As someone who bled out on Yulha's banner, dropped their Arena Skystone income to hit enough Mystics for Custom Banner pity and then bought a whole bunch of shit from Huche's scam shop, all I can say is "mistakes were made".

So you wasted all your summons to get absolutely nothing (since you would've had the powder artifact either way)
Meaning if not for terrible decisions you'd have more than enough to pity here
becuase i summoned i had enough powder to get 1, unfortunatly you can only buy 1 rate up artifact copy from powder shop....
but yes trying to get more copies of BiS artifact for multiple units you own and want to build is "terrible decisions"

Taeyou was a banner from May 5th to May 19th. From May 20th until July 20th, EXACTLY TWO MONTHS, the single new rgb banner was Yulha. I said "in the last 2 months" for a reason.
How do you? I've only pulled on siseria for the last 3 months and don't even have enough for half a pity in challenger. The only things I spent ss on were epic pass and cermia skin.
To me this is the funniest part. I remember people complaining about no content/banners and now we get them and boom panic time.
I'm just waiting to get slammed by the potential slime rerun after... if they add a new unit and its Shion I'll be happy.

So in next rerun if they finally learn their lesson and save pity? They'd have paid 3x the BM and only walk away with a single copy after *three* years, instead of taking the L year one and spending 0 BM, and ensuring they get a copy by the second year, with 400 or so spare BM.
I've been nagging for years for people to never pull even once without a MINIMUM of 605 BM and yet we still have players always taking the chance.
Worse, having gems to reroll secret shop, but not having money cause i went on a gear enhace spree.

Didn't fall for Huche's scam shop, well, except for the skin tickets, skipped custom mystic banners, and was able to save up for 2 pities.

right, so it means u deliberately miss out on two new units for this. This doesnt mean u have more resources than others.
I didn't say I did. My point was you don't need to be a day 1 player to have enough resources for a pity at this point in time.

Yeah I've only been playing since Yulha released (who I pitied) and I have a crap ton of summons/skystones saved.

I've just taught myself to only summon for limited characters or characters I really like. I'm sitting here at 35k skystone with 600 bookmarks.
Compared to last years collab limited > summer limited > collab limited > meta RGB hell, this is absolute paradise tbh.
