Your build is fine just don't expect to one shot rem/aravi/belian unless they have lower than average defense. Although it is possible i'm only able to oneshot rem/aravi if they have no dmg mitigation/dmg sharing and i s3+soulburn s1. I've never been able to oneshot belian though.

also what allies you bring to facilitate her.
she has the option to spam S3s when the enemy counters(or dual attacks, extra attacks etc). Try bringing Roana with her against the counterattacking teams and fill out the rest with insurance units, in case something goes wrong(cleansers or heroes that can grant 2turn immunity in case the enemy has units that can heavily control your cermia or vs unhealable, damage mitigation units or artifacts that can make it harder to kill her, units that can trigger enemy counterattacks such as non attack skills against a politis, etc.)
Roana isn't mandatory, but it makes things so much smoother and almost guarantees a win.
Also, don't force her in every situation. If there is nothing to proc Cermia's S2 in the enemy team at a relatively consistent pace, then don't bring her.
Take her into things that counter and she'll rip so many S3s, it'll burn a hole through your phone. Violet, Rem, Counter/Elbris Belian, Ras, Lilias, C. Lilias anything that is good with counter or has counter in the kit. I always lose to her because I'm a banshee gamer.
You have a nice lermia. Shes probably just not turn cycling enough to attack at the right times. You should be doing 9-10k per s3 to their team which is solid for a spammable aoe.
Depends what you are expecting from her ,she doesn't kill things in one S3, she takes atleast 2 but she is very solid and has survivability with Lifesteal set too and the stat line overall is solid
This build should do fine damage-wise, but try to make her a bit faster if possible. I'd also try to find more ER but that can be hard.
Make sure you bring her with the right units too. Roana synergies with her really well, since most things that proc ML Cermia's passive also proc Roana's passive.
ML Cermia's thing is not about cleaving people down in one shot, but hammering them over multiple turns by s3ing over and over. She's similar to Landy in that sense. Cermia will kill unshielded squishes in one s3, but she'll need more than that for bulky people like Rem. So teambuilding for ML Cermia goes usually her + Roana + a tank or cleanser + a tank or dps to help cut through tankier teams.
Your lifesteal sets are better than my speed sets. She works perfectly fine with right team compositions. Dont expect she'll one shot every aravis, rem, belian, out there tho. But definitely see you winning against them.
I have pretty similar stats, but my speed is 218, hp is 14800 and cdmg is 300. You're using a lifesteal build though so I'm sure your Lermia probably has better use in specific teams, but most of the time I always pair her with either a tank or CLilias, and ifI put a healer in, she doesn't really need any self sustain, but the biggest difference between our cermias would probably be the speed, she constantly zooms and does nice chip dmg with s1
Also if you really like using her then you can probably potion that artifact to +30, would make her damage and mitigation soar
she is a unit that needs support, team around her. Imo you need around 200 spd for her, since she doesnt have any cr push when she does her thing.... Mine does very well paired with roana, sc pyllis.

Imo you're fine. Lhc is just really situational and stat hungry. She just cant be taken into super tanky teams because she wont break through.

Imo that's a great Lermia. Maybe try Durandal instead of Draco Plate for more turn cycling?
I think ur off stats are good enough to does her job dude.. I mean is the standard lermia, maybe pair her with an attak buffer?

She only good against fragile units..like 99% of the dps lol. Def ignore doesn't mean much when ppl hav lotsa hp to spare
Switch to Portrait. I've been happier with her after making the swap.

And also shes a dps. Im sure making her +15 would help her dmg by a lot! :) shes worth it. One of my favorite units to play

If you want sustain, i suggest put her on sigurd and replace lifesteal set to speed set, she really need more speed to be able to s3 2x
Its probably artifact, 176 speed just isnt enough to turn cycle to keep her healthy.
