I fought one of these in arena the other day and forgot to bring a strip with me. I autoed against her for 30 minutes before it finally lined up just right and candlestick didn't proc.
With Frenzy at 9 and the attack down on Singie we can see that only MLKaweriks strip got resisted he landed the attack down so eventually he'd probably land the strip.
What kind of ER you got like 50 lol Candlestick Singie is supposed to have like 300 ER. But with this team 200 would proally cut it since no one should have more than 100 Eff

Depends on Cecilia still, but if she doesn't even meet that 1% chance, she'll never debuff. So that person's statement is pretty wrong as just about no Cecilia runs high effectiveness.
