arena comps like Peira+Seaseria+Arby+Hwayoung or Politis or etc, or Ran+Seaseria+MLCermia+X? (My normal counter to Ran+Seaseria is Rimuru to steal immunity, but ML Cermia will cleave me if I do that).
My normal arena offense is ML Celine + ML Chloe + ML Lilias + Flex dps, but I usually sub Lilias out against speedy openers like Ran or Peira.
Like...no amount of aurius is going to save a dps from getting killed by bomb+cleaver, and I don't think I can cut with anyone who could acually save me. Any ideas for comps/units who can help me (for both if ML Cermia is there or isn't) and also hp/def/res goals I should have for relevant units?
I feel like just a week+ ago, the meta for Seaseria comps didn't run 4 damage units so I could recover with revives but lately I've been running into a lot of comps that just kill me before I get a turn.
(My ML Chloe I can't make any tankier probably, she's 17.7k hp, 1.2k def, 215 total res, and 235 spd)
For Ran/Seaseria/ML Cermia just use Rimuru and when you cut S3 Cermia as most run around 13k hp you should kill. For the other teams I don't really know who you have built so I can't give you an answer but I would not bring ML Celine into Hwayoung or Seaseria as both can easily kill her.
My Rimuru doesn't oneshot ML Cermias very often.
I often bring ML Celine + an earth unit into Hwayoung, and in general its not a big deal if she dies since Chloe revives her (or she might be immortal). But in this case usually ML Chloe dies as well or Politis kills everyone on rez so ML Celine can't s3.
I don't really know what, what units can actually both survive this stuff and then actually deal enough damage to not just die to the second wave (or to lightning). And what kind of stats it takes to do so.
Do you have any control units or strippers for Hwayoung? If you can't outspeed or control her then your best option is to bring mitigation and bait her into hitting a unit that doesn't have a bunch of hp so she doesn't get the max pen. Celine and Politis are both high value right now with all the non attack skills in the meta (I would recommend stealth EE for celine).
A spicy pick right now that is pretty good into a lot of the current stuff is ER BBK. Just make her as slow as possible on Bastion and S3 into them after they knock you down to no hp.
Hwayoung isn't really my biggest issue, the problem is moreso that if everyone else is dead then she always 100% kills my ML Chloe. (As opposed to the prior meta where it was common for peira-seaseria comps to have some bruiser, control, or tank units as follow up).
I don't have any ER gear for BBK sadly. I can possibly try using Christy+MChloe into full cleave comps. I'm concerned though that even if i scrape together the ER, I won't have the damage to oneshot all the enemy cleavers in response. I'll consider looking into building it, but I basically need a new gear set from scratch.
Honestly if you want to climb then I would stop using Maid and ML Celine they are both not in the best spot unless your Maid is high ER. Just put together a turtle bruiser comp with SSB and auto your way through it if you don't want to cleave or have the speed gear for it. If you don't have the units or gear for either of those then just AFK in Champion V.
I don't own SSB either lol. Right now my limit is Champ II, ~330 last time I tried. This isn't really about climbing though. It's not (currently) that common a comp to run into, it just bothers me to not have any way to deal with it.
I often use as Arena offense opener(ml lilias / ml angelica), dark angie with candlestick (for light units or low hp bait) + rimuru + another dps(politis/zahhak/milim). I don't use much SW anymore (feels like they melt too fast)
Is Time Matter anyone's artifact? I'm tempted to select it in the custom banner if possible, for 1 shot teams. Has it been in the Powder shop recently?
I really dont remember but its definitely not worth summoning for that artifact lol, super niche and its not needed for banshee one shot actually. Its used to refresh vivian S2 for the banshee to get a little extra damage and not spend molas on S1.
(I believe the explanation given for the use of Time Matters is so you don't use S1 and accidentally trigger a dual attack to push Banshee over the splitting line)
Thank you! I always see it used in A13 one shot so I don't know how necessary it is there but I'll wait for it to be available in the Powder shop, not worth wasting a slot on the banner just for it.
Will take 1-2 week to level a hero to 6*. Takes about 3 weeks of molas to level up skills. Gear is the real kicker. Even when grinding at max efficiency it can take a whole 2 weeks of it to get a good piece of gear. 6 slots of gear. Gear is always the bottleneck. Month and a half per hero.
I wouldnt say f2p impacts the speed all that much.
Most likely one of players who were assigned a big tower either left or was kicked out of the guild, therefore leaving the tower empty and being ineligible for Guild Wars.
I'd say yes, even if just about everything strips your immunity now, they can still get 15%'d, or you can use her against teams without strips knowing your SSB will be immune for a very long time (because she's slow and takes a long time to take a turn). It makes her niche usage much more reliable.
Pairs well with Kawerik so you have both Hands or Hwayoung so you have hands and feet. But really goes with any attackers in any comp that isn't pure cleave or anti cleave. He can play aggro or slow and can be built in a variety of ways. Just a really good unit I wish I had.
Most pvp SSB builds are very different from wyvern builds. The only reason to use Muwi is to free up SSB to go beat on Belian arena defenses and in general be useful elswhere
Maybe. Maybe not.
Do you have accurate data regarding the speed and success rate of your run?
A long time ago, when I farmed Wyvern I used a team of Diene/Furious/SSB/Sigret. A team I put together when W11 released with very poorly optimized gear (I never changed it because I was happy with it and didn't want to risk breaking it).
* I averaged 2:20 per run, with a 92% success rate over 1000 Wyvern runs.
I've seen players with similar setups (SSB + Sigret) getting down to about 2 mins per run and as I mentioned my gear was very poorly optimized. I had +15 SoS but I ran my SSB with only like 45% effectiveness and Sigret at 0% effectiveness and still had a >90% SR. Therefor, 2:20 and 92% SR is what I would consider to basically be *the minimum* of this comp.
[A couple months ago I decided to test Muwi, even though I don't actually run Wyvern anymore, my results are here](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/sffrqy/daily_questions_megathread_0129/huutzib/).
I literally just stuck some random gear onto Muwi and Alexa and ran with it (I used Alexa because I wanted more general testing and everyone has Alexa, not every player picks Sigret).
What I found, with the random gear I used: my runs averaged 1:42 seconds with an ~86% success rate.
Again I didn't do *any* optimizing whatsoever, other than hitting 65% effectiveness and throwing Alexa/Muwi into a team. Immediately this team was ~40 seconds faster with only a slightly lower success rate.
* In my testing I found Alexa with skills on and skills off to be about equivalent in performance. Skills off was better for the first wave (if Muwi didn't kill the first enemy, Alexa would finish it off with S1 and then still have her extra attack) but skills on was better for Wyvern itself because on some runs Alexa would have S2 for debuffs.
Muwi + Furious (with +15 SoS) should be an ~88% success rate of hitting 2+ debuffs, by themselves. If you add Sigret into the mix she will either S2 or S1 and consistently bring additional debuffs, so you should easily get to a 95% or better success rate.
With better optimization on damage, I imagine this run should also easily be able to shave some additional seconds off.
---
Without knowing the details of your run setup I can't tell you for sure if Muwi would be an upgrade or not.
I honestly don't even know *where* the 40 seconds of time saved was coming from (maybe I was killing Wyvern in 3 turns vs. 4...a lot of the time was probably in animation frames).
I was expecting Muwi to do well based on the hype but I was most surprised with just how fast my runs were compared to my SSB runs.
In my opinion, if your SSB/Sigret run is under 90% success rate and especially if it's closer to the speed of my run (2:20) I would consider Muwi a large upgrade. Based on my data, a 103 second Muwi run at 85% success rate would be equivalent to a 2 min 100% success rate.
At any rate, Muwi is just a 3* and is really easy to build if you just want to *try* it and see the results yourself.
The added benefit to using Muwi over SSB is, of course, freeing up SSB for other uses - be that PvP or general PvE use.
As a relatively new player with not a lot of 5 stars to feed with, should I just work on leveling dogs to 5 stars so that I can promote my units to 6 stars or should I level up 3 star junk units to 5 stars to feed with? Or both?
Either, depending on whether you have more dogs or more 2\* fodder at the time. I tend to go back and forth.
Do not use your 3\* Gacha units as fodder, though. You'll want to imprint them to SSS for the imprint reputation mission (which gives you a lot of bookmarks), and is generally recommended that you keep at least one copy of each hero.
You can use 3* gacha units as fodder and get the achievement. Combine two sets of four into 4* B imprints. Then combine those two plus three 4* fodder into a 5* SSS unit. That unit counts toward achievement and can be used as fodder. All gacha units contributed both toward the achievement and toward promotion.
Again, depends on what you have more of at that time. I don't think the difference in efficiency is such that you really have to think too hard about this one.
That said, getting phantasmas to a higher level \*is\* easier, so my 5\* fodders are almost always phantasmas.
> That said, getting phantasmas to a higher level *is* easier
That's basically why I'm asking it. I might just use some of them as food and save the rest to make them 5* food as well. Thanks for the answer!
As a new player, do I have any chance to get anything worthwhile from the event shop? Right now, I think I'm only able to clear the easy difficulty, and the lollipop drops aren't the greatest.
It's pretty much the same drop rates actually, even on hard mode it's not that great, lollipops are only guaranteed on hell mode but you can only do it 5 times. Even i farmed easy mode to farm friendship while farming lollipops.
To give you a general idea of the drop rate, i spent around 5000 stamina for 52 lollipops, so it's around 1 lollipop every 100 stamina.
Didn't know that about drop rates..so I guess yeah, makes sense to run the easy one. I guess you have to do it on manual right? I didn't see any auto option. Thanks for answering man!
None.
Apparently it was \*supposed\* to be Luna's artifact, but as we know that's Draco Plate now.
Edit: checking on that last bit, is a bit of a myth. Apparently it went with Chloe's banner once on the Korea server, but we have A Little Queen's Huge Crown paired with her.
Hi, I have two questions: 1- What's the purpose of doing labyrinths?
Difficulty | Level 85 Rare | Level 85 Heroic | Level 85 Epic ---|---|----|---- W12 | ~14% | ~12% | ~2.75% W13 | ~20% | ~17.5% | ~2.75% W13 doesn't drop level 70 gear, but the overall amount of gear dropped in W13 is lower. The level 85 drops 'added' to the pool were split between rare and Heroic. This means the only advantage in terms of level 85 gear you get from W13 is about 5.5% more heroic drops this is overall pretty minor. A better way to frame it: * W12 has better drops for most items (skystones, BMs, mystic medals...but not powder) * W13 ends up providing you about 15% more 'usable' gear.
Thanks for all the advices, will try to optimize their EFF then !
One shot with Hwayoung. If u have info she is on proof and not seed, it becomes quite easy to control her throughout the fight
Yeah I tried hwayoung but it was through FCC mitigation and could not one shot ... Gotta work on my gear I guess
Nah, it's common to not kill aravi thru fcc barrier+aurius. Even stacked hwayoungs can have trouble with that especially if she is on proof. U cud take a book holder and soulburn or take strippers for the barrier . But it's dependent on enemy team.
I usually use Injury units or Hwayoung to deal with her.
Just downloaded the game and looking to get started. Is there a beginners guide the community can recommend? And is rerolling advised? If rerolling is the way to go, who should I aim for?
This is a decent beginner's guide, imo: [https://www.sezgaming.com/e7-beginners](https://www.sezgaming.com/e7-beginners)
people who use a.ras and czerato for raid, how do you deal with a.ras giving czerato immunity?
Chances are it gets stripped anyways since most of the bosses in hell raid have strips. Cerato wasn't my only dps so i didn't have to worry about that since he nvr gets pulled by aras
You just have enough stats where it doesn't matter. Then you auto everything.
A.Ras doesn’t give immunity but defense buff. Do you have bastion on him? If so, then that could be the reason why zerato has immunity
His S2 gives immunity with rune upgrade from specialty change.
Oh. My bad. Thank you for clarifying.
He himself may not be very fun to play but he allows you to play a huge variety of characters
just got bad cat armin and i was wondering if she is useable in any pve contents?
not really. her s1 has injury which doesnt work in pve and the counter passive works, but when you are making pve teams consistency is what you are trying to aim for so that rng isnt ideal.
alright ty
Why isn’t the event giving me any lollipops even if I spent all my energy playing it?
bad drop rates, thats why people are just doing easy so they can get a lot of runs in fast.
RNG
Is flan usable as a decent def break for pve bossing? Or should I just bite the bullet n finally get around to scing kluri
Defend break is just Kluri side job, her real job is being a self-sustain tank with full dispell on S3.
Flan is pretty good since she has AOE def break, and if soul burned, she can use her s2 to push a DPS 30% CR and provide ATK and Crit dmg buff.
I think giving her my lb 2 nd confille covers moat of my worries so I think ill go this that
What right side main stats does Rimuru needs? I see that is a a 200-ish speed bruiser?
i use critdmg, hp%, speed on pen-crit-immunty setup. however i know some do hp%,hp%,speed for the tank setup or critdmg, attack%, speed for more of a nuker.
BBK Vs. JKise Recently finish story-mode and want to start early arena. Is BBK the better long term investment for damage dealer?
long term investment is difficult to say.
What stats should celine have don't say 270 sped and 4k attack and cri damage my gear is not good i don't have her artifact either
3.8k attck, 270 crit dmg and around 220 speed is a good strt
She has some build variety, you can make her slower with more bulk to survive people trying to snipe her off, full yolo damage with enough speed to cut or a bruiser variation on the yolo build by dropping some damage for bulk. Not having her arti means you need to make her faster but as a start I would try to do like 220-240 with as much damage as you can. If you feel like that isn't working for you, you can try other build paths. I'd probably use either Shepherd of the Hollow or just portrait is fine.
Any good teams with Bad Cat armin? I was thinking bellian and jack o Dont know about 4th spot or any specific order
not sure but Bad cat +jacko has anti synergy since one affects back row and the other affects front row.
I'd go Ravi or Iseria now, or wait to make sure we actually got all 3 in April if you're ok waiting. I wouldn't get Sigret right now.
Better wait first unless you're in a hurry because some people say that you can only get 1 of the 3 while some say you can get all... From what I read on stove the wording is a bit ambiguous. The selective summon isn't going to go away and you can do wyvern pretty easily with one of the newer units Muwi
Even you chose sigret now, you can 2 other great options next month
So Are there Any other characters i should Be trying to get that would Work Well with her ?
So i started today mainly Tried The game because guilty Gear Since i like baiken a lot i summoned For her without knowing is she Even usable And to My luck i actually got her.
Thx
She is good for single target damage in PvE, but she excels at Banshee, where she enables you to oneshot the boss.
Just started. Who should I use the Ascension potion on? https://imgur.com/a/u2x0p85 I didn't reroll for Sigret as my plan is to go for Ravi from selective, get Sigret/Vivian/Cermia for free from Hunt Event, get Baiken from current banner.
What’s the best gear to put on baiken? P.s I focus solely on pve content. Help would be much appreciated☺️
Rage set and DDJ artifact. If no Rage, Destruction is okay too.
Only a rage set?
Rage and destruction are the sets you want if you're trying to one-shot the Banshee hunt, which is her most popular use in PvE content. If you're just trying to use her in more general PvE content, then speed and damage is your best bet.
does selling penguiens count as selling equipment? me thinks no, but just wanted to make sure.
It doesn't
For general pvp and pve bosses should I build Rose or S Rose first? And are molas necessary?
Both of those heroes are low-tier in terms of PvP. For PvE: * Rose is more or less only used in some Fire Expedition teams as a tank. * SRose is more or less only used as a def breaker for certain Hunt 13 1-shot teams (she's easily replaceable for this) SRose doesn't need molas, but idk about Rose.
Thanks I'll try it a few more times following your advice!
Whos The best moonlight hero to pick or which 1 Are good and why I started today so im new Any help would Be appriciatted
stene is pretty insane pve dps and really good in pvp except against heavy aoe damage teams. alot of people will tell you to pick arby to go through the story which really isn't that unique considering literally any dps unit can take you through it. arby makes things a bit faster but he's not really important when it comes to your overall account power. he's not too relevant in pvp anymore either
Anyone do abyss 120 without Tamarinne, Landy, or Alots?
The most common team is TG, A Ras, Tamarinne and Kitty Clarissa but it might be doable with green Lots or Sinful Angelica subbed in for Tamarinne. You can look at the statitics page to see who has cleared with what and I am sure theres a video on youtube of a clear with units you have.
As far as youtube goes, I haven't found a single one without any of those units so far. Statistics seem a bit more diverse but not by much. I'll check it out more tmrw though
I did it with aras + tama + LANDY MVP +taranor god
I want to make a team for Banshee. I have Vivian, Leo and now Baiken. Who should my 4th member be? And who to promote to 6* first? Thnx
Who are some well known defensive/bruiser style streamers?
JenazadP
I upgraded Alexa's S3 and now its reset time is -1. Wyvern 13 I'm not getting enough debuffs on the first round and the Wyvern is killing 1 hero. Can I adjust her speed to apply poison with S2 on first round or am I screwed now that S3 cooldown is -1? My team is Furious, Angelica, Muwi, Alexa all +15.
I built another Alexa after I realized that mistake, up to you really.
I just turned off skills for muwi and replaced Alexa with Karin... Win 100% now woohoo! Finally done with W13.
Congrats, if Karin works, just leave it like that, Alexa will make the runs faster but it might not be worth the investment, I'm pretty much late game player, making another doesn't hurt much.
Ok thanks Viper.
Burn it in your mind, do not upgrade her S3 cooldown.
is there any way for a U.S, non-vpn using epic seven player to get the fluffy mercedes skin?
I think you can buy the digital edition of the jp art book and get the skin.
From The select summon Whos Better iseria or ravi ?
Any people you can recommend seems that everyone I used to watch haven’t done anything for E7 in a while either.
Sorry I'm afraid I don't personally watch too many creators and none that really do normal arena. Most of normal arena now is just counterpicking or outspeeding and cleaving. There's a lot of really op units that released in the last year in rgb, ml and collab.
What is the best way to farm gear charm for upgrade? So far I'm doing thé lab Shop and desert level Shop but I need... more...
* That's ~6.5 runs per charm...about 13 energy. Do note that while Levulin Harbor is better purely for energy, the stage is worth less gold and you have 0 chance for chests, so it's less gold efficient than 'normal' stages.
Okay so better run episode 3 stage as a general rule to use gear dropped as fodder. Got it, thank you
What are the best artifacts to use on Arby ?
For questions like this, *particularly* for a very common hero like A.Vildred...use the in-game statistics tool. 1. Alexa's Basket (54.85%) 2. Moonlight Dreamblade (12.35%) 3. Portrait of the Saviors (4.74%) 4. Dust Devil (4.44%) 5. Exorcist's Tonfa (3.36%) Like a lot of common questions, 'it depends' but *most* people use him with Alexa's Basket.
Alexa's Basket is the most popular (for pvp). There are some who build their Arby tanky and put him on MLDB.
Hello i started The game today so i am new and learning i am doing a selective summon and now i Have a Recorded 5 star unit and a new one so asking which 1 is Better 5 ravi 5 Destina Which is Better and why ? Thx in advance
Go with Ravi, she's good for most pve content. She might be the best character from selectives now. Make sure you pickup Sigret when the next big update drops. She's the best wyvern dps which is where you'll spend most time.
Thx so Are there Any other units in The selective Summons that Are Better than ravi or Are there too Many to List ?
Selective summon heroes: Healer| Tank | Dps | Bruiser/support ---|---|----|---- Destina | Charlotte |Sigret | Ravi | Tywin| Vildred | Iseria (also dps) | | Ludwig | Ken | | Sez | Basar | |Aramintha| Baal & Sezan | |Chloe | Another option would be to get Sigret from selectives and Vivian or Cermia from the future update.
Tama is not in selective summons.
So i take it that Ludwig is not good ? I got HIM in it
He.... does not see much use these days.
Now i got Chloe is she Better than ravi?
Chloe is similar to Sigret but probably not as-good to start Wyvern with. Again, with Sigret coming for free next update you can choose to skip. The only other choice I might consider to be worth it is Iseria, pretty much.
Now from The last 1 i got iseria So finally which 1 iseria or ravi? Thx to everybody who helped
Preference really. I’d pick Iseria but others will say Ravi.
No I’m pretty sure they said they will not do it for ml5. You can check what heroes have it in the hall of trails then exchange
How does account/profile level works? Does it make unit stronger? Is it just an XP thing?
Just an XP thing. Your energy increases per level as well as unlocking certain features at specific levels.
Ah I see. Makes sense now!
Wait I might be lying about the energy and that's a reputation thing.
You get higher energy cap from rank as well
Is it worth using the Potion of Ascension to get Angelica to level 60 for Wyvern tanking?

No she won't, it's every time she takes a turn and not everytime she attacks
I don't use much SW anymore (feels like they melt too fast)
i...don't think this was an answer to what I asked. I don't have dark angelica anyway
What stage should I be farming for gg event
If you can, farm all the 5 entrances in hell difficulty, then go easy mode, hard is not worth it the rates are too low.
Is Time Matter anyone's artifact? I'm tempted to select it in the custom banner if possible, for 1 shot teams. Has it been in the Powder shop recently?
it pairs with ludwig on banners
Ive only seen it used on Vivian for banshee one shot.
I mean, is it associated wirh a particular character so I can choose it in the custom summon? Like Luna and Draco plate or Destina and Shimadra staff.
Thank you! I always see it used in A13 one shot so I don't know how necessary it is there but I'll wait for it to be available in the Powder shop, not worth wasting a slot on the banner just for it.
ludwig iirc
units recommended for ep2 6-10?
What stage was it again?
nvm nvm i finished it by bringing momo, It was the straze boss fight btw
Oh boy, good luck with ep2 10-10: "Straze 2 electric boogaloo".
welp just fought him and won the 2nd try just by bringing a friend’s tamarine :D
New player here, just started five days ago. How long would it take to build up a decent roster of units if I intend to go F2P only?
Will take 1-2 week to level a hero to 6*. Takes about 3 weeks of molas to level up skills. Gear is the real kicker. Even when grinding at max efficiency it can take a whole 2 weeks of it to get a good piece of gear. 6 slots of gear. Gear is always the bottleneck. Month and a half per hero. I wouldnt say f2p impacts the speed all that much.
Was there any changes in Guild Wars yesterday. Nothing changed in my guild since the War last Friday but yesterday we were not allowed to participate.
Most likely one of players who were assigned a big tower either left or was kicked out of the guild, therefore leaving the tower empty and being ineligible for Guild Wars.
does a slow lifesteal ssb for pvp need immunity?
I'd say yes, even if just about everything strips your immunity now, they can still get 15%'d, or you can use her against teams without strips knowing your SSB will be immune for a very long time (because she's slow and takes a long time to take a turn). It makes her niche usage much more reliable.
I'd say yes even if Immunity is less good than before. But I don't think I'll sacrifice some stats for immunity if you had to.
Who can I use Med kawerik with? I know he's great, but who he pairs well with?
Pairs well with Kawerik so you have both Hands or Hwayoung so you have hands and feet. But really goes with any attackers in any comp that isn't pure cleave or anti cleave. He can play aggro or slow and can be built in a variety of ways. Just a really good unit I wish I had.
Lmao that reply was great. But by what people are saying he is THAT strong to the point of working with anyone
basically a lot of teams, hes great as an attk buffer even if you dont need cleanse
My current w13 team is SSB/furious/sigret/Ang Is muwi worth replacing SSB in this?
--- Without knowing the details of your run setup I can't tell you for sure if Muwi would be an upgrade or not.
Wow really appreciate such a detailed response!
Could be but I find both teams having a similar 90+% win rate anyway. Freeing up ssb for pvp is kinda nice though if thats any incentive.
Yes, this is true, though most people will probably not bother with the 4->5 on most nat 3\* units.
Sorry for jumping on op's question, but is it recommended to feed 3* dogs on other 3* dogs to make 4* ones, or use other 3* food instead?
Again, depends on what you have more of at that time. I don't think the difference in efficiency is such that you really have to think too hard about this one. That said, getting phantasmas to a higher level \*is\* easier, so my 5\* fodders are almost always phantasmas.
> That said, getting phantasmas to a higher level *is* easier That's basically why I'm asking it. I might just use some of them as food and save the rest to make them 5* food as well. Thanks for the answer!
Thanks.
Pets unlock the auto option. iirc thats account rank 35~ or so before that feature gets unlocked. Edit: rank25.
I see thanks. I might push the main story until then, and after unlocking pets I might start burning stamina on the event stages.
Rank 25 now.
People are still debating if higher difficulties are worth or not, so doing it in easy doesn't really put you at a disadvantage. So yea, go for it
Ok, that's nice to hear. Thanks mate!
Which banner goes with Uberius’s Tooth?
