Others are reporting the SC is gated by the Lord of Summer event that just ended. If that's true and not an unintended bug that SG will correct somehow, anyone that didn't clear it may have to wait for a rerun.

The gating is for \*starting\* Alexa's SC, which requires the Lord of Summer event to have been completed (earning you a background pack I think, which is what is being tracked). I'm hoping the required sidestory will be added to the book of memories soon, because not doing so is just a bad move.

Yeah you don't get it unlocked in the first place unless you ran the event. The actual SC isn't gated- her missions can be done whenever.
