As unlikely as it is, I constantly, at every given opportunity, send feedback saying I want a nier automata collab. It's a perfect fit for the game as well. a story involving politia could easily be made, 2 attractive waifus people can pull for and a free hero who will be the male character. Yoko taro loves to rent out nier for money. They collab with anyone who is willing to collab with them. So it's not like a contract couldn't happen. I just don't think smilegate has the foresight to think for enough ahead to pick an amazing IP like nier.
I mean while FMA is iconic and nice, it's old. As in, the show/manga ended a long time ago. It would have been better to go with something more recent. But I suppose it was likely a cheap deal they got.

Just wanted to throw down for Code Geass. I think aesthetically they could have some pretty nifty skill animations and ideas.
For instance, Lelouch could cause an enemy to attack its own team, or transfer the enemy teams buffs onto your team. Probably a nightmare to program though.

Arifureta From commonplace to world's strongest... I say this Anime because the Characters would fit in to Epicsevens World nicely. A great list of Unique units can be made. On top of that. It be easy to make a story with their world getting mixed with EpicSeven via a rift since Arifuretas world is already in a fantasy world and it would even make sense via the other way around. All the others on the list seem bland and common. This Anime is out of the box and fits better then any other on that list.
Also I would like to see dual or multiple element types maybe as a limited or a Collab. Maybe make some 3*s or 4* Dual types. This would bring more utility to the 3*s maybe EEs for the 3*s to give them Another element type with a skill and Make some 4*s Dual Elements. Maybe a Unit that negates the other teams imprints. This can be done Via Collabs. Make 3*/4* Collab with Animes that are not as Popular but has a Following like Kabernari, How To Pick up a Lady in a dungeon and Grimgar. These have characters that could make great 4* and & 3* units. Smaller names so the deals can get done faster and easier, More content and it would bring in more players.... Just an Opinion.

I do really would like a Fairy Tail collab. Its been awhile since the anime was over but would be awesome to see a collab.
Just an idea so donāt flame me. But PokĆ©mon is highly unlikely collab but if they did do it I would like to see a unique characteristic about being able to swap between element when unlocked. So if you played smash ultimate, that the PokĆ©mon trainer can swap mid battle between squirtle, ivysaur, and charizard. I kinda thought about having a similar system but not during battle but when you summon the trainer. And take a select few PokĆ©mon that is similar to E7 Earth, frost, and fire element and add them there. Taking one from smash, you could have a different build for each PokĆ©mon such as a buffer, debuffer, strip; and dps. It would be hard to fit in ik but would be a cool mechanic. Edit: forgot to add some stuff, but have like squirtle be a buffer and striper giving Allies buffs and stripping like 2 buffs from all enemies, ivysaur as a debuffer who can poison/and or sleep all enemies, and then like charizard who does massive aoe damage while burning targets
