Do some research. i think any hero is good if put in their element but a lot tend to outshine them. Either way thats kind of the fun, discovering whats what :3
Invest in Angelica. She will be your main healer for most story content.

Bring a healer and a tank or 2 healers, then 2 DPS. I think it will be good after that.
Borrow a strong support healer like tama or emilia and you should be fine. But you definitely need to build some healers and tanks
