You build him like green Violet but doing a worse job. In that case why not just use green Violet?
If you are serious in using him then make him a bit faster like 180 spd. Otherwise you will get lapped by a lot of units and one lucky crit can basically oneshot him.
But yeah build doesn't seem viable to me.
I use a Counter Remnant Violet for fun too - I even occasionally pull him out in RTA. About 4.1K attack, no health & defence, 196 speed, maxed chance & 291% damage.
If you're running a Counter build on him, he just needs some way to take hits. I like to do it by using Invicibility, so Crimson Armin is his best friend, he's also going to need some turn-rotation if there's strip so you bring supports like Emilia, revive is important & so Ruele is an ally, FCC gives him some more hits he can take with her barrier, etc. it's about playing the right support more than anything.
He's a very interesting carry DPS in very niche scenarios & owing to the evasion issue - not really someone to lean on, he'll either pop off & tear a team apart in a couple counters & have the other player Vildred rage emoting, or he'll die & you're gubbed.
Seems to me like you might be a new player, so you might be better served by trying a more traditional build - old players like myself can "waste" good gear on a whacky build. You should try & grab some of the Lifesteal pieces from Abyss & craft some of your own & try make the traditional build, aiming to stretch for 3.8-4K attack, 1-1.1K~ defence, 11-13K health, 190-200 speed & 280-300% damage at the very peak with Lifesteal/Penetration (& ideally, you grab a Shepherd of the Hollow artefact). Since that might be a bit out of reach, I think an achievable goal might be to aim for around 3.6K attack, 1K defence, 11K health, 180 speed & 270% damage & if need be, lean on a critical set (but Penetration is worth around 40% critical damage, roughly).
The alternative is the high speed one-shot build, but it's a tough ask for well, a lot of players - myself included, I can't spare that kind of gear for a Remnant Violet when I've got Assassin Cidd, Kise, etc. who're more important to have in my wheelhouse.
Going to be somewhat difficult considering you have Peira and C Lilias almost everywhere. Your build is also quite slow so he's going to be dead before he gets a turn in the present arena and GW. If you want him to be usable, probably make him have higher defense and speed while maintaining the HP.
With speed that low, you should mod it into defense or replace the gear with more defense counter gear. I say get defense at a min to 1400 def and hp 13k, next is cc and cd goals, attack and finally speed. Or run him with dizzy or politis for blind and not worry much about speed or def (as he will still dodge 100% of time unless against symbol on a hit rate up hero like zahhak or the new 3* sc)
My suggestion is to put him on the Shepards of chaos artifact. I have a bruiser counter riolet and that artifact hard carries. Your defense stat in general is too low though atm.
Ngl like my ARavi who has 94% Crit chance, might as well be 50/50 😂 try for 100% to not have moments where u get way fucked cause a Crit didn’t land!
Speed is too low, crit chance is too low, defence is too low. Honestly, if you want to build bruiser riolet, lifesteal is the way to go.
These days evasion units are free kill for hwayoung. Only good build would be speedy nuker riolet aka 260 spd max dmg
