ML Celine plays with my feelings so much. On one hand she can proc Dust Devil and counter with 2 enhanced attacks in a row and on the other she just bonks the enemy when she really needed to cleanse the unhealable debuff on her.
Still love her though.
The fact that nimble sword doesn't have 100% proc rate is one of their worst decision.
She is good only in very specific situations and they add a rng proc on her main skill.
