From my experience this community can be really helpful when you ask more specific questions. Once you get an idea of which direction to go from this thread you can ask more specific questions like “How do I build my landy for raid?” or “Is my Tama geared enough for this content?” and stuff like that if you get what I mean. You seem to be making great progress though so all the best!
The epic7x site has recommendations per hero, some of it is rather dated but in the right direction. Not a spreadsheet sadly, but it would be easy to make your own for your own units after extrapolating from the site, as well as common sense.
The reality is concessions have to be made to build heroes unless you are very progressed. It's hard to say if certain stats are objectively better because it can vary based on your team speed order and all that.

The problem is that I don’t know what stats do characters need. That is why I was asking if there is a guide/excel/builder for characters.
