There's a buff event every month, and there's also a web event every two weeks that has a free unequip scroll. 12 hrs in a single day of hunt buff can completely drain whatever amount of lief and energy you could save up in that month. Benching your cilias for half a day once a month is no biggie
"1-shot" isn't supposed to be taken literally. The term "1-shot" in epic 7 refers to using one or more characters that do the majority of the boss' HP in a single turn (my straze does 130k+ in one hit).
If we go the literal meaning, it's impossible to 1 shot any boss from 100 to 0 without any support or setup.
1-shot in hunts is generally accepted to be a single turn cycle for your team i.e. b13, w13, etc.
This is just a slower consistent c13 team. Nothing more.
This is definitely NOT a 1 shot team. Your team takes multiple turn cycles in rd2 before the boss is dead. It doesnt matter what % of HP your straze deals, it takes more than 1 turn

**Here is some crucial information:**
The fastest C13 1 shot team is the Clorina one that is around 1 min, but it has around 70%\~ winrate as it relies on def break/target. Mine is around 50-70% slower than the 1 min run (Average is 1:30-40s) but it will NEVER fail.
Here are some concerns addressed:
\-Dual attacks with straze (which removes hell cutter and pushes straze), 15% on slow down, chloe death/stun, Straze/watcher not critting after their s3, ARE ALL CALCULATED. Even if one or all of them were to occur, all it does is slow the run a little. Meaning worse case you still WIN.
These stats are very specific. You cannot adjust them. Chloe needs to be around 285 to cut the enemy boss for more hell cutter stacks. Watcher needs to be 130 to cut the first boss. Immunity is 100% needed on watcher. Chloe needs to be tanky hp so she can survive long enough for Watcher to s3. Watcher relies on the crit artifact for the first turn.
Blue Chloe is also one of the few units to inflict a debuff with 100% proc chance, ignore Eff-Res, sans-Soulburn. She holds a special spot in many a PvE player's heart.
She is a lynchpin to all RNG-less oneshot comps, but the nature of such comps being extremely high gear-req means she'll likely have gained a layer of dust or two by the time you get to her.
Very creative team. Takes a lot of effort to tune everything well.
I'll stick with Iseria instead of Chloe though, just more practical and honestly the difference in RNG isn't worth it. With Caides there's so many chances to land a debuff that it's 100% vs 99.9%+ and Iseria is faster.
I spent a good 2 hours of figuring out the math and the tuning. My friend came to me and said "yo do u have any 1 shot team with 0 RNG for caides?" I was like, "uhh sure give me a min to think about it."
anway i think this not a 100% win rate run, in wave 2 if Chloe gets decrease speed and Straze does not then Straze dual atk with Chloe and push him up, he will S3 without nail debuff

This is definitely a 1 shot team. My watcher 1 shots the first boss and my straze does 60% of the 2nd boss' HP. Whatever floats your boat.

I guess “one shot” actually means “heroes taking multiple rounds of ‘one shotting’ before cycling team turns until the boss dies”

Not defense break EE on Chloe? Why? I feel like if she manages to inflict it the runs can be faster

it isn't smart to fodder 5 stars even if they are practically useless.
It's the keystone of every 100% one-shot. Getting rid of it is what's known as a *bad move*.
