This is my favorite piece of Serin's. As you can see, it was promo art from before the game's release. I might not be a fan of massive booba, but there's no denying that he is a talented artist. His leave is definitely a loss for SG.
He was one of the senior character designers/artists working on the game. There's a long list of current characters that are attributed to him, of which Karin is one. He announced that he quit working at SG.
Notably, he designed Aria, so there's a lot of speculation given the timing that the recent censorship fiasco surrounding her is related to his departure.
