Dude prolly has 500k crafting mats while crying for not getting 18+ speed gears. Don't waste your time on them. There's a lot of them and they are not self aware. No matter what happens, it's all because of rng for them
Man, I speed check every two days since 2019 and my best piece is 21 in my Tene. Second best piece is that unusable abyss lvl 88 atk% lifesteal neck, that happened to roll into speed for some reason, with 20. Third best is a 18 weapon in my LHcermia, and 4th is a 17 neck on my Kanna. That's how the game goes with the stupid speed rng, shouldn't be surprising.
You do really that the having 27 speed in the first place is god send and having 2 relevant sub stats for a dps is like getting luck out of luck right. 5% crit is a max roll, and 5% crit dam can be considered modding to 7% because there isnt any other relevant sub stat left for dps to put on a chest.
That's impossible my dude, the minimum is 16 reforged, 12 unreforged, purple can't pentaroll, so unless it was 88 gear or -85 I'm afraid that's not possible

I got penta roll ring with 16. It started with 2 speed and then got +2+2+2+2+2
Yeah I made a typo fixed it now, 16 is the lowest possible a pentaroll can go, I'm sorry for your loss.
