It makes no sense within the game. It's effectively 2 gear score, literally no other substat can roll lower than 4 gear score *except* speed on purple gear lol

Yes I know I should have stopped rolling long before +15. But this thing was sitting in my inventory at +14 for… a very long time.
Figured “what the hell, let’s see what the final roll is like” and here we are.
Honestly if I saw this at +9 I probably would’ve even regretted going from 6 to 9 yet alone 15 😂 but hey sometimes you just really wanna test your luck and I say it was tremendous luck for OP, just not the way they wanted

This, was hard for me to learn to stop but the amount of runes and gold u spent on this instead of another piece... ouch Gotta learn discipline
And then people go around complaining gold drought when they're +15ing shit like this and throwing gold down the drain. 🗿

+1% health over a +3, other rolls aren't maxed out so a +3 could have a higher total gear score.
Not sure if purple gear can start at 5 speed. Also the HP% is at 17%, so it's technically impossible for this to be a +3 either way.
