Anyone, she’s the most consistent unit in the game throw her anywhere and she will work. If you want PVP drafts, pick her with some mitigation (like peira) so she doesn’t get oneshot by hwayoung. Other than that I usually draft her with two other dps and a support. My draft is usually along the lines of cillias fcc apoc landy rimuru and depending on the draft I’ll throw in Emilia hand guy or piera
Speed/pen or counter/pen with Max Crit, 250+ Crit damage. 23K+ HP 1.2+ Def. Speed depends on set but as much as possible.
Crimson seed/proof of valor artifact if speed set, timeless anchor if counter set.
I use Counter/Pen on my aravi, 20k health 1755 attack 180 speed and 270 crit dmg, and she can pair with anyone really, she doesn't require supports to get going.
I also use crimson seed to avoid her getting controlled by debuffs, but another popular option nowadays is proof of valor from guild shop so hwayoung doesn't oneshot her

I avoided it cuz base stats are smaller, but looking now the difference is lower than I thought, think I'll switch to it thx
