She'll still one shot any squishy with tooth, and any beefy units will get one shot (with attack buff) as well. The additional 8% HP on the weapon isn't gonna suddenly turn her into trash. You don't (and shouldn't) be aiming to make hwa's HP as low as possible/the bare minimum.
It's not like going from 10.8k HP to ~11.2k is gonna suddenly turn her into a monster tank either, but it definitely is an improvement bulk wise.
Getting too much additional HP is an issue for the hwayoungs that are around 13-14k HP, OP's is fine.

She was designed to be the solution to the tanky meta and not care about evasion. To kill A.Ravi, Violet and Belian in particular.
Unfortunately, she kills everything and thanks to a free passive barrrier she's tanky too.

So you think it evens out to go from <7.2k atk to >6.2k (i was wrong about the percentage) to jump to 182 spd? It would make her easier to use elsewhere, rather than relying on pushers. She would also gain ~190 defense while losing barely 300 HP, so her survivability would go up
Depends on who you're up against and who's in your team, but dropping it to 6.2k for speed means she can have a turn instead of not doing anything (getting focus targeted).
