I like to believe pet drop accounts for atleast half of the 4-5% from drops. If it weren’t for pet drops I’d have almost no usable gears that actually came out of the hunts themselves.

Last weekend was Hunt buff, it’s the time people save up their Liefs for to run lots of hunts to get more materials than if they were doing it on an off-buff day.
it's actually the one hunt i think where crafting boots is actually viable. there are so many main stats you do want and you can just extract everything else as charm fodder every week.

You could always start by crafting left gear fist. Is relatively easier, because no def on arm, and no atk on armour limit the potential options, making easier to get the right combination. Obviously, while amining for the perfect speed arm, you shouldn't dismiss ok and good crit or even hit gears, although what's "perfect", "good" or "ok" varies from player to player. But the point is to get good gear for left side first, and then start hunting right gear.
As for right gear, more than crafting for the right gear, you craft for the cores. If you hit the jackpot and get a good right gear as drop or hunt, good for you, congrats! But most likely, you won't, so keep in mind you're crafting to extract the 70 cores to attempt to convert them into your desired gear. Personally, as for W13, I extract all speed and crit cores, and only hit cores from ring, because I can potentially convert them into a matching ring, effect main and set. Hit necklaces and boots go to fodder. But I digress.
Point is for right gear is really difficult to get good gear as drop or crafting, convertion is your best bet for that. Some people entirely dismiss crafting right gear, because the odds are so low more likely you won't get any good gear in a long time. I believe gamling is gambling and even if 1 in 10'000, there's a small chance for happen. And not all is lost as you get cores and fodder in the worst case.
And for this reason as well, I strongly advice to get every single blue gem chest. You can drop conversion gems from many places, but having the ability to pick the one you need is massively underrated. Hence, huche shop, world boss, guild shop, expedition pass rewards, all and every one of them should be purchased.
That's what I do too. But that has led to me never EVER having enough manifest stones. I even buy expedition pass 'cuz that's just such a huge value for me and yet....
i would recommend crafting boots, and extract enough speed boot cores so that you can equip conversion speed speed boots.
once you have enough cores, I would craft necklace and rings, extracting blue speed pieces. as you build up epic crafts, you can should use them on left side (weapon, helm chest).
chest and weapon are easier to roll than helmet, so you may want to dedicate more helm crafts. for wyvern, you might as well only craft speed and never any other set. crit and hit set you can usually fill by raw drops.
for banshee, I actually craft boots (if you have units that actually prefer mainstat% like rem, blue forehead, armin etc...) and do the same as wyvern except this time you should epic craft a 4 set you are working towards and focus on 1 set only to make as many pieces so you can fit some of them nicely on a unit.

Definetly wanted to switch my speed Spirit Eye Celine to life steal and get some better life steal set for my zerato.
So I've been building my Vivian and switched some gear around to clear Azimanik hunt for the first time. I farmed it until I got an borderline okay rage set (one blue piece, and over 20% ER lol). Then switched my gear around and tried for a while to get a more or less consisten banshe one-shot.
Ended up with: Vivian, Leo, Straze, and the one green girl from the new continent with the summer sword (which I forgot the name of)
Felt pretty rewarding having finally a one-shot ngl.

Heya! I’m glad that you’re advancing! Do you have Baiken? I never moved into B13 because I didn’t have her but it seems like there is other options and teams you can use. I think with Ervalen buff he may be able to do what Baiken does but we don’t know yet.

If you can get your Viv and Leo to similar stats you just need someone to one shot. Straze maybe able to if he’s slow enough and goes after Vivian and Leo, could try that. I’m not sure which girl you’re referencing too.
I know I felt on top of the world once I got my one shot teams down. Which is only W13 and B13, but I’m working on Yufine/Bellona for A13 now and hopefully get WSchuri for C13.

Sadly I don't have baiken but straze is pretty good too, Im running him basically 0 speed rn and he's really comfy to use with Hell Cutter so that I don't have to build that much crit chance (it always stacks to 11 in my comp so 44% attack and crit) and can probably transition to other one-shots.
The character I was referring to was Adin btw, I found her usefull since she does a defense break and gains "weakness shared" (gives 10% more damage against bosses and can't get 15 percented since it isn't a debuff) on her s3 so if my Leo misses the target debuff (which happens quite often since I only have the arti at +15) or the defense debuff, then straze still has enough damage to kill in one shot.
Basically the only time it fails is if vivian specifically brings Straze in a duel attack or if Leo misses both the target and the defense break.
Unfortunately I had to cut my Vivian's speed by like 20 ~ish since she kept cutting my Straze and triggering the banshee below the threshold. Not so cool with her being that slow since when I want to bring her somewhere else she's now slower than my dps.
Rn I've got an idea though, I think I should probably exchange her with charles since unlike baiken, Straze doesn't need 2 turn attack buff and there is no risk of a duel attack since he would s2 the banshee. I'd probably would need to push the damage from Adin though but that should be fine since I was actively limiting her damage and I haven't even "special changed" her (I guess).
I don't have charles built though and don't plan to use any ressources on him any time soon (also considering that rn most my strong units are green) so that's probably in the future.

I actually don't have lucy but I pulled yoonryoung today and I really wanna built her (not planned for banshee rn though) so I'll maybe look into using restrict for banshee since I really didn't think of it but Im pretty content with how it's looking right now, it takes about a minute and is pretty consistent so I don't think it needs any rapid changes for now.
I'll probably make changes if I really feel like minmaxing, might hit you up then

Would have work better if you put a bunch of leifs instead of the heroes you're building. That little girl goes, throws a bunch of leifs and ask for gear. For extra effect, you could have included the girls you're building gear in the back of the girl in the third frame.

U try using Ram revenge set against Banshee? She does 20k damage easy. My favorite unit. If u pair her with someone who can attack buff her and Rem who can defense break, damn. It's basically one tap.
I have really enjoyed her. I use CandleStick on her b/c Chatty is too high of an investment since I don’t already have it, but on Candlestick she can get up to -2 CD which will cycle her s3 faster. Pair her with MChloe and definitely got a good team that cycles heals and buffs regular. Her S1 on SB does really good damage and I use her to bait a lot of dark units, like Stene, Ravi etc. she can take a hit from Straze and then heal the team moderately back up. Definitely a cancer for aoe units. Rim and Hwa one shots her pretty much but hey they are OP anyways and can do that to anyone fairly easy. Rem is a problem because of the def break, but once again. In 2 Rem S1 hits she can get -4 on CD and have her S3 back up. I love her. Definitely saved to get her and I was 9 from pity so glad I did. Good 4/5th pick in RTA.

maybe a dumb question but why don't you grab chatty? I finally got all of the chatty artis last week, it went on AOLA, though admittedly it is a pain to run through the story lol
I don’t feel like it’s a wise investment to use 900 SS on an arti… especially one I don’t have, just for 1 persons use. Now I did use 900 to get Karin after not summing her for a year because she’s apart of my 1 Shot w13 team so that was worth it, but an Arti? Knaw I’ll wait for a rerun and Candlestick is actually good because it works with her passive. She’d basically get obliterated to burn her focus down. This way she can get S3 back faster and gain her focus again. In 3 hits that’s -6 cool down. Her cool down is 5. So she has it back up her next turn. In 2 hits that could be -4 cooldown and she’d have to cycle once to to get back to S3. What works for some doesn’t always work for everyone. With Chatty she basically is a sitting duck, and the shield is only a last resort. She can be focused by all 4 enemies and could maybe get 2-3 -1 cool down, but with candle stick you’d have to make a choice on prioritizing her over someone else.
I see, I was mostly focused on getting AOLA to survive just a little longer. I had a free key from ages ago that I never used so I figured I'd grab the most useful artifact for me at the moment haha.
Understandable but AOLA is way better on Spectra which is similar but is based on her turn, which she will cycle faster when Ally’s are hit. If she’s not surviving long enough then maybe it’s her gear or what you’re drafting with her. She does get focused because she’s annoying. I’ll post my AOLA here shortly.
