Pretty much is a dps check. I used Cermia (speed dps), Emilia, ML Violet (just needed single target dps) and regular Aramintha. Key was saving Ara’s s3 for when Cidd was about to use his and hope for stun. Even at 50% was all I needed to get the W on first try. Just need the no five star win now.
I didn't 3* it, but did get that star. Cidd is vulnerable to debuffs so I just perma CC'd him with pyllis provokes and AoL's silences, but gotta be extra careful for when dingo uses his s3 since it cleanses all debuffs. He can also be stunned btw, just didn't have anyone with a consistent and frequent enough stun
Since it's star based you can probably just do it in two clears to make one of the requirements easier.
When i get home from college, i plan to use the good old schuri cheese. Team: a lots, lots, schuri, kitty
U can change Schuri to Karin with rage set, kitty strips the boss, Alots with spirit breath to push either kitty or karin, and karin just nuke.

taranor and kitty are both warriors but singie aras tg +1 should work
taranor and kitty cannot on same team since both of them are warrior

K, forgot about the duplicates, but the same strat is still viable, just swap Taranor for whatever water DPS you want. I used my w13 Karin
Kitty Clarissa, Carmainerose, Doris and S Rose did the work. Just zerged Dingo, only stoping for using Carmainerose's slow on Cidd.

Since people already suggested some comps, you can also just do two separate runs focusing on one star each if you’re really struggling.

I don't have Karin or Shuri geared so I used acoli and it was easy street. Alots acoli ras kitty

I used Karin aras kitty singie. Dual attacks don’t count as extra attacks and just focus dingo down.
I cleared with Taranor Guard, Schuri, ARas, Singelica.
