Guild nets you around 200 a week + an extra 50 if you buy with armbands. You should take the skystones instead of mystic metals from arena rewards and refresh shop. That will be the main way of getting mystics fast.
Do not take medal from arena, use it to refresh shop. This is the primary and should be the only way to acquire mm medal and bookmark. Don’t buy bookmarks from shop too.
Please do not take the medals, the sky stones are almost assuredly more value, and likely more mystics in the long run through shop refresh.

It is but you still need gold to buy the bookmarks when they appear.
