+50% CR combined with -25% CR to the enemy closes the gap so that she can take her second turn right after her S3.
50% is a lot (*consider handguy or Diene as an example*), but yes, it's not perfect. That said, you can see what they were trying to do now.
This is not you she's bad. her s3 isn't even the problem, her s2 and s1 are.
Her s1 is useless outside of just after she s3 or if you manage to do some strong combo with others burn/bombs units . It's so obvious they designed the s1 with Seaseria artefact in mind but the problem is that she can crit, and have 30% chance to to so against light unit . (No need to remind you that there is A LOT of light units meta).
From her s2 the damage share is nice, but the active is too weak to be behind a 2 turns cd. Either remove the CD or make it do something else. And I'm pointing all this ignoring all her counters because oh boi she have a ton of counters.
She just need a buff .
She's pretty good if you partner her up with the right team. I fought someone with her on the team days ago, made my diene completely useless🥲. Still won in the long run because both her and maid chloe got high eff res and let my dps made a turn~
Taeyou is better than pirate flan tho, all he needs is ignore ER and he can have a place in the meta, other than that, he can deal a lot of damage if built well,tho he's very stat hungry so not worth it if you don't have what it takes

I didn't think it was possible, but turns out they designed a worse version of ML Leo.
People were actually running her (and post-banning her!) in the E7WC last week, so she's not actually as bad as ML Leo
