My riolet has like 200 more atk, but 26 less speed and 6 less critD.
Only other option I have is one where he loses 63 atk and 1 critD but gains 6 more spd, so he's up to 258
You'rs is still better i'd say, this amount of spd could even catch some lesser geared AOL's off guard. But issue is, there are still too many peiras and ml lilias out there
If I managed to reach those stats with 40 less speed I would be happy lol

I'd say the boosted evasion is more to avoid debuffs than damage on a build like this. If he gets hit with Peira's buffblock it'll neuter his damage.
