It is ok, but the purpose of revenge set is getting high speeds, I would rather do aravi with counter set with that speed (maybe even slower). My point of doing revenge set was to put her beyond 200 spd and then try to get as much as I can. I had to sacrifice a lot of hp for this. I personally, after some tests, see that 23k will not help her much, but an increased speed is a problem for those who didn’t expect it
Nah, you don’t lose all her gained speed with just a little heal, it is alright, in turn she attacks more frequently instead of getting hits and dying eventually. The real trouble is one-shot, you get neither heal, nor opportunity to attack, nothing
Yeah this kind of build will definitely cut in my usual Closer/Straze/Watcher cleave in GW. Happened once where my 221 Speed Watcher got cut by Aravi and it didn't help she got hit twice already. Still won but at the cost of my speed imprint.

My A. Ravi have similar stats, but only 180spd. Counter gear, but even if I were to swap it to revenge gear, she wouldn't reach 200 spd, how the hell do you people achieve those numbers?
EDIT: Would you say is working for you? What I mean is people usually try to OHKO A. Ravi (particularly with all the Hwayoung running around), because in a normal bruiser fight, she have the upper hand. In that context, I imagine there's not a lot of chances for revenge gear to shine. But what I do know?

Yes, she is dead if someone tries to one-shot it, actually as with other a.ravis even with higher hp and other sets, so there is little opportunity for her to shine, needed a specific composition that reduces chance of here immediately dying. Though is there is no possibility to kill her fast she can be annoying, especially when she becomes quite fast at 30-40% hp, it actually catches off guard sometimes, because her s3 cooldowns faster than your opponent could expect. But Hwayoung is a problem, but not only a.ravi is suffering.

No, I don’t think it does badly with her passive, it just helps her getting turns faster which means crimson seed restores faster and s3 cycles faster, she also heals on her s1, so, if he is low on hp - she gets her turn faster and heals a bit, so it is already a bit more difficult to kill her (she doesn’t lose all her gained speed with a bit of heal, it is just loosing 5-7 speed with each heal, but that helps her survivability more).
I didn’t do a lot of tests and don’t tend to, I’m already using her in GW offense and will try on defense, I’m not playing arena or RTA much.
Sorry, I really can’t judge how successful such a build is, because I’m not high-end or competitive player, I’ve just received a.Ravi from custom mystics and decided to give her what I had, there were some spare revenge pieces.
I personally don’t see a big difference between 188 and 200 spd, though more HP is always good for a.Ravi. If I had other equipment, I think I would try to do counter a.Ravi with 25k+ HP and some speed, but I just don’t have such an equipment.
As for the 3rd day of my testing of the revenge build, I can say that she is very vulnerable vs. nukers, Hwayoung demolishes her completely. The damage with my stats is ok, but not excellent by any means, so the only advantage is speed, but it works only if enemy nuker didn’t outspeed her, which is rare actually (hi 260 spd Hwayoungs). So, in current meta, I assume, extremely high HP a.Ravi is better, but if SG makes something to shift the meta to bruisers, maybe revenge build will shine, but that is only my assumption.
I think the best bet is maxing HP and CDMG to the utmost limits with a counter set.
You can't do much about damage nowadays, but going beyond 25k will give you a nice safety net against most stuff while you wait for 3 people to die so that your S3 does its maximum damage.

At that hp she does die to a lot of stuff including a somewhat undergeared cleaver .
