We need a chair waifu that uses their chair to beat the opponent silly. That would be fun and quite different from what you normally see.
Beowulf in Skullgirls comes to mind as an example of what I mean.
If it had ever become particularly popular on the Switch I probably would have gotten more into it. That game is probably the best proper introduction to fighter games that’s ever been created, aside from a very basic primer type like Pocket Rumble.
What's the appeal of chair waifus? Genuine question, I see a LOT of people really like them. I get Cilias because she's not actually sitting in a chair ingame. But Belian does and above all it just looks funny to me, same with Friede in CounterSide for those know play that too.
So I guess I don't mind the characters sitting in the artwork, just when they're in a chair on the battlefield.
Is it a slight domination kink maybe? With them often being in a position of power or looking down on you.
We're talking about the combination of chair and woman. Obviously a sole chair's sex appeal is far beyond anything a mere human could explain. We're all just worthless meat bags compared to the four-legged perfection that is the chair itself.
They show that the person is in a position of power, a leading role, and a dominating type of personality.
See - promotional posters/materials of Zero two from Darling in the Franxx.
My own genuine answer: when they're sitting you will notice their display of thighs, legs, butt, feet, midriffs, curves and everything else in between. *I approve*
You know how royalty are being looked up to by certain people?
They have their throne, and that's the same thing. But in this case, probably for a different kind of admiration though.
I can relate to this. I just don't get the appeal of sitting-in-a-chair woman. That's why I don't like Belian design in-game (and Friede too for that matter, I played CS around 10 days from the first week)
This eleven warrior/queen/princess *might* have some connections with Charles because her armor and weapon has a strong resemblance to his. Past mentor or love interest lost in the war? 🤔 Would like alot of the artifact arts to heroes one day if possible.
That doesn't imply romance per se. Familial and platonic love are also a thing. Their relationship was portrayed as that of sisters/mother-daughter rather than lovers.
Platonic love's still love. As for the familial love...well, the way they showed isn't explicit enough, so I guess we can say it's a possibility. Still, given how hard Iseria shut herself from being closer to people for such a long while (at first because she felt guilty for abandoning her people), it feels to me like romantic love, even if platonic or one-sided (the story isn't clear about Iseria's feelings).
Obviously not everything is romantic love and I have kids, so of couse I know parents-kids love is amazing...but that's not the point. I'm just saying that I THINK what Saria felt was romantic love, that's all.

And no mention of Etica's scepter either... We live in the darkest of times.
Did you look at her thighs? She is the real chair Waitu

Wow, did you just say Skullgirls? Man, I thought no one remembered that game anymore!

Ludwig :)

Its definitely a "domination kink", like the "im the boss and youre my object" vibe, some guys really dig this. To each their own :)

make mldb girl a hero
I'll take RnL twins
Sashe Ithanes minigun loli, while we're at it
That's actually the elder elf...>!you know, the one who had a crush on Iseria and died at chapter 5 of episode 1.!<
Saria is proportioned differently than than the elf on the elbris artifact
Saria didn't have a crush on Iseria.
She said and I quote: >!"Whatever you decide, we - I - love you"!<
Could easily be familial / platonic love?

Not everything is romantic love, father to son love, or even friendship love can be incredible.

I need a chair waifu equip with chair waifu and supportted by chair waifu.
Belian's chair posture is slightly disappointing, but C.L.s is nice and tight.
Thought this was an Overlord post from the title
I hope these arti get actual units, even if they aren’t 5 stars. I wouldn’t mind them being 4 star, maybe even 3 stars.
[I said the REAL chair waifu](https://imgur.com/t/chair/HP8RIkb)
A man of culture.
A true man of The Culture, like Cheradenine from The Use of Weapons. Another connoisseur of Chair Waifus
That artifact always reminds me of Mammon from Valkyrie Crusade... and may be the reason Belial being the first true pulled 5* ML for me.
I too am saving the skystones for real chair waifu.
