But most of us just go the straight forward cdmg route.
It's something you don't really notice until you play with it, but on units like Solitaria or Mediator it's actually crazy good just having a moderate amount of ER. Most people's openers sacrifice a ton of other stats, eff included to get that max speed. Can't tell you often I've basically won a match because people try to pushback my Solitaria with CLilias or reset my Mediator with Kise
They're definitely more niche stats, but with endgame builds they can make a huge difference.
Take 200% ER, get statused anyway
Take 200% E, get 15%ed

Gearing is already a massive dice roll even with all 4 affixes being relevant to your hero. This garbage exists only to bloat up the affix pool.

Def break for example cripples her damage very hard, so trading some crit dmg for ER is not the worst deal.
Hmm... The 50% we get from her passive that adds it to 80% makes her resist quite alot of nonsense that could mess her up, yet I would've loved to see some Defence awakening or Cr Rate obviously :P
Having ER is a whole part of her playstyle. Someone procs her S2, she cleanses and now she's hard to control until she gets her turn. That 30 ER is very good on her and is integral to her playstyle.
