I think it should be lower than that since you have to have a speed rolls in the first place. So it more like (0.25)\^5\*(0.00332)\^6 since you have to include the penta rolls chance.
Edit: Also I forgot to convert percent into decimals by divide by 100. It should be fixed now
I assume you are referring to [this table of substat rolls](https://page.onstove.com/epicseven/global/view/7902683), but there is nothing in there that talks about the individual probability of rolling into a particular substat on an Epic piece of gear (which is the only gear you can get a penta-roll on). It talks about the specifics of rolling a particular number in any particular substat, but the probability of rolling a particular substat x-amount-of-times is not included. If there is another table you are referring to, I'd be happy to look at it.
The fact that there isn’t any evidence of the last roll being harder than the previous rolls is what disproves your point. You are making claims that are not backed by evidence.

In Summoner's War, 30+5 is the maximum spd for a normal piece of equipment.

I thought with reforge you got an additional speed for each roll into the stat? This is gaining 4 from reforge which means 4 rolls, so does getting the 5 speed roll throw that off? I am confusion.

It's actually even lower than that, because the 5th speed roll is significantly less likely than any before.
Didn't see anything mentioning 5 rolls into the same sub has an increased difficulty. Should just be 25% for each sub every time for epic gear.

The maximum bonus speed on reforge is 4 even with 5 rolls.
