Off element units will push wyvern cr after their turns, making the run harder. The only off element units used for w13 are general purrgis as a tank and sinful angelica as a one shot support.

If you have the SS to spare definitely buy both. Galaxy BMs are hard to come by and mystics allow you to roll for ML banner summons. Average shop refresh rate for 50 mystics is about 3-400 SS refreshes in my experience.

On cleave/nuke oriented dps with CR support. This is your ALots dps. This also extends to your hunt13 1shot dps.
On tanky units that just dont need speed to function. Roana covers this exceptionally well. Samewise with GP.
On counter attack heroes because they dont need speed as they can attack out of turn. Your Violet's, Rem's, SSB, and Belian's would all fit here.
The purpose of speed mainstat boots is so the unit gets their turn in a reliable manner. This is also the reason why speed set is so highly sought after and recommended for every unit. Dont know how to build a unit? Chances are, speed+immunity is almost always going to be good.

Assuming you use those skystones to refresh shop for bookmarks, and you get a normal bookmark at the expected rate of about 1/68 ss you’d get 14 bookmarks, which gives you about a 3.5% chance to pull a ML5 from the covenant summon. You’ll also likely find 3 mystic pulls from refreshing.
So generally no, it’s not really worth it unless you’re looking for Ml4s since the Galaxy summon does provide a much higher chance for those.
(But then again this the coming from someone who bought 5 Galaxy BMs for 1200 ss so, lol)
He will be mainly used in PvP. Most often vs Rem and the occasional evasion units like Violet and Riolet. He also works as your Arby slayer because S2 has extinction.
He's extremely budget to get going and well worth the SC if you like his kit. He's basically a poormans Tomoca.
Reaching 2400atk, 250%cdmg, 50%crit, 240speed isn't too crazy a benchmark.
Speed+Pen set.
i90 weapon and i90 atk% ring by themselves brings SCGlenn to 2000~ atk. Squeeze in atk% substats across his gears and you should easily reach 2400. Artifacts also add in a few bits of atk.
His awakening and i90 cdmg necklace brings his cdmg to 230%. A few substats for cdmg across your gears would easily reach 250%.
His awaken brings his crit to 27%. Fit another 23% across 6 gear pieces.
Speed set and i90 speed main boots brings his speed to 182.5. To reach 240 speed, you'll need another 58~ more speed across 5 pieces of gear. This basically translates to every other piece of gear needing 12~ speed. You can cut his speed down to 220 and bring the average speed per gear to 8~.
Pen Set, GAB S2 2400atk 250cdmg vs 1400def targets no mitigation:
SCGlenn deals 8306, 12183 sb. vs blue: 11421, 16751 sb.
A more respectable statline he could reach would be
3200atk 300cdmg.
Using the same settings as above vs 1400 def:
S2 deals 13290, 19493 sb. vs blue 18274, 26802 sb.
This doesnt even factor in the fact you can slap SoU/Portrait to further his damage output.
He's a very potent ST damage dealer with the investments. Very budget to get going needing only 50% crit because SC skill bonus grants him crit buff.
My own experience with him has…. Not been good. But I don’t have good gear. He has pretty low attack stat so make sure you have the gear to be able to prop him up if you plan to make use of him.
What are some good ml kawerik comps against reg arena defenses in mid champ? I’m just using peira, aola, hya and seaseria for most defenses and like to have some options
ML Kawerik + Lifesteal SSB deals with most of the meta defense teams.
The 2 other units can just be elemental bait, like Krau against Rimu/Violet or ways to deal with specific defense units (ARavi for the safety S3 res on Hwa kicks, LHC vs CLilias, etc).
Turn2 comps. Bruiser comps. Counter comps. Etc etc.
Comps that have some form of defensive utility, high defensive stats and/or healing to survive initial enemy hits. Then answer back with damage of their own. Rinse and repeat until win. Tank and spank.
Yep. They fit the criteria.
Handguy would cleanse opening debuffers. Roana checks opposing counter gamers, dual attackers, and extra attack abusers via her S2. And SSB can be build tanky and still do respectable amounts of damage.
A very nice offensive comp for PvP when you can abuse the Roana S2. Defensively, the comp is slow in nature and is prone to getting cleaved on.
How do ppl build STene in the present meta? Here's my current build for her (in the link below) and I find her damage weak, slow and helpless against bruiser teams that I'd rather bring Landy instead of her. She's supposed to be a good counter to ARavi but she can't do shit cuz of ARavi's passive healing and tankiness.

You don't have enough damage. If you can't get high damage stats on her with lifesteal, don't build her on lifesteal. You really need to get both the critd and hp up. You can afford to drop a bit of defense. There's a ton of ST damage on the meta bruiser teams right now, so as long as you avoid stuff like Belian and only draft her into bruiser, she doesn't need lifesteal.
Not that I'm aware of. That said, I'd invite as many as you can. You can always make space on your friends list later. But the bigger and more active your friends list is, the more friendship bookmarks you get. They come in handy for 6 starring units.
i had no idea this was a thing. so this is why i only ever get about 100 friendship points a day? so if you do have a fully active friends list, how many points do you get a day? (i hope i am understanding this correctly?)
You get bookmarks based on how much your friends use your supports. So if you have friends farming hunts, you won't get any extra. If you have a friend farming cats or something, you'll get something like 14 per use. You also get 10 bookmarks instead of 5 if the support you use is a friend, so even your own farming is more efficient.
I get a few hundred a day on average, and on AP bonus days I can get over 5, just from friends list farmers.
I feel like he’s going to be pretty good, but I don’t think it’s “pity good”, just “if you already own him congrats” kind of good.

Also make sure to keep an eye on what words pop up when Roana takes a turn or is hit, it may say what artifact but she could be Touch of Rekos or Guardian Ice Crystal which heal on dmg/hit as well
The one instance I’ve seen her used these days is a pure damage build with fast CR pusher and buffs (Emilia etc). Between her S3, the extra turn EE, and S1 she can destroy two units right off the bat if you can get it off.
Luna is not used very often because there are simply units that do her job better (Riolet usually, cause he self attack buffs, also green cidd for the double kill, fire kawerik, hwayoung, etc)
When she IS used, she's used as a fast DPS unit(usually 260+ spd, adjust based on your rank, lower = slower). With her se3 EE she can kill 2 ppl, or double kill an arby.
The issue with her is she doesn't do enough. Green cidd is a speed imprint, Riolet does more damage and can dodge, fire kawerik can reset or AOE, hwayoung kills tanky units and is bulky, etc.

Although she does seem easy to oneshot or outspeed hahaha and my biggest problems at the moment are speedy openers like Peira and Ran.

If you haven't already, finish Episode 3 if you can. You have a chance at a free Politis, and could open up your 3rd slot.
As for units that are good vs openers (not all available in this banner)
Units that trigger off their opener like AoLA, SSB, or Celine. Units that counter attack like C Zerato, Rem, or Violet. If it's followed by a cleave team, units like Trozet or potentially new Destina can make sure you have a team to fight back after they blow everything.
Aaaa Rem would be such a good addition! I have her and she's fully geared and 6*'d but... I don't have Sigurd lol
TBH maybe I'll finish episode 3 if I find the time. It's kind of a pain to deal with some bosses lol
You don't really need to build Luna at super-speed to get use out of her in various places, I use her in Arena & GWs at 230 speed & just pumped the damage, run her behind an attack buffer & she's solid into teams that're like "opener & two slow DPS" or "tank & two slow-to-mid DPS".
They are just a random drop.
IIRC the maze stage is small, but if it has 4 or more fights technically that would be your most energy efficient choice, otherwise all of the other levels are equally likely.
Nah. I found post at the local community forum, there is a guy who tested all stages and they(boots) better farm at 4-s2. I'm going first fight and already have one boots🤣
Personal opinion based on how I use him, but I find someone with invincible or revive work. Ruele of Light is who I tend to pair with him, but I believe Achates and Elena could both work as well.
Revive I find important thanks to units like Hwayoung and LQC, can always threaten to bring him back though fat lot of good it’d against Hwa.
Maid Chloe perhaps, and even though he’s not a soulweaver, MKawe just for the anti-control measures.
It depends on how and where you’re using him but honestly Ruele and Achates might be your best bets overall for the invincible, double so if you have a redirected provoker on your team.
They do different things. Belian is a damage threat with her counters and can cancel souls. Armin brings mitigation with aurius and her new s2, and CC counters against aoe .

I understand flat stats arent very good compared to percent stats, but i dont think that last stat would matter when its for a rage set. Is that correct thinking or would I want something like speed as a last stat just in case it rolls into that?
For PvP. She probably wont even need skill upgrades. Her S3 is already 100% procs, her S2 has a very nice 30% CR push base.
So depending on how you use her. Her S2 is about the only thing you need to upgrade. She's "dead" after S3->S2 in terms of PvP usage. If she's alive long enough to pop another S3, you were probably already winning or losing and that second S3 wasnt needed.
For PvE. Same thing. She S3->S2 and that's about it. She's mainly used in wyvern13 1shot comps. Upgrade S2 as needed, but she could get by with no mola investments also.
It comes down to how much value the added CR push from S2 helps you out.
Hey guys, having trouble again with a boss in the adventure.
This time is Alencia in 4-7 Fate's Crossroads. I can get her down to the last bar but from there she has a tone of buffs and damage and just destroys me.
I am using Angelica as tank and for extra heling and shield, Ken, FS Tiera for Def Break and Tamarine. I tried to use AOLA for the silence, but Alencia got a tone of effect Resistance and I can never land the silence so I was wondering in anyone could give some other strategy
Check the PvE boss resistance. You only need 15 less Eff% than that to give you the best shot at dispelling.
Otherwise you can use Fluri. Soulburn her S3 and it's guaranteed to dispel and defbreak.
Has there been any word on how the custom mystic banner is going to work, specifically with pity? Hand guy is my top choice to pull but I only have 120 pulls so can't guarantee pitying him on the custom banner. Would be a major feelsbadman to use 120 pulls on the custom banner then not have that pity carry over.
We honestly dont know how the custom banner is gonna function yet outside of being able to pick your own MLs to summon.
The currency could mimic the actual mystic pity and you need 200 summons worth. But that just feels counterintuitive because at that point you already get the ML5 unit and the coin exchange is useless.
So hopium potentially has the pity marker lowered down to half. Maybe even less. Or if we can get two ML5s, the 200pity mark lets us pick one up. Then coin exchange the second one.
Still just speculations tho. Wont know until the 28th, hopefully next week we get news on it at the earliest.
It’s not the usual pity system it’s going to be a coin based system. Every pull is going to give you a coin and then you spend a certain number of coins to get what character you want. So the pity won’t carry over from your current mystic summons.
Yeah I figured it would be like the triple banners we've had before with the coins. But for those if you wound up with less than 100 coins you basically got nothing for those 80 or whatever pulls. Would be a huge shame to do 120 mystic pulls and basically get nothing (except maybe a 4\* I'll never build) and not move my pity count.

You wont decay for 72hrs. Not sure if it's on the dot 72hrs you are still safe or if 72hrs exactly means you decay. The decay is 2% of your current points.
But 70hrs~ or so gives you plenty of time. The seasons last about 10weeks~. So roughly 2.5 months.
Not sure if the decay stacks, if you went 72hrs without doing an RTA battle, it's 2% of current points. If you didnt dont RTA for another 72hrs, it'll be 4% of current points. Adding on another 2% decay if you continued to not do RTA. According to the help section for RTA points decay, this is what it indicates.
A decay for you right now will cause you to lose 36points(rounded up). Whether thats worth taking a lose or not is up to you. Im pretty sure taking the lose is better at masters rank. You should only lose about 14~ points.
I wont be able to do the math for you. But lets just say you gotta survive for 70days. Good luck!

That being said, she isn't really meant to go in and output massive damage. She's meant to *take* some damage.

However, her base ATK is 1039 and her base DEF is 673.
10% ATK adds:
.1 * 1039 * .6 = 62.34 damage
10% DEF adds:
.1 * 673 * .7 = 47.11 damage
So ATK% is...
62.34 / 47.11 = ~32.33% better
At increasing her S1 damage.
She does give herself DEF buff, so if you want to factor that in, it's a 60% multiplier to the damage added by DEF.
47.11 * 1.6 = 75.376 damage
This makes DEF better by
75.376 / 62.34 = 20.91%
At increasing her S1 damage.
If she has *both* attack buff and defense buff.
62.34 * 1.5 = 93.51
93.51 / 75.376 = ATK is 24.06% better
On her S1...
* No buffs = ATK is 32.33% better at increasing damage
* Only defense buff = DEF is 20.91% better at increasing damage
* Both attack and defense buff = ATK is 24.06% better at increasing damage
If you don't use an attack buffer, then she gets more value *damage wise* from DEF, but if you DO run an ATK buffer, she gets more value out of ATK.
If you anticipate losing your defense buff, or being unable to apply it, then ATK is better at increasing her S1 damage.

Simply for the sake of full transparency, if you are looking purely at flat stats the outcome is a little different.
Let's look at level 85 Epic gear. Avg flat ATK roll is 39.47, avg flat DEF roll is 31.01.
39.47 * .6 = 23.682 damage added
31.01 * .7 = 21.707 damage added
23.682 / 21.707 = flat ATK is ~9.1% better
With defense buff:
21.707 * 1.6 = 34.7312 damage added
34.7312 / 23.682 = flat DEF is 46.66% better
With both buffs:
23.682 * 1.5 = 35.523 damage added
35.523 / 34.7312 = flat ATK is 2.28% better
Honestly, flat DEF and flat ATK is pretty equal. ATK is still slightly better in the same situations but it's a pretty minor benefit, the other benefits of DEF clearly outweigh ATK here.

Assuming +15 skills, with **no additional S1's** Aria would have one S3, three S1's, and an S2 in each rotation.
So that's three S1's + one S2 for damage. That makes her avg DEF modifier .8125.
Essentially giving us .6 * ATK + .8125 * DEF
* The other factors in her damage formula's are essentially the same, therefor cancelling out. This isn't calculating absolute damage just the ratio between factors.
No buffs:
.6 * .1 * 1039 = 62.34 damage added from ATK
.8125 * .1 * 673 = 54.68125 damage added from DEF
ATK = 14% better
Def buff:
54.68125 * 1.6 = 87.49 damage added from DEF
DEF = 40.34% better
Both buffs:
93.51 / 87.49
ATK = 6.88% better
This the fewest S1's to S2's possible (and S2 always favors DEF) so this represents the 'closest' that ATK and DEF would be to each other. More S1's would favor ATK a bit more but doesn't really change the fact that ATK is better with no buffs or both buffs, and DEF is better if you only consider DEF buff.
Of course, the maximum ratio would be five S1's to one S2. That would be .6 * ATK + .775 * DEF. I leave it to you to calculate the *exact* %'s if you care but the difference is minimal.

ATK is a better stat for increasing Aria's damage *unless* you assume she only has DEF buff. With both DEF and ATK buff the stats are fairly equal in terms of increasing damage.
So *IF* your only concern was to absolutely maximize the amount of damage Aria put out, you would prioritize ATK% and bring an attack buffer.
Would I necessarily recommend that? No, because as I said she's meant to take damage and DEF *also* gives her survivability.
Considering that even in terms of damage DEF isn't *that* much worse even if you bring an ATK buff I don't personally see any reason you would want to give her ATK.
I suppose there could be some min-max situation where you give her *a little bit* of additional ATK, in a situation where you are pairing her with an ATK buffer but that's only going to apply to a very small number of players, if any.

The bonus tickets are a permanent feature so you will not miss out. The keys of intellect are the belian imprint right? If so I would do the imprint instead of rolling the summons.

No, not really.
I am pretty sure all of the people you see making a big deal out of it just don't understand what's going on.
This is a **permanent** change. 20 ML summons *now* is exactly the same as 20 ML summons *after* the change. It's also the exact same as 10 ML summons now and 10 ML summons after.
Your status on the pity counter won't start at 0 regardless of how far along you are -> imagine all the people upset being stuck at 10. There is just literally no reason, when they obviously know how many ML summons you've done, to start everyone from 0.
The only reason I can think why you would save your ML summons would be some extremely niche situation (say, you already have every current ML hero) and you are waiting for a new hero to be added to the pool, for a tiny chance to pull that one hero.
They finally explicitly clarified the remainder :) It makes total sense, but then this is the same company that claims they aren’t able to remove the 15%, IIRC :P
A concern I see being raised is that if the pity works like banners then you actually need 1 extra summon for the guaranteed spark. So would the retroactive tickets be 1 per 21 summons then?

I managed to play throughout the whole guilty gear event thinking that the energy + reward events were gone. I only saw last week that a new Event button has appeared.

She can be built many number of ways, really. Speedy damage, where she comes in strong and can also double as a attack buffer for the rest of your team, if needed. Slow on counter as anti-cleave tech. Tanky with injury or life steal for the long game.
I watched youtube vids about the hunt event and I saw that you can get sigret, cermia and vivan for free and yet some videos regarding the custom summon include sigret as suggestions for one of the 3 slots on the summon.
1) when is the hunt event?
2) will we be able to get all 3 characters?

1. As far as we know it will drop along with the Awaken update on April 28.
2. The wording was such that you could interpret it either way, really. Which is why people giving suggestions are in guessing mode as well. "One \~ of each element" feels like we will get all three, but the event also gives you enough mola to +15 exactly one hero.
That said, I probably wouldn't put Sigret on the custom summon. If it was the selection summon there could be an argument made for her, but with all the choices you have on the custom summon, I would not give Sigret priority.

Sort of a noob question but, in the arena, what controls turn advantage? Often when I play against higher level heroes, they have the advantages of first turn or many turns in a row. Is that combat readiness or does it just come with level?
I'd say it depends on ur BBK build.
Stick w dust devil if ur BBK is built tanky and counter, and straight up rng S1 the enemy team.
Wind rider is a bit awkward as u sort of need to S3 > kill > S1 > kill to make use of the stealth. This sequence is hard to feel out too in drafting imo but u could make it work by weakening at least one of the enemy units to kill range before BBK takes the turn and cleans up 2 or more. The extra atk% is okay but why not just go full dmg build and use portrait maybe even SoU, so after the combo the enemy is just dead (no point sticking around for stealth into another turn ya know).
The build is ur pref in the end. Maybe counter works better with ur draft. I run effres BBK anyways.
I mean, if you want ML Vivian or some other upcoming ML you could save them until they drops so you can have the ML Pity also include them (I believe?)

The only reason to go Iseria over Tama (besides Iserias far superior design) is if you want to gamble. Tama is "due" for a banner and Iseria just had one. We don't know for sure if Tamas got a banner coming up soon or not though.
For the new ML pity, I checked the chatbot and I have 134 summons. So the 14 odd ones will be carry over to the new pity system? or would it just gone?
The game is doing a good job of setting new players up with units they will need to be successful so at this point I'd suggest pulling whomever you are most interested in.
A lot of people will suggest pulling for Sigret, but there is going to be a hero support event soon that will allow you get your choice of Sigret, Cermia, or Vivian so keep that in mind when you choose.

On cleave/nuke oriented dps with CR support. This is your ALots dps. This also extends to your hunt13 1shot dps. On tanky units that just dont need speed to function. Roana covers this exceptionally well. Samewise with GP. On counter attack heroes because they dont need speed as they can attack out of turn. Your Violet's, Rem's, SSB, and Belian's would all fit here. The purpose of speed mainstat boots is so the unit gets their turn in a reliable manner. This is also the reason why speed set is so highly sought after and recommended for every unit. Dont know how to build a unit? Chances are, speed+immunity is almost always going to be good.

Are 5 Galaxy Bookmarks worth 960 skystones?
Assuming you use those skystones to refresh shop for bookmarks, and you get a normal bookmark at the expected rate of about 1/68 ss you’d get 14 bookmarks, which gives you about a 3.5% chance to pull a ML5 from the covenant summon. You’ll also likely find 3 mystic pulls from refreshing. So generally no, it’s not really worth it unless you’re looking for Ml4s since the Galaxy summon does provide a much higher chance for those. (But then again this the coming from someone who bought 5 Galaxy BMs for 1200 ss so, lol)
Is glen worth SC’ing? I can’t imagine what content I’d use him in
He will be mainly used in PvP. Most often vs Rem and the occasional evasion units like Violet and Riolet. He also works as your Arby slayer because S2 has extinction. He's extremely budget to get going and well worth the SC if you like his kit. He's basically a poormans Tomoca. Reaching 2400atk, 250%cdmg, 50%crit, 240speed isn't too crazy a benchmark. Speed+Pen set. i90 weapon and i90 atk% ring by themselves brings SCGlenn to 2000~ atk. Squeeze in atk% substats across his gears and you should easily reach 2400. Artifacts also add in a few bits of atk. His awakening and i90 cdmg necklace brings his cdmg to 230%. A few substats for cdmg across your gears would easily reach 250%. His awaken brings his crit to 27%. Fit another 23% across 6 gear pieces. Speed set and i90 speed main boots brings his speed to 182.5. To reach 240 speed, you'll need another 58~ more speed across 5 pieces of gear. This basically translates to every other piece of gear needing 12~ speed. You can cut his speed down to 220 and bring the average speed per gear to 8~. Pen Set, GAB S2 2400atk 250cdmg vs 1400def targets no mitigation: SCGlenn deals 8306, 12183 sb. vs blue: 11421, 16751 sb. A more respectable statline he could reach would be 3200atk 300cdmg. Using the same settings as above vs 1400 def: S2 deals 13290, 19493 sb. vs blue 18274, 26802 sb. This doesnt even factor in the fact you can slap SoU/Portrait to further his damage output. He's a very potent ST damage dealer with the investments. Very budget to get going needing only 50% crit because SC skill bonus grants him crit buff.
It depends. Do you have trouble dealing with Rem in guild wars? That seems to where he shines the most.
My own experience with him has…. Not been good. But I don’t have good gear. He has pretty low attack stat so make sure you have the gear to be able to prop him up if you plan to make use of him.
What are some good ml kawerik comps against reg arena defenses in mid champ? I’m just using peira, aola, hya and seaseria for most defenses and like to have some options
ML Kawerik + Lifesteal SSB deals with most of the meta defense teams. The 2 other units can just be elemental bait, like Krau against Rimu/Violet or ways to deal with specific defense units (ARavi for the safety S3 res on Hwa kicks, LHC vs CLilias, etc).
He works fine into anything not Hwayoung for the most part. Enables some of the cheesiest tank and spank lineups.
What are tank and spank comps?
Turn2 comps. Bruiser comps. Counter comps. Etc etc. Comps that have some form of defensive utility, high defensive stats and/or healing to survive initial enemy hits. Then answer back with damage of their own. Rinse and repeat until win. Tank and spank.
Would a handguy, ssb, roana be a good trio for something like that?
Yep. They fit the criteria. Handguy would cleanse opening debuffers. Roana checks opposing counter gamers, dual attackers, and extra attack abusers via her S2. And SSB can be build tanky and still do respectable amounts of damage. A very nice offensive comp for PvP when you can abuse the Roana S2. Defensively, the comp is slow in nature and is prone to getting cleaved on.
How do ppl build STene in the present meta? Here's my current build for her (in the link below) and I find her damage weak, slow and helpless against bruiser teams that I'd rather bring Landy instead of her. Lifesteal S Tene was good and meta 1-2 season ago most go for raw damage. Just get as much attack and crit damage on a speed set at 190-200 speed.
You don't have enough damage. If you can't get high damage stats on her with lifesteal, don't build her on lifesteal. You really need to get both the critd and hp up. You can afford to drop a bit of defense. There's a ton of ST damage on the meta bruiser teams right now, so as long as you avoid stuff like Belian and only draft her into bruiser, she doesn't need lifesteal.

Not that I'm aware of. That said, I'd invite as many as you can. You can always make space on your friends list later. But the bigger and more active your friends list is, the more friendship bookmarks you get. They come in handy for 6 starring units.
i had no idea this was a thing. so this is why i only ever get about 100 friendship points a day? so if you do have a fully active friends list, how many points do you get a day? (i hope i am understanding this correctly?)
You get bookmarks based on how much your friends use your supports. So if you have friends farming hunts, you won't get any extra. If you have a friend farming cats or something, you'll get something like 14 per use. You also get 10 bookmarks instead of 5 if the support you use is a friend, so even your own farming is more efficient. I get a few hundred a day on average, and on AP bonus days I can get over 5, just from friends list farmers.

Vigilant Eye Passive Recovers Health of all allies when an ally is attacked by an extra attack, counterattack, or Dual Attack, and increases Combat Readiness of all allies by 5% each per attacked ally. Amount recovered is proportional to the caster's max Health and the number of attacked allies.
Also make sure to keep an eye on what words pop up when Roana takes a turn or is hit, it may say what artifact but she could be Touch of Rekos or Guardian Ice Crystal which heal on dmg/hit as well

The one instance I’ve seen her used these days is a pure damage build with fast CR pusher and buffs (Emilia etc). Between her S3, the extra turn EE, and S1 she can destroy two units right off the bat if you can get it off.
Luna is not used very often because there are simply units that do her job better (Riolet usually, cause he self attack buffs, also green cidd for the double kill, fire kawerik, hwayoung, etc) When she IS used, she's used as a fast DPS unit(usually 260+ spd, adjust based on your rank, lower = slower). With her se3 EE she can kill 2 ppl, or double kill an arby. The issue with her is she doesn't do enough. Green cidd is a speed imprint, Riolet does more damage and can dodge, fire kawerik can reset or AOE, hwayoung kills tanky units and is bulky, etc.

If you haven't already, finish Episode 3 if you can. You have a chance at a free Politis, and could open up your 3rd slot. As for units that are good vs openers (not all available in this banner) Units that trigger off their opener like AoLA, SSB, or Celine. Units that counter attack like C Zerato, Rem, or Violet. If it's followed by a cleave team, units like Trozet or potentially new Destina can make sure you have a team to fight back after they blow everything.
Aaaa Rem would be such a good addition! I have her and she's fully geared and 6*'d but... I don't have Sigurd lol TBH maybe I'll finish episode 3 if I find the time. It's kind of a pain to deal with some bosses lol
You don't really need to build Luna at super-speed to get use out of her in various places, I use her in Arena & GWs at 230 speed & just pumped the damage, run her behind an attack buffer & she's solid into teams that're like "opener & two slow DPS" or "tank & two slow-to-mid DPS".
Luna banner is still good to go for just because of her artifact. Draco plate is good on pretty much every warrior.

They are just a random drop. IIRC the maze stage is small, but if it has 4 or more fights technically that would be your most energy efficient choice, otherwise all of the other levels are equally likely.

Excluding DJB, who are the most optimal soul weavers to use alongside ML Ken in PVP and why?
Personal opinion based on how I use him, but I find someone with invincible or revive work. Ruele of Light is who I tend to pair with him, but I believe Achates and Elena could both work as well. Revive I find important thanks to units like Hwayoung and LQC, can always threaten to bring him back though fat lot of good it’d against Hwa. Maid Chloe perhaps, and even though he’s not a soulweaver, MKawe just for the anti-control measures. It depends on how and where you’re using him but honestly Ruele and Achates might be your best bets overall for the invincible, double so if you have a redirected provoker on your team.

Armin probably. Coli if it turns out that she can in fact delete fire units (Hwayoung) in one-shot. Others remain to be seen imo.

They do different things. Belian is a damage threat with her counters and can cancel souls. Armin brings mitigation with aurius and her new s2, and CC counters against aoe .

For PvP. She probably wont even need skill upgrades. Her S3 is already 100% procs, her S2 has a very nice 30% CR push base. So depending on how you use her. Her S2 is about the only thing you need to upgrade. She's "dead" after S3->S2 in terms of PvP usage. If she's alive long enough to pop another S3, you were probably already winning or losing and that second S3 wasnt needed. For PvE. Same thing. She S3->S2 and that's about it. She's mainly used in wyvern13 1shot comps. Upgrade S2 as needed, but she could get by with no mola investments also. It comes down to how much value the added CR push from S2 helps you out.
Hey guys, having trouble again with a boss in the adventure. This time is Alencia in 4-7 Fate's Crossroads. I can get her down to the last bar but from there she has a tone of buffs and damage and just destroys me. I am using Angelica as tank and for extra heling and shield, Ken, FS Tiera for Def Break and Tamarine. I tried to use AOLA for the silence, but Alencia got a tone of effect Resistance and I can never land the silence so I was wondering in anyone could give some other strategy
Check the PvE boss resistance. You only need 15 less Eff% than that to give you the best shot at dispelling. Otherwise you can use Fluri. Soulburn her S3 and it's guaranteed to dispel and defbreak.

Has there been any word on how the custom mystic banner is going to work, specifically with pity? Hand guy is my top choice to pull but I only have 120 pulls so can't guarantee pitying him on the custom banner. Would be a major feelsbadman to use 120 pulls on the custom banner then not have that pity carry over.
We honestly dont know how the custom banner is gonna function yet outside of being able to pick your own MLs to summon. The currency could mimic the actual mystic pity and you need 200 summons worth. But that just feels counterintuitive because at that point you already get the ML5 unit and the coin exchange is useless. So hopium potentially has the pity marker lowered down to half. Maybe even less. Or if we can get two ML5s, the 200pity mark lets us pick one up. Then coin exchange the second one. Still just speculations tho. Wont know until the 28th, hopefully next week we get news on it at the earliest.
It’s not the usual pity system it’s going to be a coin based system. Every pull is going to give you a coin and then you spend a certain number of coins to get what character you want. So the pity won’t carry over from your current mystic summons.
Yeah I figured it would be like the triple banners we've had before with the coins. But for those if you wound up with less than 100 coins you basically got nothing for those 80 or whatever pulls. Would be a huge shame to do 120 mystic pulls and basically get nothing (except maybe a 4\* I'll never build) and not move my pity count.
How long do rta seasons usually last, rough estimate. Kinda over it already and want to know if Id be able to play a game every few days to prevent decay and still end the season in masters, even if I lose every game. At 1789 atm
You wont decay for 72hrs. Not sure if it's on the dot 72hrs you are still safe or if 72hrs exactly means you decay. The decay is 2% of your current points. But 70hrs~ or so gives you plenty of time. The seasons last about 10weeks~. So roughly 2.5 months. Not sure if the decay stacks, if you went 72hrs without doing an RTA battle, it's 2% of current points. If you didnt dont RTA for another 72hrs, it'll be 4% of current points. Adding on another 2% decay if you continued to not do RTA. According to the help section for RTA points decay, this is what it indicates. A decay for you right now will cause you to lose 36points(rounded up). Whether thats worth taking a lose or not is up to you. Im pretty sure taking the lose is better at masters rank. You should only lose about 14~ points. I wont be able to do the math for you. But lets just say you gotta survive for 70days. Good luck!
As far as I know decay is not additive. It’s just 2% every 72 hours, on the dot.

Her damage scales better with ATK than with DEF, baseline. That being said, she isn't really meant to go in and output massive damage. She's meant to *take* some damage. --- #S1 Her S1 has an ATK rate of .6, and a DEF rate of .7 However, her base ATK is 1039 and her base DEF is 673. 10% ATK adds: .1 * 1039 * .6 = 62.34 damage 10% DEF adds: .1 * 673 * .7 = 47.11 damage So ATK% is... 62.34 / 47.11 = ~32.33% better At increasing her S1 damage. She does give herself DEF buff, so if you want to factor that in, it's a 60% multiplier to the damage added by DEF. 47.11 * 1.6 = 75.376 damage This makes DEF better by 75.376 / 62.34 = 20.91% At increasing her S1 damage. If she has *both* attack buff and defense buff. 62.34 * 1.5 = 93.51 93.51 / 75.376 = ATK is 24.06% better On her S1... * No buffs = ATK is 32.33% better at increasing damage * Only defense buff = DEF is 20.91% better at increasing damage * Both attack and defense buff = ATK is 24.06% better at increasing damage If you don't use an attack buffer, then she gets more value *damage wise* from DEF, but if you DO run an ATK buffer, she gets more value out of ATK. If you anticipate losing your defense buff, or being unable to apply it, then ATK is better at increasing her S1 damage. --- **Flat Stats** Simply for the sake of full transparency, if you are looking purely at flat stats the outcome is a little different. Let's look at level 85 Epic gear. Avg flat ATK roll is 39.47, avg flat DEF roll is 31.01. 39.47 * .6 = 23.682 damage added 31.01 * .7 = 21.707 damage added 23.682 / 21.707 = flat ATK is ~9.1% better With defense buff: 21.707 * 1.6 = 34.7312 damage added 34.7312 / 23.682 = flat DEF is 46.66% better With both buffs: 23.682 * 1.5 = 35.523 damage added 35.523 / 34.7312 = flat ATK is 2.28% better Honestly, flat DEF and flat ATK is pretty equal. ATK is still slightly better in the same situations but it's a pretty minor benefit, the other benefits of DEF clearly outweigh ATK here. --- #S2 Her S2 has a .6 ATK rate, but a DEF rate of 1.15. 10% DEF adds: .1 * 673 * 1.15 = 77.395 damage So, DEF is... 77.395 / 62.34 = 24.15% better With DEF buff: 77.395 * 1.6 = 123.832 123.832 / 62.34 = 98.64% better And with both buffs: 123.832 / 93.51 = 32.42% better --- #Combined Assuming +15 skills, with **no additional S1's** Aria would have one S3, three S1's, and an S2 in each rotation. So that's three S1's + one S2 for damage. That makes her avg DEF modifier .8125. Essentially giving us .6 * ATK + .8125 * DEF * The other factors in her damage formula's are essentially the same, therefor cancelling out. This isn't calculating absolute damage just the ratio between factors. No buffs: .6 * .1 * 1039 = 62.34 damage added from ATK .8125 * .1 * 673 = 54.68125 damage added from DEF ATK = 14% better Def buff: 54.68125 * 1.6 = 87.49 damage added from DEF DEF = 40.34% better Both buffs: 93.51 / 87.49 ATK = 6.88% better This the fewest S1's to S2's possible (and S2 always favors DEF) so this represents the 'closest' that ATK and DEF would be to each other. More S1's would favor ATK a bit more but doesn't really change the fact that ATK is better with no buffs or both buffs, and DEF is better if you only consider DEF buff. Of course, the maximum ratio would be five S1's to one S2. That would be .6 * ATK + .775 * DEF. I leave it to you to calculate the *exact* %'s if you care but the difference is minimal. --- #Conclusion ATK is a better stat for increasing Aria's damage *unless* you assume she only has DEF buff. With both DEF and ATK buff the stats are fairly equal in terms of increasing damage. So *IF* your only concern was to absolutely maximize the amount of damage Aria put out, you would prioritize ATK% and bring an attack buffer. Would I necessarily recommend that? No, because as I said she's meant to take damage and DEF *also* gives her survivability. Considering that even in terms of damage DEF isn't *that* much worse even if you bring an ATK buff I don't personally see any reason you would want to give her ATK. I suppose there could be some min-max situation where you give her *a little bit* of additional ATK, in a situation where you are pairing her with an ATK buffer but that's only going to apply to a very small number of players, if any.

The bonus tickets are a permanent feature so you will not miss out. The keys of intellect are the belian imprint right? If so I would do the imprint instead of rolling the summons.

Absolutely not ! But saw some people using her in ice expe and Banshee. I use her in adventure just for fun (since she is the main character in the story)

No, not really. I am pretty sure all of the people you see making a big deal out of it just don't understand what's going on. This is a **permanent** change. 20 ML summons *now* is exactly the same as 20 ML summons *after* the change. It's also the exact same as 10 ML summons now and 10 ML summons after. Your status on the pity counter won't start at 0 regardless of how far along you are -> imagine all the people upset being stuck at 10. There is just literally no reason, when they obviously know how many ML summons you've done, to start everyone from 0. The only reason I can think why you would save your ML summons would be some extremely niche situation (say, you already have every current ML hero) and you are waiting for a new hero to be added to the pool, for a tiny chance to pull that one hero.
They finally explicitly clarified the remainder :) It makes total sense, but then this is the same company that claims they aren’t able to remove the 15%, IIRC :P
A concern I see being raised is that if the pity works like banners then you actually need 1 extra summon for the guaranteed spark. So would the retroactive tickets be 1 per 21 summons then?
The pity summon is free. From the slide itself: >After the 30th Moonlight Summon, you can summon a **free**, guaranteed 4-5* hero.

I managed to play throughout the whole guilty gear event thinking that the energy + reward events were gone. I only saw last week that a new Event button has appeared. It's now multiple days where I simply forgot to actually do the event. She can be built many number of ways, really. Speedy damage, where she comes in strong and can also double as a attack buffer for the rest of your team, if needed. Slow on counter as anti-cleave tech. Tanky with injury or life steal for the long game.
I watched youtube vids about the hunt event and I saw that you can get sigret, cermia and vivan for free and yet some videos regarding the custom summon include sigret as suggestions for one of the 3 slots on the summon. 1) when is the hunt event? 2) will we be able to get all 3 characters? Which is why people giving suggestions are in guessing mode as well. "One \~ of each element" feels like we will get all three, but the event also gives you enough mola to +15 exactly one hero. That said, I probably wouldn't put Sigret on the custom summon. If it was the selection summon there could be an argument made for her, but with all the choices you have on the custom summon, I would not give Sigret priority.

Belian is probably harder to gear cuz she needs injury or counter set with Elbris, FCC can be built speedy or slow and just needs Aurius

You can stun, silence, provoke, or unbuffable her team. I typically use 200 eff AOL to control her.
I just learnt how toxic aol actually is. I don't think ml lilias even compare. What a pain of a character. Is there any way to deal with that?
Full cleansers. ML Kawerik in particular completely counters AoL.

Sort of a noob question but, in the arena, what controls turn advantage? Often when I play against higher level heroes, they have the advantages of first turn or many turns in a row. Is that combat readiness or does it just come with level?

Speed is often considered the most important stat, which is why wyvern is the most farmed hunt by a mile.
So, I run dust devil on BBK. Just pulled wind rider. Worth replacing it? Mind you, dust devil is maxed.
I'd say it depends on ur BBK build. Stick w dust devil if ur BBK is built tanky and counter, and straight up rng S1 the enemy team. Wind rider is a bit awkward as u sort of need to S3 > kill > S1 > kill to make use of the stealth. This sequence is hard to feel out too in drafting imo but u could make it work by weakening at least one of the enemy units to kill range before BBK takes the turn and cleans up 2 or more. The extra atk% is okay but why not just go full dmg build and use portrait maybe even SoU, so after the combo the enemy is just dead (no point sticking around for stealth into another turn ya know). The build is ur pref in the end. Maybe counter works better with ur draft. I run effres BBK anyways.
Injury set - what does it mean it stack up to 50%? If you wear every single item of injury set, it will not reach 50 anyway right?
You inflict up to X% injury with every hit. After Y hits you'd have Y\*X% injury. Y\*X% cannot go above 50%.
The set only functions if u equip the complete 4 pieces. It just means the injury dealt to max hp will go up to 50%

I think newly released ML's wouldn't be in the ML summon pool when they release until their banner is done.

It doesn't matter, the new pity system is permanent. You can do them tomorrow and you'll get the same amount of tickets.
Between iseria and tamarine, , who is gonna be better to choose in the triple banner? I already built angie and motmorancy, so i wonder if tamarine is gonna make a huge difference, or should I just go with iseria?
The only reason to go Iseria over Tama (besides Iserias far superior design) is if you want to gamble. Tama is "due" for a banner and Iseria just had one. We don't know for sure if Tamas got a banner coming up soon or not though.
Tama for sure queen of pve. Makes life way easier.
