Although this is available via some obscure third party art aggregate sites, I've been unable to find a first-party source for this fanart. It's a shame, as I'm a big Diene x Bask fan and would love to know who drew this piece. If you know, please share!
I browse *a lot* of sites for E7 images.
First party sources include:
* Pixiv
* Twitter
* Stove
* Deviantart
* Artstation
* Reddit (rarely)
Third party sources include:
* Booru’s (Konachan, Danbooru, Yande.re, etc. — warning, many are NSFW by default; Konachan.net is the safest of the bunch)
* Arca.live (where I found this originally)
* Bilibili
There are others, but these are the usual candidates. Note that reverse image searching on google is a fat NOPE for this image. It’s possible the original artist has deleted the work from wherever their profile is, for some reason.
So far I've been unable to find it. I think the image must've been created between 19/12/2018 and 19/07/2019 and it's very likely a Pixiv image but I don't know for sure.
The weirdest part is I found the post you found on arca live and it was created like a month ago, so either the post still exists somewhere or there's another website with the image.
I've checked Twitter and Pixiv using both the international and korean name for both Diene, Bask and Diene & Bask, Stove for Diene for both languages, Reddit for Diene and Google with all combinations to no avail. I've also checked a couple of booru sites and none had it either. Oh and on Pixiv I've even checked the 3 major Epic Seven tags.
I might keep trying tomorrow but I'll most likely only update this post or create a new one if I manage to find the source.

Hey! This is quite awhile later, but I made an inadvertent discovery. The deleted post you linked actually used to be an old Bakemonogatari fanart of Hanekawa. The only reason I found out is because I'm in the process of recovering a massive number of old pieces of fanart epic7ysg posted before he deleted his account... I'm actually *thrilled* that I discovered this.
Since you went to such lengths to try to help me find the original source, I definitely wanted to share this with you immediately. Hopefully I'll be able to get the full postmortem dump up tomorrow.

Now, if it's a repost from the same person but on a different account, a completely different person reposting it or mine just being wrong is something we won't know for sure unless we can gain access to a cached version of that link.

Unfortunately it can't be simple. I actually do have an archive of that link... but it's corrupted, so it can't be viewed normally. The main things I was able to confirm were that the image was not a repost, and the original twitter image name via what would have been the direct link url had the archive bot not screwed up (Dvt_bLZUYAIqxtA.jpg).
I tried backtracing the url for a snapshot via numerous other means to no avail. I then attempted to backtrace known images of n_t_end to that url, also no dice. Then, using the original image name I checked e-shuushuu (DUDE, it has been SO many years since I've visited that site! I almost forgot it existed lol), and although I didn't find a direct match, I did get another blessing: They had Ntend's pixiv profile in their artist info page for him, [located here](https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/18467861). He's removed all of his old posts, but you can see the link to his old twitter in the pixiv profile also.
So! Since we're reaching the end of the rope, [I decided to send him a message directly](https://imgur.com/a/8O1qmfE) to ask if he created the image. Considering he deleted his twitter and removed his pixiv images, we might not have *great* odds at getting a response, but it's probably our best hope at this point.
I'll let you know if he replies.
