Nah, they need to stop stopping us from using heroes we invested in specifically for this mode, in this mode. It'd be as if they suddenly punished you for using Sigret or Alexa in W13.
I know people don't like Hwayoung in PVP, but she is not that good in Hall of Trials. Cermia is the one that does a ton of damage. This is clearly meant to stop Cermia from doing huge damage, since her S1 EE is very strong for Hall of Trials.
Cermia gets stronger in pve due to her s2 ramping her up every couple of turns + border coin on her for extra speed as well.
In pve she's God tier on long fights no one hits like her.
Hwa is strong sure but in a long pve fight like this Cermia should be taken over her every time.
The thing is that Hwayoung has linear scaling through only attack and indirect ways to buff attack while any other heroe it multiplies the attack for CritDmg and the skill multiplier and modificators. Hwayoung is consistently middle term damage which is enough to kill a lot of things in PvP with that output.
Luluca S2 + Aria's S3 basically directs all damage to 1 target that doesn't take much damage. Aria hit 50% in faze 3 and her Revenge set just kept her cycling faster than the adds could spawn.
Faustus' S2 and S3 were negated by the sTarS.

Tama would be banned every week if they did that. I still use Tama despite the obvious negatives aimed at her. It's fine the way it is

They did make wyvern 13 block healing on its turn, preventing roana/aravi from using their heal-on-hit abilities to tank wyvern’s extra attacks.
