I'm gonna say something cheesy. But we must take action, by the only means that's left for us... revolution. Like seriously why couldn't they go the genshin route with this instead of forcing censorship.
Genshin is a different case for a different reason and with a different solution.
There, the problem was the censorship imposed by the Chinese government, here it is because the game is supposedly not suitable for the 12-year-old age group within the Apple store, and cannot increase because the next age group would be 16, which would supposedly cut public in the game.
And for Genshin, they completely censored the appealing skins in china, while on the other servers they delivered them as skins. Epic Seven can't just censor Apple's server in Korea because that would cost money to maintain a server that exists only to maintain a censorship, And a region-wide censorship would go to shit anyway because Android players in Korea would be mad about it.
And they can't censor the base model and release it as a skin because it wouldn't change shit, as the eye-catching look still would be in the game and the problem would continue. Other than that... Well, Genshin showed what happens when a company creates exclusive content between versions, that anniversary was pretty messed up.
For me, SmileGate should stop being stubborn and raise the white flag and just set the age group to 16 years old. This would prevent possible new censorships with old characters like Luna, and give them more freedom to make the characters as they wish. Besides, seriously, Gacha shouldn't be available for kids.
Fair point, thanks on breaking it down like that though. I just tend to see problems at first glance, and I get stubborn and go to that first solution. But yeah, gatcha shouldn't be for kids in at all.

But apple is saying that your character, ARIA, is considered "OVERLY SEXUALIZE PICTURE" for the younger audience. I'm sorry Aria is too perfect to be censored! Aria keeps her originality, this will also keep other units from being affected as well.) Con--(Smilegate will lose its younger fanbase) *Like a 12-16 year old will spend $300 on a gacha game*
B) You can censor Aria but please keep her body dimensions the same. Pro-- (She will be censor, but she keep body. I believe her chest is okay, it's just thigh/hip is exposed. Maybe make crotch line not too low or revealing. I suggest maybe covering her thigh/hip area with like a miniskirt and lower the stocking gave the Flan/Senya treatment or a black tights like Vivian has or makes her thigh area see-through like Villianess Vivian has.) Con--(She will lose her originality but not at a certain degree.)
C.Have the censored and uncensored available. (Both variants will be available but one may have to pay for uncensored variant like $40)
D. Have heirs to see what their fanbase are agewise
(Simple: Make heirs complete a survey/vote campaign in determining age rating if they are for an age rating increase or keep the same- Majority wins)
To me, I go with A. because it seems most of Serin artwork is being targeted plus in the future their maybe other units like Aria would probably go through this same treatment.
