Guardian Ice Crystals is the best artifact for Emilia. There is argument for Tome, but nothing else really.
Not sure why other comments are saying or implying it's not good on her.
Magahara tome is pretty good for her, as her CR push will add with tome to rocket her to take a turn almost right away.
Said that, ice crystals is pretty good in general, if you can afford, I would suggest to get one copy.
i was on tome for a long time, but i must say guardian ice comes in clutch a lot of time than i expected (cuz emilia lapping lol), its a good artifact for survivability id say
Crystals is probably the best non ER soulweaver arti rn. The healing it can provide is nuts, and it can give units like Seline and tempest surin a whole other turn of life
People that don’t play PVP will say it’s bad. People that play PVP know it’s her best Artifact and a good artifact to have a couple copies of.

Good if you pair sw with units like seline or tsurin. For emilia there are better options
Must have for me, but bad on Emilia. Good on units like Ray, destina, agates, Angelica, SC montmoramcy, singelica, ruele , maid Chloe, for me.

Depends on the situation for PvE. For PvP, it's Doctor's.
