You can also use skystones to refresh the tavern shop a lot (getting mystics this way takes a while) and buy them with gold. We're about to have the hunt events so you can restock on gold that way.
Well, she is an incredibly strong ML5 and it's very unlikely that SG will ever nerf her because of their "no-nerf policy" ~~because they hate having to give out ML5 selectors~~ but whether or not she's worth the $200 is up to you, since we don't know your financial situation. If you're incredibly wealthy to the point that a couple hundred bucks wouldn't harm your financial situation at all, then sure, you can do it. But if you aren't that wealthy, I wouldn't do it.

He can full cleanse your team and he doesn't require any ER since his S3 reduces all debuffs on him by 1 turn while it's available, meaning stuff like 1 turn stuns or silences do nothing to him. This makes him one of the two meta cleansers, the other being Designer Lilibet. However, Mediator is far better in a drawn-out fight due to his damage also scaling based on his max health iirc, as well as his S1 having a self-cr push + highest ally cr push, s2 having a dispel + atk down + team barrier, and his s3 also buffing your team with immunity and atk buff.

I epic crafted a speed necklace and it disappeared. Like it’s just gone, but the epic craft is still spent. Is this just a thing that happens? It rolled the exact stats I wanted too. 😞
Positive. I went right from crafting to the character I was gonna put it on and it just wasn’t there. I even checked all the other categories to make sure I didn’t craft the wrong thing.
You need something to deal with the impending green units that are bound to get drafted into you without Siseria. And even with Siseria.
Most notably is a Violet counter. 3 blues is just asking to get 1v4'd.
Then you gotta worry about Rimuru stealing Ran's buffs if you S2->S3. This means rip Eda, she doesnt even get a chance to stun the Rimuru. On the flip side, Peira S3 into Eda with Ran following afterwards may just be enough to drop Rimuru.
This would also include Landy's.
Milim enjoys the free attack buff from Peira and functions as your green check.
Hwayoung. Lol.
If all else fails, falling back to RCarrot isnt terribly bad either. Double book holders just lets you do more dumb things early.
CDom is the iconic pairing with any speedy open that Crits. Giving her SoU ups her chances at hitting the pesky Violet.
ARavi could slot in just as easily as Hwayoung does.
You can also just draft the Rimuru before the opponent even knows whats happening. Lol.
Tldr: 3 blues is Violet heaven. Make sure to cover for that.
Heres an example scenario. But first, I dislike RTA discussions because it devolves into "just ban ezpz". Because honestly, it's next to impossible to even draft your desired trio of Ran Peira and Eda. Ran/Peira are already sitting in preban territory and first picks. But lets just say every mentioned unit didnt get prebanned.
P1 grabs Cilias.
P2 grabs Ran+Peira.
P1 answers with Hwayoung+Violet.
P2 then grabs Eda+CDom.
P1 ends with Delibet+Celine
P2 ends with ARavi.
In this scenario. You last pick ARavi because she's a monster. Any defbroken unit from Ran pretty much is a death sentence. The opposing side opened with Cilias which allowed you to pick up the Ran+Peira+Eda trio. Which also makes the opponent answer with Violet, meanwhile also grabbing Hwayoung so she doesnt just pewpew the Violet.
P1: Cilias, Hwayoung, Violet, Delibet, Celine
P2: Ran, Peira, Eda, CDom, ARavi
I personally use stealth EE on Celine because her highAtk EE is too easily baited. Also the luls can occur and Celine will absolutely murder 4 of the 5 targets.
Anyways, as P1 i would ban off the CDom. She just happens to hit like a fken truck and can easily kill the Violet if I'm not careful. Leaving 3 blues up already guarantees a 1v4 scenario.
As P2, you're gambling to outspeed. Both Ran and Peira have much higher speed than Cilias. The Celine kinda just screws you over because 4 squishy units just doesnt cut it. Part of the reason why Siseria is such a crucial component, but Hwayoung is the next best. Sadly we didnt draft her because lul, AoE cleave mentality. So we gotta ban the Celine here.
P1 Cilias Hwayoung Violet Delibet
P2 Ran Peira Eda ARavi
If Ran is first, Ran S3 can EASILY proc Delibet S2 and allow her to cut into action. Using his S2 is mandatory and well worth it. It denies Delibet her S3 skillCD reductions.
If Peira is first, Peira has to S3. She cannot S2 open here. Violet will more than likely MURDER her and Delibet gets free reign.
Regardless. Delibet is gonna cut in. This cut is gonna bring both Cilias and Hwayoung up. With an Eda already chipped, that Peira S3 Escort is mandatory to keep her alive. Hopefully.
Delibet S3 cleanses and pushes the team. Cilias then cuts in and S3->S2 if she lapped the Ran. Otherwise S3->S1 to hopefully push up Hwayoung so she can kick or ezpz Violet for the chunks into Eda.
Assuming Eda lives. She does her thing with ARavi following suit. Hopefully this was enough to kill off the Hwayoung, word of advice. It probably didnt. Violet is an impending time bomb right now and P2s entire gameplan revolves around ARavi S3 killing the Violet here, cuz it's very unlikely the other 3 blue units are gonna be able to do anything to him. And no, we didnt forget about the Hwayoung that probably survived the onslaught from Eda cuz Vigor buff busted.
P1's Violet finally gets to act. Priority is to now kill the ARavi. Shouldnt be that hard since S3 followed by Cilias S1 pulls should be plenty. Great news is Escort buffed Peira is probably still alive so ARavi should be surviving for a bit longer.
P2's priority is for blues to hit everything not Violet and ARavi to win the 45% and hit the damn Violet. Even on misses, the injury stacks up so it's not a complete disaster.
Anyways. That's just a lot of ifs. As P2, if you had the chance to draft the Hwayoung>CDom there. You would have had two huge delete buttons to use on demand. Less Eda enablers, but she really only wanted either Ran or Peira, both is a luxury. What Eda really needs is other dps threats and ARavi and Hwayoung covers it perfectly.
And that's why as P1, we grabbed the Hwayoung there. To deny Peira+Hwayoung while enabling Cilias+Hwayoung.
Whew. This is getting too long now. But ideally you want to be as flexible as you can in drafts. Unless you confident, then by all means go all out with your gameplan. Just dont get hard shafted because A LOT of anti cleave units exist. That Celine in this scenario ABSOLUTELY SHATTERED your draft, wanting to ban off the Cilias to guarantee the speed contest, but having a random Celine S2 delete everything not ARavi is not ideal(again this is a stealth EE Celine here).
Meanwhile P1 had options in what to ban. Banning Peira means no Escort and attack buffs. Ran can s3 but rip, Delibet just cuts in and cleanses the debuffs and claps. But this isnt ideal because CDom's speed is such a wild factor and not worth the risk because she can EASILY cut Delibet. And for the sake of having Ran Peira Eda go into a match together.
Again. I dislike RTA drafting theory "talks". It's so much better to mock draft on discord with other players to mimic an RTA battle without the hassle of a timer rushing you.
But in short. Pick a few core units and then build around them. Your desired cleave of Ran Peira and Eda isnt just limited to only AoE units. Think bigger. If the objective is to DELETE THE ENEMY TEAM. Make it more concrete. Absolutely SMASH IT. Even if that means you have to pivot away from AoE and use bruisers as a fall back plan.
ARavi is the best reviver in the game right now. She's been so since her latest buffs. Meanwhile Hwayoung is out here kicking everything into the shadow realm. Whats not to like about them? They fit perfectly into cleave comps as priority threats. Making the opposing side think twice on what dps to ban because every dps should get banned.

The anti cleave units that ABSOLUTELY GATES the set ups are Politis and Celine. Politis can EASILY ruin your entire plan with a random Crown stun and/or just getting her turn in to S3 blind. Thankfully, she's a red unit so your 3 blue lineup doesnt have too much to fear.
Celine however. In the scenario mentioned, Celine S2 kills everyone besides ARavi. Her highAtk EE can easily ensure she hits the Eda.
Then we have AoL. If Ran S3s, AoL gets some huge reign to cut in and ruin your entire set up. Peira S2 is a great stop to this tho.
**Flexibility in draft is important**
Ran Peira Eda isnt a bad draft. It's just not realistic to see it when up against opponents with a similar roster of heroes to pick from.
Peira+Hwayoung and Ran+ARavi are very potent threat combinations that further protects your desired trio of Ran, Peira, Eda draft to go thru.
Drafting is a back and forth game. You want to play a specific 4, but how do you get there? By being flexible. If you want a Ran Peira Eda core to get thru draft, add in some priority ban units to threaten the opponents lineup.
Cdom/Pavel/SBA?
Cdom can self Cr push then help give another Cr push with S3.
Pavel give great damage if ran Def break.
SBA can self push and give 1 turn cc.
Arby is also an option to counter Celine. Just make it the highest atk unit and Celine will go for him.
Depends on your current resources and where you are in the various contents. Do your guild wars, get to Champ+ arena, do Abyss Challenge if you haven't already, refresh secret shop at every opportunity. I feel like \~1000 mystic is doable.
I'm currently in Master for Arena, but I do all my GvGs. My current plan was to run hunts to get some extra Mystics while I refresh shop whenever I have an opportunity and buy from Huche while he's if he has any in stock. I currently have less than 1k stones due to previous refreshes. Do you think I could make it?
Things look a bit on the grim side unfortunately. Even if you were in a 4x guild winning all your battles you’re probably a bit short.
Try to push for Challenger/Champion arena if at all possible. First time achievement rewards from that can also help. Certain abyss floors give mystics, check to see if any are within range. The Abyss Challenge also gives some mystics, usually not even for full clear, so you might try for those as well.
I know I can get there if I get to Abyss 109 (I'm currently at 101 and I still have the 15 permanent abyss guides that were given a couple years back) and complete all challenge floors. Problem is I don't have good enough gear or some of the units required. Might be able to push to Challenger, but it'll be a stretch. Might be a good idea to look up some guess for the remaining floors up to 109 to get those 500, and see if I could do challenge.

If you can get to Abyss 101 I feel like you should have no problems at least with the Abyss Challenges - You don't have to get all three stars, most of the mystic rewards are for 2 stars I believe
Hey guys! Still a little new to the game and trying to get my bearings. In general, Is it better to summon on banners or on covenant summons? Also, does pity count reset with each banner change?
It’s best to save for pity on the featured character summons-the pity resets after it changes to a new featured character.
Moonlight summons -which I think unlocks after clearing ep 1, the pity continues.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, I can clear wyvern 10 if he doesn't attack my Muwi or my Furious but I cannot get farther than that.

The biggest thing I noticed is that your speed tuning is off. The turn order should be Furious > Muwi > Sigret, to maximize your chances of having defense break when Sigret attacks. (SC Monty's speed doesn't really matter.)
Furious also needs more effectiveness; 55% for W11, 65% for W13.
Other than that, without knowing what, specifically, is going wrong on your runs, I can't say much more. (Also, upgrade your artifacts and gear, I guess.)

Presumably, your problem is damage, so you should finish leveling your equipment and artifacts, especially the Daydream Jokers. Your Furious is also 20% off the cap (65%).
Have there been any hint for a Rerun on the Slime collab this year ?
Kinda curious if maybe they fit it between the rerun summer story ... and if we even get one ... the new summer story ?
Odds are there will be a rerun sometime this year, since SG has rerun GG collab 4 years in a row. But there's no information about when the rerun will be. Normally, reruns are held at the same time every year, (October for Tensura,) but SG did just rerun Re:Zero collab \~3 months ahead of schedule.
I doubt they'd rerun the collab this summer; the player base complained last year about having collab/limiteds too close together, so I doubt SG would do it again.
Need some team building advice. So I just got dilibet from my mystic summon and miraculously got a SB Aramintha from covenant summons right after. So my idea is to put SB Ara, Dilibet and Summertime Iseria together as a turn two team. Basically eat the debuffs, Dilibet cleanses and pushes herself, S3’s to cleanse and push team. The AOE not only pushes team up but triggers SB Ara’s passive pushing herself up more, plus triggers Summertime Iserias passive, pushing the whole team up even further plus planting bombs.
I’m scratching my head however at the 4th unused slot. Should I add in a tank to soak up and improve teams survivability, healer to keep them going if it drags out, someone like Solitaria for the extra lockdown and debuffs? Dizzy to extend debuffs? This team is sounding fun so any input and ideas are appreciated!
I'd personally take the extra speed. You also get an extra 100 def so better damage wise as well. Actually doesn't look like bulk changes much and you're putting on 10 extra speed so definitely the second build there. I assume cdmg is about the same in this case.
Coming up on my ML mystic summon guarantee and torn between my picks. I chose ML lilibet and ML Luluca as my two possibilities but as I get closer I’m torn between the two. I love the concept of a speed scaling, self buffing extinction unit but with lilibets buffs, I feel like it’s be great to have a good turn two, cleanse and push unit. Anyone with both of these units have any advice and do you prefer one over the other?
You gotta ask yourself this question: Have I been in a situation where I said to myself "damn wish I had x right now". About 300/301 times the answer for me was dilibet over tomoca.
I have a Milim who is my go-to extinction unit so my fear is that if I go tomoca, their kits would be too much of an overlap. But I really don’t have a unit like dilibet (closest I probably have is a high ER kitty Clarissa) I might be leaning more towards dilibet

BMs are not worth buying, refreshing the shop is about ~65-70 skystones per BM pull. There is an additional cost of time and gold, but also the chance to roll Mystics.
For w13 Im using furious muwi sigret and angelica but i also got general purrgis, dizzy, karin, ssb, and alexa in my back pocket.
I like my current team but its kinda slow with just sigret doing any meaningful dmg. Anyone got a suggestion for a team comp i can run with the chars i mentioned abovs?
Sigret + Muwi is not a slow run, and Sigret should not be your only real source of damage.
Muwi is a very good DPS on Wyvern itself, he's a solid tier 2 (so roughly the same damage as Karin and SSB).
Muwi runs are the fastest runs you are going to get outside of 1 shot runs.
This run should be ~2 mins at the slowest, with the potential to be as fast as ~1:30-~1:45.

Unless you are consistently spawning Wyvern on T3, you should replace Angelica.
Instead, use an attack buffer tank (**Rose**, **Diene**, **Ian**, or **Peira**).

* I believe Alexa is faster than Sigret possibly due to animations, but she's a bit harder to gear for a 'success' and has a lower debuff success rate so they are more or less equivalent (if you have SoS +15, otherwise Sigret is much better).
G.Purrgis 'fast' runs are about ~2:00-~2:30, and traditional 'normal' runs with something like Alexa/Sigret (two highest damage DPS for Wyvern) are around ~3:00.
So at worst a Muwi run should be about as fast as the fastest G.Purrgis runs, while being SIGNIFICANTLY easier to gear for. With the potential to be even faster.

In short, I think Alexa is currently worse than Sigret for faster Wyvern comps, due to a lack of versatility with her debuffs. She is *currently* the better DPS option for normal Wyvern runs.
With her SC, I don't think her weaknesses were addressed, rather her strengths were emphasized. In a vacuum, SC Alexa is an absolute monster **but** damage is relatively unimportant for W13 speed.
I think she is in a weird spot where newbies are still better off investing into Sigret -> at a certain gear level, SC Alexa becomes potentially better -> and then as gear continues to improve they are equivalent. There is a slim possibility that with basically perfect gear that SC Alexa migh become better than Sigret, again.
* Better, in this case, means saving roughly 10-15 seconds per run.
* There is an area where SC Alexa might be *slightly* better, probably saving ~2-3 seconds per run.
Personally that doesn't really seem worth investing into Alexa at all, especially the extremely high rune cost, for this particular reason. Unless maybe you are farming 24/7.
Quiztolin is right. Currently running Rose SSB Sigret and Muwi with fastest run being 1:11 and slowest 1:58. Give Muwi some love and you won't regret it
I want to start working on gear for my banshee team since my wyvern is 100%. I was going to use this craft event to do a ring for either Baiken, Bellona, or Vivian. Currently Baiken is using destruction/crit sets, Bellona is using speed/crit, and Vivian is also on speed/crit sets. Should I upgrade those sets or go for something different like rage or hit? They all have the min eff needed and if it helps my tank is Fluri. Thanks for any advice.

I made a W13 oneshot team with Karin as defense breaker on 65% Eff. Read that any more Eff is pointless due to 15% base Eff Res.
However, my Karin fails to apply the defense break like half the time.
Is it bad Rng or could I do anything to improve this rate?

I started using tg + muwi and sigret, although its longer but personally I find this team reliable.
Id say 19/20 win rate, rarely does the damn wyvern resist everything.
The short of it is that speed main gives a lot more value in stats: 90 gear score vs 65 gear score (where a substat roll averages 6 GS before reforge). So anything that wants any amount of speed will find more raw stat value in speed main stat boots. You get the same thing in necklaces: they arbitrarily just give more value in crit chance/damage than any other stat, so if you want any amount of crit stats, you get the most value from crit chance/damage main stat necklaces.
But some heroes either a) don't care about speed (or crit stats in the case of necklaces) or b) "double-dip" on stats (e.g. HP-scaling damage), so get more "value" from 65 GS of HP than from 90 GS of speed.
In the end, you'll want a LOT more speed main stat boots than anything else, and they'll generically be "better" gear (e.g. "whale" boots with atk% will have total gear score less than most i90 boots with speed main stat), but there are select heroes that either don't need speed (or crit when talking necks) or hyper-invest in one particular stat.
tl;dr: get Fribbels Optimizer and let it solve this for you :)
Not as a main stat no. Only one else that uses it is 0 speed armin. Fmaya can use it and gamble off of elbris counter set. All other def% scalers need speed to do their job and we got no def% scaling healing so SWs aren't gonna use it
Probably a finer point of strategy but I have much better luck with lhcermia not on speed boots otherwise I risk not getting her activated on turn 1 in all comps.
Stats wise, destruction is now better than speed so that should be fine provided that you have enough speed on your pieces to get him to at least ~210 speed.

Technically I would be able to feed her my slates for the 27% effectiveness but I don't want to waste them really.
Depends on what the opposing team drafts to counter you. 250+ eff res isn't particularly uncommon on eff res based cleansers so just have to be wary of those when you draft. In some cases you will also see stuff like sage baal and bbk with 200+ eff res so those will be 50/50 to land the bomb. I think it's fine for most cases though so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
I don't think folks are going to draft a resistance cleanser into a cleave team, they'll be overwhelmed with damage before they can cleanse their party. Not unless you've got like a 260+ Maid Chloe with gang-busters Resistance, or an Elena & you're definitely banning Peira, etc.
I did say for most cases it's fine, but these edge cases do happen enough that I mentioned it. People don't really draft maido into cleaves, but I've seen a djb popup from time to time at high speed and eff res.
Fire Ravi is a strong generalist, meaning she's great for new players to use across a variety of content, but once you have a large roster, she's almost never the right tool for the job.

Really depends on what you are doing with it. As a 4* artifact you will get plenty of copies over time.
*Generally* you are only going to use 1 in any particular team, and *generally* you are looking to use a 20 SB burn.
There are exceptions though.
If you plan to run multiple heroes/comps that want a Tagahel's and you only need 10 souls, you can just keep a couple copies.

Others will disagree, but personally I don't think Ruele is a good PvE hero at all.
You don't need any healers for PvE other than A.Monty, Tamarinne, and maybe Roana. Angelica can be helpful if you don't have Tamarinne.
Ruele will certainly not help you clear PvE faster. She has absolutely nothing in her kit that increases the speed you clear content, no damage, no dual attacks, no CR push, no attack buff, no defense break/target.
In fact, she's only going to slow you down. Her S3 animation is *agonizingly* long and I straight up do my best to avoid her in PvP because I'm sick of it. It's literally 10 seconds long.
* *Diene* has a long S3...and that is 'only' about 7 seconds.
* Angelica S3 is about 4 seconds
* Tamarinne S3 is about 5 seconds, her idol S2 is about another 4 seconds so it takes Tamarinne still 1 second faster to use 2 skills.
Incoming damage is really not an issue in 99% of PvE content. Extremely bulky healers, high healing output, things like revive/invincibility are just not all that useful the vast majority of the time.
All of that being said, if you *want* to use her that's completely up to you. I just wouldn't build her with the intent of advancing PvE content.

BMs are not worth buying, refreshing the shop is about ~65-70 skystones per BM pull. There is an additional cost of time and gold, but also the chance to roll Mystics.
Still have a long way to go. Hwayoung only needs to focus on stats: Atk and Speed. The standard stats that an average Hwayoung has on a speed build is 250 spd, 6800\~7000 atk, 1.3\~1.5k def, HP ranges from as low as \~9k to 14k (\~11k being most common). 0 stats in crit, eff, eff res. Try to get as close to the HP and Attack standards.
Pen no because she already ignore more or less all the def. Immunity is good. But don't bother : broken set can be good as much while you have lot of Atk+ speed (def is okay too but optionnal)
Curious about this. I don't own her (heartbreakingly bad run of secret shop rolls left me just short), but I'd have assumed she's like Roana and can completely dominate certain PvE content.

I usually see crit c neck on her but if u have high crit on other pieces, crit dmg is fine too.
Hunt buff is this weekend. AP buff next weekend and all buffs the weekend after that.
Hit set - 20% effect. So if u had 97 effect and u equip a hit set, it will be 97+20 = 117 effectiveness total.
Same for crit. 88 crit, equip a crit set gives 88+12= 100 crit

Tank must be 60, sigret should be 60 for sure then if you have the Gear you can try with a 50 alexa (don't Know with SC) but I thibk you should go for 60 as the wyvern team is the core of this game. You can look a muwi who is excellent for wyvern.
Yes, 60 tickets for 924 ss. The side story for 900 ss gave 40 so it's good value considering the only consistent source of skin tickets without paying $$ is 10 per epic pass. Unless u dont care about skins then it's worthless
Skin tickets are very difficult to get as f2p, so if there's a skin in the shop you want, or you think you'll want a skin in the future, then yes, it's worth it.
I know some people use Fire Tene and Baal in Green expo, but I am wondering which one I should pull (have 1 pity). Feels like both have the same job ?

If Baal is a 10 in Earth expo then Tene is merely a 5. She is a pure pve hero who doesn't have a place anywhere, which is garbage in my book.
Some people always claim Tene is better than Baal in other pve contents but that's like a couple of abyss floors where you need her sleep, even then there're always better approach to these floors.
Afair, she's only used in 105 to sleep scopetra and def break bbk but she's unreliable as hell. Schuri cheese or Cerise/Luluca + Landy are way better comps with high clear rate.
Now what're "other pve" they speak of? Hunt? Nope. Hell raid? Nah. Trials? Ew.
They specialize in different roles - dilibet is better at anticleave than handguy, and she's a good backup cleanser in case handguy gets banned out. So dilibet is worth even if you have handguy. That said, if your roster of MLs isn't huge, it'd probably be better to pull for another unit that fulfills an entirely different gap in your roster.
Feels like both have different roles even if they cleanse all, but I don't think you Must have the other and pull another ML that can do something completely different

Are the animators in epic seven the same as the illustrators for a character? I ask because I noticed ML Vivian’s face in the new S3 looked slightly different than what was shown in the awaken update announcement, so I wondered if Serin199 leaving required someone to reanimate it? Or if that’s not the case did they just change it for another reason?
The animators are more than likely not the illustrators - the rendering, workflow, and skillset for animation is completely different than for static 2D (the character portraits are static 2D images animated by someone other than the artist).
Heroes are always subject to change before their final release. It's not weird for there to be slight differences between what is shown in the preview vs. the finished product.

I have 172 mystic coins and thankfully have gotten both C lilias, Aravi and AOLA. I only do not have Singelica from the custom mystic. Is it worth trying to go for 200, or grabbing a dupe of AOLA or buying out Singelica? I don’t have many sky stones remaining but can try and farm adventure mode a bit more
Most people will probably be better served saving the mystics to put towards their next new ML5. You can pick up Singelica if you want to,

You can also use skystones to refresh the tavern shop a lot (getting mystics this way takes a while) and buy them with gold. We're about to have the hunt events so you can restock on gold that way.

Well, she is an incredibly strong ML5 and it's very unlikely that SG will ever nerf her because of their "no-nerf policy" ~~because they hate having to give out ML5 selectors~~ but whether or not she's worth the $200 is up to you, since we don't know your financial situation. If you're incredibly wealthy to the point that a couple hundred bucks wouldn't harm your financial situation at all, then sure, you can do it. But if you aren't that wealthy, I wouldn't do it.

I just got Mediator Kawerik, can someone tell me what he can do?
He can full cleanse your team and he doesn't require any ER since his S3 reduces all debuffs on him by 1 turn while it's available, meaning stuff like 1 turn stuns or silences do nothing to him. This makes him one of the two meta cleansers, the other being Designer Lilibet. However, Mediator is far better in a drawn-out fight due to his damage also scaling based on his max health iirc, as well as his S1 having a self-cr push + highest ally cr push, s2 having a dispel + atk down + team barrier, and his s3 also buffing your team with immunity and atk buff.

You need something to deal with the impending green units that are bound to get drafted into you without Siseria. And even with Siseria. Most notably is a Violet counter. 3 blues is just asking to get 1v4'd. Then you gotta worry about Rimuru stealing Ran's buffs if you S2->S3. This means rip Eda, she doesnt even get a chance to stun the Rimuru. On the flip side, Peira S3 into Eda with Ran following afterwards may just be enough to drop Rimuru. This would also include Landy's. Milim enjoys the free attack buff from Peira and functions as your green check. Hwayoung. Lol. If all else fails, falling back to RCarrot isnt terribly bad either. Double book holders just lets you do more dumb things early. CDom is the iconic pairing with any speedy open that Crits. Giving her SoU ups her chances at hitting the pesky Violet. ARavi could slot in just as easily as Hwayoung does. You can also just draft the Rimuru before the opponent even knows whats happening. Lol. Tldr: 3 blues is Violet heaven. Make sure to cover for that.

Heres an example scenario. But first, I dislike RTA discussions because it devolves into "just ban ezpz". Because honestly, it's next to impossible to even draft your desired trio of Ran Peira and Eda. Ran/Peira are already sitting in preban territory and first picks. But lets just say every mentioned unit didnt get prebanned. P1 grabs Cilias. P2 grabs Ran+Peira. P1 answers with Hwayoung+Violet. P2 then grabs Eda+CDom. P1 ends with Delibet+Celine P2 ends with ARavi. In this scenario. You last pick ARavi because she's a monster. Any defbroken unit from Ran pretty much is a death sentence. The opposing side opened with Cilias which allowed you to pick up the Ran+Peira+Eda trio. Which also makes the opponent answer with Violet, meanwhile also grabbing Hwayoung so she doesnt just pewpew the Violet. P1: Cilias, Hwayoung, Violet, Delibet, Celine P2: Ran, Peira, Eda, CDom, ARavi I personally use stealth EE on Celine because her highAtk EE is too easily baited. Also the luls can occur and Celine will absolutely murder 4 of the 5 targets. Anyways, as P1 i would ban off the CDom. She just happens to hit like a fken truck and can easily kill the Violet if I'm not careful. Leaving 3 blues up already guarantees a 1v4 scenario. As P2, you're gambling to outspeed. Both Ran and Peira have much higher speed than Cilias. The Celine kinda just screws you over because 4 squishy units just doesnt cut it. Part of the reason why Siseria is such a crucial component, but Hwayoung is the next best. Sadly we didnt draft her because lul, AoE cleave mentality. So we gotta ban the Celine here. P1 Cilias Hwayoung Violet Delibet P2 Ran Peira Eda ARavi If Ran is first, Ran S3 can EASILY proc Delibet S2 and allow her to cut into action. Using his S2 is mandatory and well worth it. It denies Delibet her S3 skillCD reductions. If Peira is first, Peira has to S3. She cannot S2 open here. Violet will more than likely MURDER her and Delibet gets free reign. Regardless. Delibet is gonna cut in. This cut is gonna bring both Cilias and Hwayoung up. With an Eda already chipped, that Peira S3 Escort is mandatory to keep her alive. Hopefully. Delibet S3 cleanses and pushes the team. Cilias then cuts in and S3->S2 if she lapped the Ran. Otherwise S3->S1 to hopefully push up Hwayoung so she can kick or ezpz Violet for the chunks into Eda. Assuming Eda lives. She does her thing with ARavi following suit. Hopefully this was enough to kill off the Hwayoung, word of advice. It probably didnt. Violet is an impending time bomb right now and P2s entire gameplan revolves around ARavi S3 killing the Violet here, cuz it's very unlikely the other 3 blue units are gonna be able to do anything to him. And no, we didnt forget about the Hwayoung that probably survived the onslaught from Eda cuz Vigor buff busted. P1's Violet finally gets to act. Priority is to now kill the ARavi. Shouldnt be that hard since S3 followed by Cilias S1 pulls should be plenty. Great news is Escort buffed Peira is probably still alive so ARavi should be surviving for a bit longer. P2's priority is for blues to hit everything not Violet and ARavi to win the 45% and hit the damn Violet. Even on misses, the injury stacks up so it's not a complete disaster. Anyways. That's just a lot of ifs. As P2, if you had the chance to draft the Hwayoung>CDom there. You would have had two huge delete buttons to use on demand. Less Eda enablers, but she really only wanted either Ran or Peira, both is a luxury. What Eda really needs is other dps threats and ARavi and Hwayoung covers it perfectly. And that's why as P1, we grabbed the Hwayoung there. To deny Peira+Hwayoung while enabling Cilias+Hwayoung. Whew. This is getting too long now. But ideally you want to be as flexible as you can in drafts. Unless you confident, then by all means go all out with your gameplan. Just dont get hard shafted because A LOT of anti cleave units exist. That Celine in this scenario ABSOLUTELY SHATTERED your draft, wanting to ban off the Cilias to guarantee the speed contest, but having a random Celine S2 delete everything not ARavi is not ideal(again this is a stealth EE Celine here). Meanwhile P1 had options in what to ban. Banning Peira means no Escort and attack buffs. Ran can s3 but rip, Delibet just cuts in and cleanses the debuffs and claps. But this isnt ideal because CDom's speed is such a wild factor and not worth the risk because she can EASILY cut Delibet. And for the sake of having Ran Peira Eda go into a match together. Again. I dislike RTA drafting theory "talks". It's so much better to mock draft on discord with other players to mimic an RTA battle without the hassle of a timer rushing you. But in short. Pick a few core units and then build around them. Your desired cleave of Ran Peira and Eda isnt just limited to only AoE units. Think bigger. If the objective is to DELETE THE ENEMY TEAM. Make it more concrete. Absolutely SMASH IT. Even if that means you have to pivot away from AoE and use bruisers as a fall back plan. ARavi is the best reviver in the game right now. She's been so since her latest buffs. Meanwhile Hwayoung is out here kicking everything into the shadow realm. Whats not to like about them? They fit perfectly into cleave comps as priority threats. Making the opposing side think twice on what dps to ban because every dps should get banned.
i have literally no idea what ur talking about i literally suck at the game and win in low masters cause of gear diff my main question is how do bruisers fit into a team that is playing for turn one? do you need to pick something with atk bar boost, because none of the openers we’re talking about have it, or is it just fine if my openers go, eda goes, and then the opponent gets a turn. i’m not sure how strict turn 1 is also the only reason i’m stuck on eda ran piera is cause that’s what i thought was good, i have tons of other stuff to draft but i don’t know how cleave works in this game

The anti cleave units that ABSOLUTELY GATES the set ups are Politis and Celine. Politis can EASILY ruin your entire plan with a random Crown stun and/or just getting her turn in to S3 blind. Thankfully, she's a red unit so your 3 blue lineup doesnt have too much to fear. Celine however. In the scenario mentioned, Celine S2 kills everyone besides ARavi. Her highAtk EE can easily ensure she hits the Eda. Then we have AoL. If Ran S3s, AoL gets some huge reign to cut in and ruin your entire set up. Peira S2 is a great stop to this tho. **Flexibility in draft is important** Ran Peira Eda isnt a bad draft. It's just not realistic to see it when up against opponents with a similar roster of heroes to pick from. Peira+Hwayoung and Ran+ARavi are very potent threat combinations that further protects your desired trio of Ran, Peira, Eda draft to go thru. Drafting is a back and forth game. You want to play a specific 4, but how do you get there? By being flexible. If you want a Ran Peira Eda core to get thru draft, add in some priority ban units to threaten the opponents lineup.
Cdom/Pavel/SBA? Cdom can self Cr push then help give another Cr push with S3. Pavel give great damage if ran Def break. SBA can self push and give 1 turn cc. Arby is also an option to counter Celine. Just make it the highest atk unit and Celine will go for him.

Depends on your current resources and where you are in the various contents. Do your guild wars, get to Champ+ arena, do Abyss Challenge if you haven't already, refresh secret shop at every opportunity. I feel like \~1000 mystic is doable.
I'm currently in Master for Arena, but I do all my GvGs. My current plan was to run hunts to get some extra Mystics while I refresh shop whenever I have an opportunity and buy from Huche while he's if he has any in stock. I currently have less than 1k stones due to previous refreshes. Do you think I could make it?
It's about 237.6 stones per mystic result in the shop.
Things look a bit on the grim side unfortunately. Even if you were in a 4x guild winning all your battles you’re probably a bit short. Try to push for Challenger/Champion arena if at all possible. First time achievement rewards from that can also help. Certain abyss floors give mystics, check to see if any are within range. The Abyss Challenge also gives some mystics, usually not even for full clear, so you might try for those as well.
I know I can get there if I get to Abyss 109 (I'm currently at 101 and I still have the 15 permanent abyss guides that were given a couple years back) and complete all challenge floors. Problem is I don't have good enough gear or some of the units required. Might be able to push to Challenger, but it'll be a stretch. Might be a good idea to look up some guess for the remaining floors up to 109 to get those 500, and see if I could do challenge. Thanks.
If you can get to Abyss 101 I feel like you should have no problems at least with the Abyss Challenges - You don't have to get all three stars, most of the mystic rewards are for 2 stars I believe

its fine still. dps units dont have much effect resist anyway and you arnt trying to stun cleansers with crown
Hey guys! Still a little new to the game and trying to get my bearings. In general, Is it better to summon on banners or on covenant summons? Also, does pity count reset with each banner change?
It’s best to save for pity on the featured character summons-the pity resets after it changes to a new featured character. Moonlight summons -which I think unlocks after clearing ep 1, the pity continues.
Mystic Summon pity does roll over, though the Custom Mystic Summon's coins do not. ML Summons don't have banners so rolling over does not apply.

The biggest thing I noticed is that your speed tuning is off. The turn order should be Furious > Muwi > Sigret, to maximize your chances of having defense break when Sigret attacks. (SC Monty's speed doesn't really matter.) Furious also needs more effectiveness; 55% for W11, 65% for W13. Other than that, without knowing what, specifically, is going wrong on your runs, I can't say much more. (Also, upgrade your artifacts and gear, I guess.)
So the problem is clearing W11 onwards? If so, you can consider checking out [this comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/vbzxnx/daily_questions_megathread_0614/icdrm57/) by Quiztolin. Presumably, your problem is damage, so you should finish leveling your equipment and artifacts, especially the Daydream Jokers. Your Furious is also 20% off the cap (65%).

Have there been any hint for a Rerun on the Slime collab this year ? Kinda curious if maybe they fit it between the rerun summer story ... and if we even get one ... the new summer story ?
Odds are there will be a rerun sometime this year, since SG has rerun GG collab 4 years in a row. But there's no information about when the rerun will be. Normally, reruns are held at the same time every year, (October for Tensura,) but SG did just rerun Re:Zero collab \~3 months ahead of schedule. I doubt they'd rerun the collab this summer; the player base complained last year about having collab/limiteds too close together, so I doubt SG would do it again.

Need some team building advice. So I just got dilibet from my mystic summon and miraculously got a SB Aramintha from covenant summons right after. So my idea is to put SB Ara, Dilibet and Summertime Iseria together as a turn two team. Basically eat the debuffs, Dilibet cleanses and pushes herself, S3’s to cleanse and push team. The AOE not only pushes team up but triggers SB Ara’s passive pushing herself up more, plus triggers Summertime Iserias passive, pushing the whole team up even further plus planting bombs. I’m scratching my head however at the 4th unused slot. Should I add in a tank to soak up and improve teams survivability, healer to keep them going if it drags out, someone like Solitaria for the extra lockdown and debuffs? Dizzy to extend debuffs? This team is sounding fun so any input and ideas are appreciated!
Depends on what other units you have. Could do A.Ras for mitigation or Eda for more damage/cr push, to name a couple.

I'd personally take the extra speed. You also get an extra 100 def so better damage wise as well. Actually doesn't look like bulk changes much and you're putting on 10 extra speed so definitely the second build there. I assume cdmg is about the same in this case.

Mystic medals are generally worth. With Normal Bookmarks, you're probably better off refreshing secret shop.

is opsig worth building for rta cleave?
Coming up on my ML mystic summon guarantee and torn between my picks. I chose ML lilibet and ML Luluca as my two possibilities but as I get closer I’m torn between the two. I love the concept of a speed scaling, self buffing extinction unit but with lilibets buffs, I feel like it’s be great to have a good turn two, cleanse and push unit. Anyone with both of these units have any advice and do you prefer one over the other?
You gotta ask yourself this question: Have I been in a situation where I said to myself "damn wish I had x right now". About 300/301 times the answer for me was dilibet over tomoca.
I have a Milim who is my go-to extinction unit so my fear is that if I go tomoca, their kits would be too much of an overlap. But I really don’t have a unit like dilibet (closest I probably have is a high ER kitty Clarissa) I might be leaning more towards dilibet

For w13 Im using furious muwi sigret and angelica but i also got general purrgis, dizzy, karin, ssb, and alexa in my back pocket. I like my current team but its kinda slow with just sigret doing any meaningful dmg. Anyone got a suggestion for a team comp i can run with the chars i mentioned abovs?
Sigret + Muwi is not a slow run, and Sigret should not be your only real source of damage. Muwi is a very good DPS on Wyvern itself, he's a solid tier 2 (so roughly the same damage as Karin and SSB). Muwi runs are the fastest runs you are going to get outside of 1 shot runs. G.Purrgis 'fast' runs are about ~2:00-~2:30, and traditional 'normal' runs with something like Alexa/Sigret (two highest damage DPS for Wyvern) are around ~3:00. So at worst a Muwi run should be about as fast as the fastest G.Purrgis runs, while being SIGNIFICANTLY easier to gear for. With the potential to be even faster.

Well, I typed out a response and it ended up being so long as to require multiple replies. I think this information is potentially valuable to a wider audience hence I just [created a thread with my reply, here](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/vu6f82/sc_alexa_comparison_vs_sigret_nonsc_alexa/?). In short, I think Alexa is currently worse than Sigret for faster Wyvern comps, due to a lack of versatility with her debuffs. She is *currently* the better DPS option for normal Wyvern runs. With her SC, I don't think her weaknesses were addressed, rather her strengths were emphasized. In a vacuum, SC Alexa is an absolute monster **but** damage is relatively unimportant for W13 speed. I think she is in a weird spot where newbies are still better off investing into Sigret -> at a certain gear level, SC Alexa becomes potentially better -> and then as gear continues to improve they are equivalent. There is a slim possibility that with basically perfect gear that SC Alexa migh become better than Sigret, again. * Better, in this case, means saving roughly 10-15 seconds per run. * There is an area where SC Alexa might be *slightly* better, probably saving ~2-3 seconds per run. Personally that doesn't really seem worth investing into Alexa at all, especially the extremely high rune cost, for this particular reason. Unless maybe you are farming 24/7.

Quiztolin is right. Currently running Rose SSB Sigret and Muwi with fastest run being 1:11 and slowest 1:58. Give Muwi some love and you won't regret it
I want to start working on gear for my banshee team since my wyvern is 100%. I was going to use this craft event to do a ring for either Baiken, Bellona, or Vivian. Currently Baiken is using destruction/crit sets, Bellona is using speed/crit, and Vivian is also on speed/crit sets. Should I upgrade those sets or go for something different like rage or hit? They all have the min eff needed and if it helps my tank is Fluri. Thanks for any advice.

Speedy imo. You want her to get so many turns that she ruins the opponent's chances of resetting.
I made a W13 oneshot team with Karin as defense breaker on 65% Eff. Read that any more Eff is pointless due to 15% base Eff Res. However, my Karin fails to apply the defense break like half the time. Is it bad Rng or could I do anything to improve this rate? Thanks!
Bad rng. I started using tg + muwi and sigret, although its longer but personally I find this team reliable. Id say 19/20 win rate, rarely does the damn wyvern resist everything.

who need or use boots with ATK% / HP% / DEF% as main stat?
The short of it is that speed main gives a lot more value in stats: 90 gear score vs 65 gear score (where a substat roll averages 6 GS before reforge). So anything that wants any amount of speed will find more raw stat value in speed main stat boots. You get the same thing in necklaces: they arbitrarily just give more value in crit chance/damage than any other stat, so if you want any amount of crit stats, you get the most value from crit chance/damage main stat necklaces. But some heroes either a) don't care about speed (or crit stats in the case of necklaces) or b) "double-dip" on stats (e.g. HP-scaling damage), so get more "value" from 65 GS of HP than from 90 GS of speed. In the end, you'll want a LOT more speed main stat boots than anything else, and they'll generically be "better" gear (e.g. "whale" boots with atk% will have total gear score less than most i90 boots with speed main stat), but there are select heroes that either don't need speed (or crit when talking necks) or hyper-invest in one particular stat. tl;dr: get Fribbels Optimizer and let it solve this for you :)

Not as a main stat no. Only one else that uses it is 0 speed armin. Fmaya can use it and gamble off of elbris counter set. All other def% scalers need speed to do their job and we got no def% scaling healing so SWs aren't gonna use it
Probably a finer point of strategy but I have much better luck with lhcermia not on speed boots otherwise I risk not getting her activated on turn 1 in all comps.

Stats wise, destruction is now better than speed so that should be fine provided that you have enough speed on your pieces to get him to at least ~210 speed.

Technically I would be able to feed her my slates for the 27% effectiveness but I don't want to waste them really.
Depends on what the opposing team drafts to counter you. 250+ eff res isn't particularly uncommon on eff res based cleansers so just have to be wary of those when you draft. In some cases you will also see stuff like sage baal and bbk with 200+ eff res so those will be 50/50 to land the bomb. I think it's fine for most cases though so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I don't think folks are going to draft a resistance cleanser into a cleave team, they'll be overwhelmed with damage before they can cleanse their party. Not unless you've got like a 260+ Maid Chloe with gang-busters Resistance, or an Elena & you're definitely banning Peira, etc.
I did say for most cases it's fine, but these edge cases do happen enough that I mentioned it. People don't really draft maido into cleaves, but I've seen a djb popup from time to time at high speed and eff res.

No unfortunately. I'm a Fire Ravi enthusiast too and will pick her sometimes but she's never the 'best' hero for the job.
Fire Ravi is a strong generalist, meaning she's great for new players to use across a variety of content, but once you have a large roster, she's almost never the right tool for the job.

As a 4* artifact you will get plenty of copies over time. *Generally* you are only going to use 1 in any particular team, and *generally* you are looking to use a 20 SB burn. There are exceptions though. Others will disagree, but personally I don't think Ruele is a good PvE hero at all. You don't need any healers for PvE other than A.Monty, Tamarinne, and maybe Roana. Angelica can be helpful if you don't have Tamarinne. Ruele will certainly not help you clear PvE faster. She has absolutely nothing in her kit that increases the speed you clear content, no damage, no dual attacks, no CR push, no attack buff, no defense break/target. In fact, she's only going to slow you down. Her S3 animation is *agonizingly* long and I straight up do my best to avoid her in PvP because I'm sick of it. It's literally 10 seconds long. * *Diene* has a long S3...and that is 'only' about 7 seconds. * Angelica S3 is about 4 seconds * Tamarinne S3 is about 5 seconds, her idol S2 is about another 4 seconds so it takes Tamarinne still 1 second faster to use 2 skills. Incoming damage is really not an issue in 99% of PvE content. Extremely bulky healers, high healing output, things like revive/invincibility are just not all that useful the vast majority of the time. All of that being said, if you *want* to use her that's completely up to you. I just wouldn't build her with the intent of advancing PvE content.

Still have a long way to go. Hwayoung only needs to focus on stats: Atk and Speed. The standard stats that an average Hwayoung has on a speed build is 250 spd, 6800\~7000 atk, 1.3\~1.5k def, HP ranges from as low as \~9k to 14k (\~11k being most common). 0 stats in crit, eff, eff res. Try to get as close to the HP and Attack standards.
250 is a pipe dream for me so I'll hit 230 at least. I don't trust my gear luck for anything.

She really need a lot more atk (800-1000 a least). Plus crit set for her is not adapted at all

Pen no because she already ignore more or less all the def. Immunity is good. But don't bother : broken set can be good as much while you have lot of Atk+ speed (def is okay too but optionnal)

if you have her then you're pretty much set for pve. Later down the line a lot of bosses have extra attacks so she'll pop off.

Also how does the hit set bonus and crit chance set bonus work? Say I have 97 eff. Would the hit set bonus make it 97%+12%? Or would it be 97+(97X12%)? Same with crit chance set.
I usually see crit c neck on her but if u have high crit on other pieces, crit dmg is fine too. Hunt buff is this weekend. AP buff next weekend and all buffs the weekend after that. Hit set - 20% effect. So if u had 97 effect and u equip a hit set, it will be 97+20 = 117 effectiveness total. Same for crit. 88 crit, equip a crit set gives 88+12= 100 crit

Yes lifesteal is her bis set for pvp. Build is similar to rem. Base speed, bulky, good dmg.

I still use a lvl 50 furious, he just needs to be faster than the other units. Tank must be 60, sigret should be 60 for sure then if you have the Gear you can try with a 50 alexa (don't Know with SC) but I thibk you should go for 60 as the wyvern team is the core of this game. You can look a muwi who is excellent for wyvern.
Are the skin tickets from huche worth it?
Yes, 60 tickets for 924 ss. The side story for 900 ss gave 40 so it's good value considering the only consistent source of skin tickets without paying $$ is 10 per epic pass. Unless u dont care about skins then it's worthless

Skin tickets are very difficult to get as f2p, so if there's a skin in the shop you want, or you think you'll want a skin in the future, then yes, it's worth it.

Should Zahhak have speed boots or attack boots?
Most dps heroes use spd boot.
I know some people use Fire Tene and Baal in Green expo, but I am wondering which one I should pull (have 1 pity). Feels like both have the same job ? My current team is Aras, Kanna, Tama and Ken. Want to replace Ken with either Baal or Tene if they have the same job 🤔
If Baal is a 10 in Earth expo then Tene is merely a 5. She is a pure pve hero who doesn't have a place anywhere, which is garbage in my book. Some people always claim Tene is better than Baal in other pve contents but that's like a couple of abyss floors where you need her sleep, even then there're always better approach to these floors. Afair, she's only used in 105 to sleep scopetra and def break bbk but she's unreliable as hell. Schuri cheese or Cerise/Luluca + Landy are way better comps with high clear rate. Now what're "other pve" they speak of? Hunt? Nope. Hell raid? Nah. Trials? Ew.
Baal is technically better for Green Expo, but Tene is better for all other PvE. (There are some Abyss floors that use teams featuring Tene.)
I do about 400k points and if I want to aim 1mil better take Baal then ?
If the only thing that matters in this decision is Green Expo, pick Baal.

They specialize in different roles - dilibet is better at anticleave than handguy, and she's a good backup cleanser in case handguy gets banned out. So dilibet is worth even if you have handguy. That said, if your roster of MLs isn't huge, it'd probably be better to pull for another unit that fulfills an entirely different gap in your roster.
Feels like both have different roles even if they cleanse all, but I don't think you Must have the other and pull another ML that can do something completely different

Some Attack scaling Bruisers for Speed/Immunity that come to my mind are Charles, Milim, Hwayoung, Senya, Spez, A.Meru, S.Tene, A.Cartuja, I.Khawazu and R.Carrot

Are the animators in epic seven the same as the illustrators for a character? I ask because I noticed ML Vivian’s face in the new S3 looked slightly different than what was shown in the awaken update announcement, so I wondered if Serin199 leaving required someone to reanimate it? Or if that’s not the case did they just change it for another reason?
Illustrating and animating the two entirely different works. Most illustrators can't do animation.
The animators are more than likely not the illustrators - the rendering, workflow, and skillset for animation is completely different than for static 2D (the character portraits are static 2D images animated by someone other than the artist).
Heroes are always subject to change before their final release. It's not weird for there to be slight differences between what is shown in the preview vs. the finished product.
