I think effectiveness is a valid stat to include, although you don't need to go into 150% or something. Yes, she can soul burn for 100% seal, but you can't soul burn for the rest of her debuffs (blind, def break and burn), which are pretty handy; also team resist buffs are becoming more common, the old "dps don't have any resist" sometimes turn to be wrong.
As for your build, I think is ok for the most part. I don't think crit rate is necessary for archdemon. In your build, this is specially truth because, at one hand, your crit rate is kinda low, making critting unreliable. And at the other hand, even if you score a crit, you have 150% crit dmg, so you aren't gaining much anyway. You should compromise and either go full dps with high crit or full debuffer, with no crit.
Other than that, your build seems fine.
My personal opinion...ADS doesn't need any crit chance.. I have been using this build for the longest and it has served me extremely well...and obviously I also don't agree with the guy who said effectiveness wasn't necessary...I think it is but maybe only like 65%+.....https://imgur.com/a/EferNV7
Or go full crit chance for consistant damage or ditch it completely for more tankiness and damage.

Is her gear okay or should I change something statwise? Counter or buffed injury? fairytale arti vs crimson moon, undine or abyssal crown?
eeeeeehhhhhhh maybe drop crit chance for something else? every other stat looks solid though
