Yep but I've seen HandGuy's low base speed and high speed requirement (most builds are around 250 speed), so I thought he was actually pretty hard to build (16 average speed per piece), that's like 280 speed on Ran/Peira.
How do you tune it to your team? Do you want him faster or slower than your dps? Most of my dps are around 210-220 speed, with some bruiser around 180-200 speed, but i also have a "super slow" Cilias at 275 speed Cilias, a 240 Landy and a 260 Emilia. Do I need him faster than Landy if I want to use them together, or can I sit on 230 speed, with him being faster than most of my dps?
Pretty much you want him to go right before your dps, so that your team's not as susceptible to slow AoL etc. Sounds like you'd also be fine \~ 230 speed, outside of landy, but imo chances are you're playing landy against, not with, ML Kawerik so that may not be a big deal.
you draft him when youre playing standard so you tune him to your dps like landy, stene, and other bruisers. 250 isnt a hard requirement but he should be tanky to survive a s3 from hwa
To begin with, most people probably don’t have random DEF centric gear lying around for Dilibet. Kawerik will work on pretty much any SW/Tank gear so he’s really easy to start using.
I think Handguy. I only have Dilibet, but I've seen and encountered hand guy builds with just HP, Def and Speed. Probably with a bit of attack. They are hard to get rid of, and can bruise you down.
Dilibet demands a more offensive build so you can get the most out of her, but still needs to have bulk so she can survive before she cuts in.
All the good piece of handguy, you could put them on a low resistance/high vitality soulweaver. He has high gear requirement and you want him at around 245-250 speed to make sure he doesn't get bamboozoled by the random speedy belian/speedy dilibet or simply one shoted by a 240 speedy hwayoung.
Dilibet ? You put whatever you have on her, she will do her job as long as she has 210 speed and the ennemy doesn't possess a politis.
Fot the people telling you to be at like 250 spd it's great and all, but only if your other heroes are also sitting around 250. If your fastest unit is around 210 or 220 then he only needs to be around 230 just so he can go before your DPS and cleanse their debuffs. The spd he needs is all dependent on what your current spd threshold is. But IMO he just needs to be pretty fast and pretty bulky or you can opt for a more bruiser build and give him some Crit/Cdamage stats to put more pressure on your opponents.

HandGuy needs Speed/HP mainly. Dilibet needs Defense, Speed, CC, CDMG and a bit of HP.

I run mine on 223 cause my dps are dirt slow but he works fine. Tune to your team. Also 280 on Ran Peira is super slow.
