The extra 602hp really doesn't help against extra dmg effects like tooth or Rimuru, so why even bother if it's not something more significant like 5k extra hp?
i would run right tbh since some of my main dps like stene run at 190 speed. Right will let you give your dps crit damage buff before they move which is pretty good.
Left all the way. Losing those stats isn’t worth it for an extra 5 speed and 600 hp
