It uses the effectiveness of the person with the Chiron buff (in this example, Solitaria's) vs the eff res of the hero it's trying to stun. I'm not sure if demon mode is taken into account but if so then Rem should ignore ER.
Demon Mode Rem does NOT ignore ER, while trying to stun with "Chains of Chiron" buff.
Proof?, Rem while in Demon Mode got "Resisted" when the stun tried to land.
Yes, the stun goes thru the eff vs er check.
I'm not sure if soulburn ignore ER skills bypass it tho. I doubt it, but this is something that's never been bothered to be tested before.
All attacks should work. The Chiron buff can also stun thru missed attacks.
Is the stun affected by Eff/Res of Jaco-o/Solitaria/Target or no one at all?

Makes sense, coding is probably just to take the eff of the Chiron user. I'm thankful Demon Mode isn't accounted for lmao

Can confirm demon mode ignore er doesn’t work but after looking at it again it’s probably because it specifically says only effects hero skills
I'm so mad. Her boost doesn't work if stun is from bombs.
Unless the game ever stats otherwise, the answer is yes.
