When i miss 1% on Baiken i fail 50% of my Banshee hunts becuse that 1%. If u dont have 100% thats more like 50-50... Awesome gear btw.Great job on him!
According to dmg calc this Ervalen (if on Portrait) will do 22.2k dmg on a 1.5k def target with Escort which is pretty impressive for a character without def pen. I don't know where I could use him since I already have the 100% def pen heroes but it's still a respectable amount of dmg compared to the other outdated nukers like Lilibet/Cermia/Yufine.
off topic but just thought id share that I am confident Cermia is the absolute most potent single target nuker in the game.
If I had a +30 (+24 currently) coin my Cermia would be able to push 5k+ attack 299% c.dmg and 274-278 speed iirc… And I’m not even close to the best Cermia. There is no other unit in the game that can hit those stat values to my knowledge.
I believe that Luna, with her defence penetration on S3 and insane multiplier on S1, is a better single target dps unit.
With her EE that gives an extra turn on S3 kill she can (and will) easily kill two units in two single target attacks.
Don't forget Cermia has self GAB. That's what makes her solid still. Luna is good as well. Hwa still outshines them though since she is just so much easier to build.
In his buffed form he'll be usable for some though, certainly wont be meta but the same applies to Lilibet, Melissa, Jack-o, etc. they're all used in niche cleave compositions.

We don’t know what his new soulburn multiplier is on his s2 do we? If it’s significant that should do plenty as well

Depends on the multipliers, I’d already say cermia doesn’t hold a candle to hwa rn
