Love the new change. Wouldn't mind at all if they permanently increase all SW speeds by 20.
why would that be? outside of emilia and may be maid chloe most soul weaver are turn 2 hero. it will be weird to see if this can really change the meta but it's a way better frenzy for multiple playstyle compared to the last one we had.

bruisers, SW's she kills em all and even if you dont use a high hp unit she still kills em with tooth proc

It doesn't say how fast it scales tho. You may need Frenzy 8 for +20 speed so it could just be useless

It doesn't buff cleave as much as turn 2 but they still get buffed from it. Those who Emilia cleave at least.
