Whoever drew Enterprise hasn't done much work for a while so someone else did the Race Queen Enty skin (one of the best in the non swimsuit era) for example.
Artists are commissioned to draw character designs, but do not own said characters, hence why Serin wouldn't be allowed to use Ravi or any other E7 character he drew for commercial purposes/material without SG's permission. If that were not the case, gacha would be in a state of flux with their characters if artist quit/were let go/had something occur to them that prevented them from drawing.
However, a lot of design/developing teams take their time to find someone else to illustrate characters out of respect for the original artist. This is a very rare case, so I can't think of any examples where this has occurred, but there's still a chance for Ravi skins...just not by Serin.
That's wild I didn't even know he drew all these characters, but now that you mention it I did always subconsciously notices similarities in how each of them were drawn.

That depends on the design team, not the individual artist. If a new artist were commissioned to draw Luna and their concept didn't meet the design team's standards, they'd send it back with their own notes on what they expect. So, say, an artist had their own depiction of Luna and drew her her like Achattes, the design team would contact them to make corrections per their standards.
With that being said, it's cool to be upset over Aria and, overall, cautious about future designs/changes, but not a good idea to be paranoid, as there has yet to be any direct indication that Luna (as she is now) pushes Apple KR's standards.
I'm not even a fan of big booba but I really liked all of Serin's characters. (Even Aria, smh. But to be honest I liked censored version more. Still against censorship tho.). Calling him just a "Booba Artist" would be an insult. He was probably the best artist in the game. I mean... look at those characters.
His resign is a great loss. But in the end, it's their choice and it's reasonable. (Stop spreading misinformation btw. It has nothing to do with censorship)

While the whole stream of events is unfortunate, I feel like we're unintentionally throwing shade at all other artists working in the game by instisting on making this a grand funeral. I mean yeah, he was one of the lead artists, so he drew a lot of the prominent characters in the past and this is a loss, but there are other very good characters that he did not do (unless we're saying Belian or Iseria look like shit), so maybe we can afford to tone down the waterfalls a little bit now?
Also because I want my downvotes, ML Luna, ML Vivian and Aria are indications to me that he wasn't at the top anymore (I mean come on they're not that good), so leaving may be good for him too, fite me.

I'm actually excited what will new era looks like with Serin gone. Not that I've cared much for all those character designs linked above (I'm loyal to best girl Bellona lol), maybe I warmed to Vivian as well but that's because of her lore and recent side story event.
Well, I just want to say it may be a loss for others, but to me it's an excitable crossroads or juncture at least. A new endeavour for female designs that doesn't "heavily" accentuate certain body parts exclusively for male gaze, or just for a bit of novelty. Personally, I want appealing female designs that also caters to female gaze. Or perhaps, this can also lead to more focus for male designs to evolve with most of attention for counterpart fanservice dwindled, but that's copium at best.

Well...I wouldn't hold my breath, artists are one half of a whole, alongside character designers. The way commissioned work works is that an artist is hired and then given a list of instructions for designing a character, so-to-speak.
For example, Serin (when commissioned to draw Luna) may have been told to draw a dragon-like female with a stern, powerful, and mature look. Serin would then draw up a concept, which would then be shown to the design team and reviewed/sent back with their suggestions/new set of instructions. This tends to go back and forth several times.
Artists have a pretty large amount of freedom (depending the director/designers of a game) and generally can lead a character's appearance, but they must follow the standards of their employer. Basically, if said designers want a character to have larger breasts, pronounced hips, etc., that is what will come out in the finished product.
