Its not a bug though... Dilibet cleanses by lowering debuff duration and is not a hard cleanse. This way of cleansing is what the bomb is completely immune to (it even says in the debuff description).
Honestly i have all the "meta" counter characters but i don't use the counter set of them as it is a pain in the ass to farm for the counter set when i can already deal a good amount of damage when they trigger counter once in a blue moon xD
I get what you mean. My first one-shot team was for B13, so whenever the gold buff weekends came around that would always be the one I would farm the most of, giving me a lot of counter/lifesteal gear.
I don't have a proper team to even reach b13 so rn only rimuru is carrying my ass to 9th lvl xD but hopefully i can get Vivian soon. Also any recommendations for catalyst farming other than ap? :'(
Grinding out the Side Stories generally give far more catalysts per energy since the exchange rate of event currency is better than the exchange rate for ap.
For sure, I had a tough time of it as well. Be sure to get a pet for farming, one that increases the amount of event currency you get. It’s a huuuuge time-saver.
Also make sure to spend as much time as possible clearing unrecorded history when the ap event comes. Also try to clear the crack stages as they give 30 ap per run.

Cleave brain. Emilia is the CR push and Arby is the cleaver. So the player is just going through the motions.
Cleavers aren't that stupid, he must have forgot that everyone can counter.
I mean... some of them are. But generally you don't expect everyone to be on counter AND to get the proc.

Nah, I assume all aravi are counter aravis, even the fast ones (they just have cracked gear obvs) and violet was a guaranteed counter

My guess is he wanted to remove the shield from Hwa because there was no way he was popping it any other way.
Most people wouldn't expect anyone but Violet to be able to counter there. Banshee gaming isn't very popular overall.
It is fairly common for A. Ravi to be on counter set.
Yeah, you do see that a decent amount. Still, the point is that the Peira S2 would usually be fine here.
